Just beside the Takayama Station. Have a washing machine in room, easier for traveller. Nice interior design and details. Have a paid private bath, free public bath and footbath. Good quality of food for dinner.

Had a stay at 12 to 14 Feb 2023 and loved it. Location of the hotel is great as it is next to Takayama Station. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and my wife and I loved the room and foot bath. Washing machine and microwave was in the room as well and that was super useful. Rooms were relatively big for a Japan hotel. Great way to start our Japan trip. Would recommend anyone looking for a hotel in Takayama to stay there.

Conveniently situated next to the JR and bus station. The hotel looks new and the rooms are very neat and clean. There are public and private baths available. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, modern comfortable room with all you need. The in room washer dryer was so handy. We tried the onsen, it was very relaxing and instructions for using were in the room which was helpful. Easy walk to all sights. Nice cafe / bad on the ground floor.

Best stay of my japan trip. Negatives: No daily cleaning. 2 nos rooms for 4 pax cost less as a 1 nos room with 4 pax. Postive: Clean and big rooms. Good Breakfast. Public onsen Available. Private Onsen available with additional charge. 3mins walking distance to the bus/train station.

We stayed in a Twin room for 4 nights, the hotel a 2min walk from Takayama JR station as well as the Bus terminal. Check In/out was professional and fuss free, Staff were polite and eager to help. Room was clean and comfortable with a view, the washing machine was a blessing which is great and easy to use. Onsen baths were amazing, clean and comfortable which we used throughout the stay. Breakfast was delicious Great overall experience with the hotel in Takayama, would love to visit again.

Room had a really rustic romantic view overlooking the train station capped with snow. Location was convenient, right beside the train station and a short walking distance from restaurants/bars. We would also like to give a special shoutout to the hotel concierge staff, R Arikawa san. As we were leaving the hotel, there was an issue with our rental car. Arikawa san patiently communicated with the rental company, tow truck and insurance company for us. She constantly gave us updates and made sure our car issue was resolved before we left. Very very thankful for Arikawa san's super meticulous and patient service!!

Nice modern hotel and great location. Super friendly and helpful reception staff The room was not huge but enough room to walk around the bed The room also has a washer/dryer which we made good use of.

They have laundry machines in the rooms! Wonderful onsens in the hotel. Good breakfast and great location, walking distance to old town, sake brewery, great markets, restaurants and shopping. Only stayed 2 nights - would stay a week next time.

The hotel is new and clean. Location is great, and there is car park for guest. Staff are nice and helpful. Friendly to travel with kids under 6. Breakfast is so far so good. Just too busy in the morning peak hour that some guest have to queue up and wait for table. The room is nice, especially there are microwave and washer dryer, and even the washing detergent is also provided, no need to wait for coin laundry anymore.

BAD BAD BAD HOTEL POLICY! I travel a lot and have never been so upset with service provided by any hotel. I understand most hotel official check-in time is 3pm but all the hotel are ok to let you check-in earlier if the room is ready unless it’s full house which I fully understand. I arrived 12.45pm super tired, the room is ready but they want to charge me extra ¥1000 PER HOUR to enter the room early, not per room but charge per person that enter the room! So it’s ¥4000 for me and husband to enter the room 2hrs earlier, since I was so tired thus we decided to pay for it, thinking back I was so stupid to pay for 2 pax while I could just pay for 1 and what the hotel has to loose for the room I already paid 2 nights. This is not the worst, at 12.55pm after paying for the 2 hours early check-in, she ask us to wait until 1pm exactly, I thought the room is indeed rushing to clean at last minutes, nope! I ignore her and went to the room and the room are all ready, she made me wait even for 5 minutes even I look terribly tired still refuse to have some grace to let me enter the room despite me already paying extra just to check in earlier. I never leave any review on all the hotel I stay around the world, I find this service appalling and will NEVER return here. By the way, they don’t make the room unless requested. By the way there are no comfortable lounge chair at the lobby, only stool with no back rest. If you arrive early and tired and waiting for room, good luck!

Nice hotel with great onsen. Love breakfast in the morning also. Parking indoor in hotel area with surcharge. Nice room and very comfortable. Really recommend.
