Terrible. Waiting times 30+ minutes for a simple order. Tables are dirty, no one is cleaning. Paying with card is not working. One is afraid to touch something here. Didnt receive 3 items of my order, the big mac had no sauce. Never go here unless you want to be extremely angry.

This branch of McDonald's simply does not work.

Terrible service. I lost 40 minutes of my time waiting. The coke tastes like gas water and the fries were cold. Don't recommend eating here. Horrible experience!

After reading very bad reviews of that site, I expected an awful place with nervous, unattentive staff. But nothing like this happened - the restaurant was crowded, indeed, and I had to wait a liitle bit for the man to take my order, but it was all acceptable and it was obvious, that the employees were doing their best. If you prefer, there are also self-service kiosks with Hebrew and English. The food was prepared in a little untidy way, but was still acceptable. The prices were just like in others Mcdonalds in Israel, so not so low. But nothing bad hapened and we had our food came quite quickly.

35+ minutes of waiting to get food that was just ok. The place was not well ran and there was a lot of confusion with the employees. If you're on a schedule don't eat here.

As for McDonald's it's pretty much how you expect all other restaurants to be. It's clean, easy ordering with an English menu and above all else... A full on vegan offering!!! Perfect... However it is McDonald's after all, so don't expect anything to amazing.

They say order via the machine to get 2+1 on a meal deal. But then you can’t pay. If you pay full price, it suddenly works. The staff is not the smartest … The 1 star is for the clean place.

The worst McDonald's experience ever. The staff was very rude and inefficient. In spite of the restaurant was almost empty the food was served cold in over 20 min after placing the order and tasted horrible, my big mac and other burgers were without cheese. It was very difficult to get napkins and ketchup from them. There are no free customer parking and toilet. AVOID

Terrible food, nothing close to a McDonalds, the chicken is burned, orders are messed up and no1 speaks English to fix the mistakes. Terrible experience

25 minutes for two burgers and even then it was not the ones ordered. Also very expensive compared to others.
