Do everything you can to avoid this place. DO NOT stay here. The worst place I have ever stepped foot in. We did not realise you couldn’t have children. After driving 3 hours we arrived, and the manager laughed in our face upon arrival after we unloaded our car saying you can’t stay here you have kids. We said okay, can you help us find somewhere else, she said no, and laughed in our face again. We then went into the lobby for our refund and rude guests spoke about us in Hebrew upset we had kids in the lobby (they didn’t know we could understand Hebrew), the staff laughed with them about us in our predicament (please note it’s over 100 degrees outside, we needed AC to figure out our next step). Rudest people in the entire world. One of the guests (whose mother was talking about us in Hebrew and we understood what she was saying) started videotaping us, laughing at us. May Karma take care of them. We would like everyone to know the manager here is one of the worst I have ever seen and she should not work in hospitality service industry. If I owned this hotel, I would replace her immediately.

Small rooms with minimal lighting, with 1m window width, and the "sea view" described is actually a glimps to the sea between buildings. The rooms don't have twin beds!! (it is not described in their official site!) their "solution" was to zip the two single matresses together so it "feels the same". It simply doesn't. Also, the entire day you hear the sound of nearby hotels activities very loudly, so resting on the middle of the day wasn't an option. The "great" food is actually pretty average. There was plenty of food, and we tasted most of it, but we ended up filling up over salads. Your local catering probably tastes better. The spa is super small (feels crowded if 30 people are inside), and the wet sauna didn't work for the entire weekend. The entire stay (2 nights) there was a shortage of towels for pool and spa, and this is a so called spa hotel... When someone requested a towel from the reception, they said they don't know how to help. The only plus for this hotel is that it has no children policy, Which was nice not to hear children running around. Overall, I simply don't understand how this hotel is pricing it's rooms for 400$ a night. feels like a scum.

We had an incredible experience here. First, upon check in, we realized the room we paid for was not accessible to our needs. Anastasya Shaichet from the front desk did everything she could to ensure our stay was enjoyable, including switching us to a far better room upon approval, in no time. She and the crew (another lady in the other desk that night) were also incredibly kind, zero fakeness, nothing but wanting us to have a lovely time. Fast forward to one of the best Shabbat dinners I had in Israel. Did not expect that from this hotel - not cause they’re not well rated. Only ‘cause it was fricking delicious - 5* restaurant vibes. The spa was great, and the breakfast was as lovely. Amazing crew, incredible suites, and delicious meals for a small price. We’ll definitely be back. (And that front desk woman deserves a promotion). Thank you

The spa was wonderful. Everything else was meh. For a hotel advertising resort accommodations and service, they failed. Nobody other than a security staff member greets or assists you when you arrive (and he just checks to see if you're on a list). They do not have sufficient parking, or even all paved parking spots. The hotel claims that towels and chairs are provided to use at the beach. When they only had one available chair, the manager's response was that "it's a public beach and you can go get your own." The dining room where breakfast is served had dirty floors and food on the chairs. If you still wanted to eat lunch or dinner, you only had from 1330 to 1500 for lunch and 1800-2100 for dinner, with very few options outside the hotel. With the exception of the spa staff, all other hotel employees wanted nothing to do with hotel guests. Stay somewhere else unless you don't care about customer service.

Nice hotel. Small and private. The spa is small and nice, place for just a few people in the pools. The cleaning service is good. A large veriety of food, basic menu, nothing special. The rooms have a very small window facing the dead sea and no porch. Great location right across the street from a beautiful beach

Pros: great location (right across from the beach, 10 min walk from the mall); Great sauna and Dead Sea pool, good breakfast buffet. Cons: The rooms are OLD and outdated (and that is a BIG understatement). The phone in our room didn't work and they couldn't fix it for a day and then a ceiling in our bathroom started to leak. Very limited parking at the hotel so if you don't get here in time, you would need to park at public parking (free from 8pm to 8am, then you have to move it or pay). During the check-in time the wait at the front desk can be very long

First of all, when entering the complex the lobby was moldy. The description of the rooms as rooms for 3 peoples is misleading at best and a blatant lie at worst. The view is not a view of the sea but rather a view of bits of water that can be seen in between buildings. And most importantly, the food was bad. If you want to enjoy your vacation, shun this hotel.

Really too expensive for what it is! The room smelled bad, the a/c didn’t work well and we received dirty towels. They say « room with a view », yes you see the sea, but through such a small window! They weren’t enough towels at the pool, the employee told us to go to the reception. There, they said to go to the spa. And you have to do all this by yourself under 40 degrees heat ! And the best, we paid more to stay longer in the room. we had no more towels or even soap so we ask them to tidy up the room. Not to clean it, just tidy up a little. At first they said no, not the last day. Finally they « accept ». They just threw us new (dirty) towels and one soap on the bed. No tidiness, even no changing the trash cans or take the old towels. I don’t know for what I added so much money to stay. I wanted a nice weekend for my birthday and my mariage proposal, I threw away 2300 NIS for only one night for bad service ! The only thing that was good was the massage.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and new, the hotel is full of colorful flowers and plants. There are 2 pools that we really liked, one with fresh water, one with salt water. An advantage is that it is an adults only hotel. On the other hand, we liked less: The changing rooms of the spa smelled of sewage and they were a bit outdated, the kind you'd expect to see in an old country club rather than a hotel. The food was ok, but at lunch on Saturday the food was less then ok, I hope that at the rest of the week they make up for it. We asked for clean towels, waited 2 hours and still didn't get any, so we just went to get it from the pool. There are not enought parking spots. The price - 1500 NIS for one night on Friday is too expensive compared to the value, unfortunately like many hotels in Israel.

Very disappointed with the smell and the facility of the hotel. 1. Smell - odor is very strong in the room that you immediately feel the difference coming from outside smells like mold 2. My wife complained that iron room is awful with not working iron. 3. Bathroom the sink is clogged 4. Toilet tub is dirty

Definitely got what we payed for! Great, affordable price + generous late checkout accommodation for low extra cost. Some staff undertrained/trained to say no. (Wouldn’t give us wine glasses for our room, angry towel lady) otherwise, the staff offered unusual accommodations for our requests. For example, since the lot was full when we asked where to park we were given the option to park in a closed off gravel lot, when we wanted to have coffee in the morning before our breakfast we were told to take a paper cup of coffee and croissant and “sit in the lobby”. Lots of smoking going on in prohibited areas with nobody managing it, the indoor hallways near our room also reeked of smoke. Overall enjoyable experience and pretty good compared to average Israeli experience at this price point.

A nice hotel not far from the sea and the solarium, just some minutes. Child-free, no hustle and bustle. The reception is friendly, especially Nastya, the managers in the spa are heplful. The food is good, especially on Friday, lots of various dishes, just to everybody's taste. Probably needs refurnishing and the change of curtains. But I am satisfied and happy here. Thanks 🤗

The overall experience was alright. I enjoyed the spa and the masseuse that took care of my back problems was so kind and sweet. We didn't have issues parking like other reviews mentioned, but that might have been our luck. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We even got a personal call to our room to ask how we were enjoying our stay, which was nice.

The hotel is wonderful. I come here for the third time in a year. The hotel has a salt water swimming pool, which is very good in winter. There is a jacuzzi, hammam, Finnish sauna, massage and gym. There is an outdoor fresh water swimming pool. Very tasty dinner and friendly staff. On the beach there are always places under a canopy.

Stayed here for one night, and really have nothing to complain about. The location was absolutely perfect, amazing view of the Dead Sea, and easily walkable to the beach from the hotel. Parking was a bit full, but still managed to find a spot! They were very busy during check-in yet everyone I spoke to was really kind and helpful making the process very easy and enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was good and plentiful. Spa amenities such as heated pool, jacuzzi, and saunas were extremely relaxing.

This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Photos look great, but isn’t that in real life. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and dated. Smells like musky cigarettes. The pool is small and with full hotel there is no room for anybody. We parked right outside the hotel and parked were they told us to. We got a fine for $250. When speaking with Elena the manager, she just laughed in our faces and told us to read the Israel laws. We on holiday for 2 days in Israel, I’m not going to spend that time reading the law lol. Overall very terrible experience staying here. I would avoid at all cost. There are allot of better looking hotels in the area.

I had a blast at the spa club hotel! The food is fresh, diverse and healthy with lots of vegan options like tofu and oatmilk. The Arab staff working during Shabbat were especially nice and helpful. The pool is very aesthetic and has great beds, though you have to be there before 10:30 to get one. The pool bar personnel seemed to be barely trained, but this was not a big issue - I am on vacation after all :). A pro tip: get a superior room!!! Since you’re gonna be splurging a bit on a room anyway, don’t cheap out, get the more modern rooms that are only slightly more expensive. I heard some guests complain about the temperature in their older rooms, which is not something you want when it’s close to 50 degrees (C) out. Also, so many people in the reviews complain about the staff, but to be honest, I observed that the guests themselves are not nice at all towards the staff: very demanding, impolite and sometimes rude. Friendliness goes a long way! I don’t understand why people have to be so intense when on holiday. If you expect the highest standards, go to a 5 star hotel and pay the price.

This hotel staff is very welcoming, its 4 minutes walk to the dead sea beach. The food was great and and staff was really polite. Lots of activity during stay we saw live show of music at the night and had some Hydro pilates in the morning. There is a Spa and Salt water pool with Jacuusi. A small Gym is available and a outside pool.

Other than the location of this hotel, nothing is good. We got a couples spa done in a special room where the jacuzzi was as the dirtiest thing I’d ever seen, the masseuses were terrible and didn’t focus on the parts we asked them to give special attention to. The towels didn’t cover my feet throughout the massage and the annoying part was that it kept slipping off of my body which was really uncomfortable for me as a girl with 2 male masseuses in the room. Other than that, the hotel staff didn’t speak Hebrew or basic English. The food was not up to the mark. They didn’t know what was being served, if the chocolates had peanuts, or where the straws were. The basic things weren’t available and there was no way the staff could help because of the huge language barrier. Considering it’s Israel they should at least hire staff that can speak Hebrew and considering it’s a tourist destination at least some English could be beneficial in providing good service to the guests. One of the ladies that made eggs at breakfast seemed frustrated all the time and answered rudely to the people giving her their basic orders for breakfast. Other than that, the staff constantly either kept playing reels or tik toks loudly on their phone or kept talking on calls.. instead of a relaxing lounge it seemed chaotic. We ordered from the a-la- carte menu for lunch in the same lounge area, again the guy taking out orders didn’t know basic Hebrew or English, our order for basic salads arrived after 45 minutes of waiting with everything else including a completely burnt pizza. The room service staffed entered our rooms so many times without knocking in the morning which was completely unprofessional considering we were asleep and had not put the cleaning sign on the door knob. They do not even give 2 extra water bottles like every hotel that I’ve been to does for the following day if the guest is staying for more than a night. I asked for extra towels in the afternoon and it only arrived 2-3 later and again they entered the room without knocking and same with the toilet papers which they gave us at night when I had asked for it in the evening. We spent 2 nights here and we’ll never recommend this place to anybody. It wasn’t worth it at all.

We came Sunday thru Tuesday. Alona and Lev were wonderful and assisted us with anything we needed. Our first room had a loud AC and we were quickly moved to a new room without having to complain. The spa was nice and they had discounts on massages. The hotel is across the street from the beach was a great, you can can walk out and be in the water in 3 min. The food was nice, we had breakfast and dinner and a glass of wine at the bar.

Beautiful hotel directly at the Dead Sea. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty and the buffet had a large selection. Some of the furnishings are a bit outdated and the air conditioning couldn't really handle the extreme August heat. However, the staff, especially the duty manager Alona, were extremely caring and accommodating and made our stay a great lasting memory! Many thanks to Alona and your great team!

This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. I don't understand the good reviews everywhere it makes no sense. Don't fall for it like we did. The hotel is basically falling apart, everything is dirty, dark and broken. The food is horrible, there was nowhere to sit by the pool and there were no towels(!!!) when I asked where I can get a towel they just said there are no towels. How is that even an answer?? The tv in the room is broken, the ac barely works and the window doesn't properly close (this is after we changed from a room even worse than this one) Honestly the worst hotel Ive ever been to. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Young lady at check-in was very helpful , good food , easy beach access and clean rooms. A male staffer who was cleaning rooms harassed my wife 2 times demanding to leave him a tip and then came extremely confrontational about until I arrived. No female should ever go thru this and no one should ever demand a tip.

Nice hotel, but nothing special. "Sea view" is a small window somewhere in the corner of the room, no balcony, no view of the sea from the bed or something like that. Breakfast is regular israely breakfast - cheese, cottage, fruits and vegetables. Dinner is not good, meat and fish had no taste at all. Desserts and vegetables from the grill are ok. Spa is regular with all piling and massage and sauna and pool services. Massage and piling for sure extra costs. I also saw some free activities advertised like water fitness, lecture and morning walking. Beach is five minutes walk (you'll need to cross the road and parking). Overall clean, quiet place. (except for my neighbors who watched TV at 8 AM! Stuff promised to send someone to talk to them, not sure if that happened...)

Great hotel good service good food but need to take more precautions about covid- employees doesn't wear masks, no sanitizing stands at the hotel and pretty much no awareness. Too bad at these days, but besides that great hotel. Will be back after covid will disappear.

The good: - The only hotel there to offer a one night stay - Big win for them. We couldn't leave the children behind for more than two days, so that was a good deal for us. - Late check out on Saturday @14:00 was a great surprise and suited us very well. - The indoor "Salt pool" is a very nice way to enjoy the dead sea's benefits, without the blistering sun. - Free luggage deposit after check-out is nice (We didn't use the service - but good to know). The bad: - Only two antiquated elevators, one of whom was working as 'Shabat lift', which means it automatically stops at every floor. Being positioned on the 4th floor was a nightmare to move around, during dinner and breakfast. - Food during breakfast and dinner was very basic (for the price), and any beverage other than water and coffee had a cost. (even sparkled water). - The staff at the front desk don't know much about trips in the surrounding area. - The walls are thin, we could hear the TV of the room next door. - The shower has a short glass divider that doesn't quite stop the water from spilling all over the bathroom floor. - The hallway light was flickering.

We got into our room and the beds were dirty, there was hair in the shower, and the room smelled. We told the front desk we would like to leave and they refused to give us a refund! Very disappointed with service here.

Mostly a bad service. We went cause it got high score but we’re very disappointed. Stayed there in the end of August with my boyfriend for 2 nights. The room looked nice. But the air conditioning hardly worked (outside was 45 degrees). No matter how many times we asked for service, no one came. The hotel was fully booked and there is one reception for 2 hotels with a single person, so he couldn’t help us. The second day , nobody came to clean the room or give us clean towels. We asked few times but got ignored. we had few hours without power at night. We couldn’t sleep. We tried talking to the hotel management but they weren’t very helpful and suggested a discount for next vacation there. Please avoid if you are looking for a quality service and relaxing weekend.

This place is superb. The spa facilities are welcoming, clean and easy to use. The hotel food is excellent considering it's a 'resort hotel' and the rooms are clean, cool and comfortable. The gardens and outside seating area are relaxing with comfortable chairs and lots of space. The private beach is equally spacious. Myself and my partner had a great time here and would highly recommend. We can't wait to come back here after the pandemic!

From the moment we arrived Oskar made us feel welcome and comfortable. As guests of the hotel we were free to use all of the facilities including the indoor spa which had its own salt pool. There are amazing views of the Dead Sea from the hotel as it is right across the street from the beach. The outdoor pool area is very beautiful and peaceful, it was nice to be in an adults only pool area. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel - both were amazing! The food was fantastic and there were so many options. At breakfast there was a barista to make custom coffee as well which was a great bonus! The hotel is also a quick walk to the mall and only a 15 minute drive to Masada which was perfect as we were able to hike up and have sunrise there. Thanks Oskar and the Oasis hotel!

We received an uprated room, it was ok but the feeling was that it needs some refurbishing, especially the bed and the carpet in the floor. We asked for the price of the buffet dinner and I have to say that it seems to me exorbitant, 160 NIS per person (46 US$) this is a lot. To be honest I didn't see the buffet meal so it may be that I don't appreciate the quality of it. But in plain words, even in Israel to pay almost a hundred dollars for a buffet for two is very, very expensive. The swimming pool is ok, the spa salty water pool gives once again a shaby feeling, but is included in the room price and that is fair and appreciated. We still didn't have breakfast so about this and other point I will add later. Have fun! Tommy As I said I had breakfast today and to be serious it was very good! A vast sort of everything, bread, cheese, coffee, juices, salads, cakes, even chocolate blitzes and empanadas butter crown goes to the omelets professionally prepared by an Argentinian lady who was attentive to every whimp of any customer, all the time smiling and giving the most warm and perfect service possible. I will put my conclusion in short words, I was lucky and got a fair price for my stay without anyone knowing that I write here and in other websites as well, at this summer time prices are high in every hotel and at the dead sea especially, from what I learned from other customers it seems to me that the Prima Hotel chain can and should lower the prices but what you get is fair against the price you pay even now. My biggest critic goes to the central orders section of the Prima Hotel chain, if you have questions and you phone call them you will not get someone who immediately answers but a message service, the phone call from the orders section will come between 7 to 12 hours later and this is bad, very bad I would even say terrible. A potential customer will usually order his stay in another hotel who promptly answers and gives correct information to that potential customer. There is a lot of work to be done at orders section of the chain. But if you ask me if My wife and I would return, my answer is *YES*, without any doubt. Once again, have fun and enjoy your stay! Tommy

Not enough parking space for hotel residents. I had to park across the street and remember to operate Pango each morning of my stay. Dirty towels were left in my room after it had been serviced. Coffee sachets were not refilled. Evening meal , main course was very much below par . In short, I was very disappointed with the overall standard of service at this hotel, I expected much more.

This hotel is a shame, it is in a bad condition, espacially the rooms! Better chose a place which is renovated and maybe costs a bit more, it’s worth it! In addition the staff is not welcoming at all. Furthermore the location of this hotel is across the street with the most crowded beach, the other hotels have nice beaches close by. Frankly speaking this hotel is a rib-off. If you cannot find any availabilities in En Boqeq other than this place better stay in a good place in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv and go for a day trip to the dead sea.

My husband and I celebrated our 5th anniversary at the Oasis Spa club hotel and we had an amazing time! The service was great, the food was delicious and the spa was phenomenal! There were a few things that could be improved like the parking situation it was a "first come , first serve" situation and there was no parking. Another thing that I think could be improved is the check-in situation they say that check-in is at 15:00 but they actually mean FROM 15:00 which means you could receive your room after meaning you might have to wait around- the good thing is you can wait at the spa or the pool. Other than that the experience was amazing, so relaxing , lunch and dinner had a huge variety of food. The activities were a nice touch as well. It was very relaxing and is an adult only hotel which definitely helps. I recommend to anyone who wants to celebrate there!

Wow wow wow!! One if the most spectacular places I have visited. Easy free parking, lovely museum and staff were so helpful. Cable car to the top is advisable unless you are able to hike the snake path in high temperatures. I wasn't sure what to expect but the grounds were huge and took us a good few hours to get around. Take plenty of water but there are a number of water machines around the grounds. Fascinating information, history and architecture is amazing for its time

Spent two nights and had a great service, attention (specially at the reception, from Nastya!). Food was excellent, varied, good quality. Rooms and structure are in need of an update in upkeep, cleaning the carpets in the corridors leading to rooms, and painting. Good comfortable beds. No soap bars or liquid soap in the room for hand, face washing. Instead, used shower gel.

This review is solely based on the dining experience I had. Mahmud was excellent in taking care of our group in the onsite restaurant. He was very kind and made sure we were well taken care of. The rest of the staff was very accommodating as well.

BED BUGS BEWARE! Not only but they denied the existence of bed bugs in general, telling us it was our fault there were bugs in the room even after having been shown photos and videos. On top of that, their staff walked into our room multiple times without knocking. When speaking with management they told us it was unacceptable to be upset. Their words not ours.

We are a tourist couple in Israel. The experience was mediocre from the start , we couldn’t have our room until 5pm. The lobby was full of people waiting for their room as well, we struggled to find a parking place. The room has small window with parcial view to the sea ? That’s what they call sea views. The staff didn’t compensate all of that. Customer care didn’t care. The buffet was acceptable, nothing remarcable. The spa has the very basics. Easy access to Dead Sea just crossing the road. We paid 250€ approx.
