The food ok just OK. The locker area and change room was absolutely filthy. I flushed toilets, hair on the walls of the shower, at least 10 dirty wet towels all over the floor. It had obviously not been attended in a very long time. It’s very loud and crowded and you can’t get a chair by the pool and have a difficult time getting one on the beach. I had to go to the front desk to ask for a robe and slippers because they had not been left in my room. Someone walked into my room without knocking at 8am and woke me up (I wasn’t checking out till the following day). I called the front desk to ask who came into my room and why they said cleaners start from 8am.. no apology or anything. They didn’t even knock! The evening before check out they came around knocking on everyone’s door (which was disturbing as I was trying to shower and get ready for dinner) to give out a paper saying that check out the following morning was 11am and if you’re not out they will charge you 50% of a night. Which I left way before that but it’s just tacky. For close to a grand for 2 nights, they had terrible customer service and the facilities were just OK. They need to learn what luxury means.

Great experience....the best room is on the upper floor with a private pool, large patio and sea view. Quiet, no kids....good and clean facility. Half board is more than enough.... breakfast and dinner food selection and quality above average... 50 meters from the Dead Sea beach

The hotel is nice and I highly recommend as it’s right at the beach and have really nice breakfast. However, there was one thing that made me not fully enjoy my stay. The main receptionist was not polite at all! She is very unprofessional starting from welcoming guests to any assistance she should provide as part of her job responsibilities. Her attitude was extremely rude!! She gives the first impression when you enter the hotel, and I am surprised that a nice hotel like MILOS can give employment to the personal with that kind of attitude. But, I would like to thank Roman and Lior that change that expression with their kindness and all their help during my stay. There really made me feel like at home with their friendly attitude. 🙏🏻

In terms of location, there's a gate leading strait to a near by beach, so that's good. The rooms are large and comfortable but we had an issue with a clogged shower drain and the TV was not working well. Also the door lock broke and we had to get in and out of the room through the porch. Also, I would expect that a hotel in the desert would provide complementary water bottles, this one didn't. The refrigerator was empty. The spa, however, is very good and recommend. There are 3 pools and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was very basic and not very good.

I have stayed at many hotels in the Dead Sea but I didn’t enjoy them as much as I did @Milos. It’s a boutique style hotel with a Greek twist. We stayed in a deluxe room that had a very large balcony. The food was very good, location was great - walking distance to the mall and the service was wonderful. I will definitely go again but will get the room with a private pool. Thank you!

Great beachfront hotel. Staff was kind enough to have our room ready earlier when we arrived. We also had late checkout at noon with access to all amenities waiting for our bus to Tel-Aviv. Dinner and breakfast are a buffet, decent choice of everything. Will certainly come back. Toda !

The hotel is very nice. We are satisfied with the foods and the workers are have teamwork and fast to serve us. The only thing we do not like is when we go to the information desk that morning no one sitting there, but one lady is in the other room and a man bypasses us. The lady saw us, but she took time before she went back to the desk. I just hope that don't leave the information desk unoccupied because that's the first place people/ customers go to if they need something. We come to rest and enjoy not waiting for someone. We have also been to many hotels here in Israel, but this is one of the ones we liked so far. We will come back again😍

Excellent service. Rooms a bit dated but good value. Good location and amenities. Would be a 4.x star but the service makes it 5

Great location. Direct and private access to the sea from the hotel area. Main large pool, one small for toddlers, sulfate pool and a sea water pool in a section close to the main pool. We had breakfast with a good food selection. Dinner had a good selection as well. In general the food was good but nothing too special. The service in the dining area is top notch. Truly great stuff. Only down are the rooms. They are located around the main pool so it is a bit noisy during the night and you need to make sure all curtains are tightly shut or you won't have privacy. Gym equipment is new and good enough for a workout with dumbbells. Treadmills, cycling is also available.

Overall, a great place to stay. I would recommend taking a room with private pool. There is no cold water in the pool nor in the shower, be aware (in the summer).

We initially came into the hotel to check out their Kosher dinner options, but after a brief encounter with the friendly guy at reception (Mark) we changed our mind and decided to check in for a night. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic, starting at the buffet dinner all the way through to the beautiful rooms and the charming live music that was available in the main building. Great facilities, great service, great rooms, great food. Can’t complain and would recommend to anyone looking for something special to treat yourself with along the Dead Sea.

"I expect to see the sea". The old Faulty Towers line holds true. The view of the next hotel's carpark was very disappointing. The sauna closes very early, 18:45, so always in a hurry to get back from daytrips. All in all it was a pleasant stay, but the view from my room really let it down.

Great hotal good staff, and very good meals. Prime location on the beach. The only think that annoying its the carts that move on the track near the rooms by the pool are very noise(needs silicon wheels) and sometimes hit the door. Do not take room 801

I hesitated whether to book it because there were some very low reviews. Turned out a very pleasant hotel! I generally do not like the ein bokek big hotels that accommodates hundreds of people in one tall building. Milos’ low rise houses with beautiful garden is way more relaxing to walk around. Comparatively the price is slightly more friendly compare to other hotels in the resort area. Right on the beach, with its own gate opening to the beach with hotel card. Room is bigger than I thought, spacious bathroom especially shower cabin. Staff very friendly, responsive to requests and follow up if we are satisfied. The carpet in the room looks wore out and could not been cleaned better, otherwise the room is clean and cleaning staff also very kind. Food is amazing, huge selection. Long breakfast(till 11am) is very much appreciated! The indoor and outdoor pools very relaxing. Unfortunately small child is not allowed in the indoor pools, the outdoor toddler pool has warm water which is good enough for a small child when weather allows. There are bikes but we couldn’t use it because there is no child seat. At one side of Milos there is Vert hotel which is built very close to each other, there is no way to avoid seeing the Vert tall building which is not that pleasant. The other side of Milos is it’s chain hotel which is also only a few steps away, but somehow from Milos we couldn’t even see their building. Among the ein bokek hotels I personally like Milos the best!

Hotel is located on the main stip. easy access to the beach and close by mall. rooms are spread on the premises in a Greek style town. rooms are comfy but if you get the standard room with no terrace, curtains should be closed at all times for privacy. cleanness could be better and the Greek music that plays all day as you stroll around is annoying.

Nice place but not more than that. "Private beach" has no chairs and no one to help. Gate to private beach dis not open with given cards. Pool is small and on Saturdays a lot of mizrachi music, very loud. Less loved it. Food is actually good but service in the dinning room is bad and rude. Rooms are definitely not worth the price. Spa is okeyish. Showers are scattered so prepare to wait a long time to get a shower after the spa.

We visited this hotel on July 2023, and enjoyed three days of a nice vacation. The facility was great, the staff was wonderful, very clean and very nice. Nice. The pool outside is not too big but we managed to enjoy ourselves even with this limited size. The hotel offers a private beach with a private entrance from the hotel garden to the shore of the Dead Sea which is really nice and convenient. During our vacation the pool had a malfunction which caused an entire day of shutdown. This was not what we planned for a vacation of 44°c... The half board was wonderful and the food was great. We had everything we need in terms of food and drinks and the staff was really nice and helpful with all. Parking on site is free of charge on free base. In case you travel with an electric vehicle, the charging station on site is by Efcon. In case you're looking for other charging station operated by another company, the Dead Sea Mall is just 200 m away, where you can find several different operating charging stations including EVedge and Tesla, including fast charge features. The charging stations are located on the upper parking lot above the mall. I highly recommend this hotel for couples as a romantic vacation, a place where you can practically do nothing and rest yourself to fill up with new energies.

Lovely service, great rooms and food. This hotel looks like a Greek village and is next to the beach. Although you rather use the hot indoor salt pools. That's what you really should come for to the dead sea.

We only did the spa so I cannot speak to the hotel rooms. Buffet breakfast - I was too hungry but my wife and daughters enjoyed it. The average food offerings of an Israeli breakfast buffet. Spa - they have available 1 of each hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, sulfer with salt pool, dead sea pool and 1 big outdoor swimming pool. All are well maintained. All are heated with exception of the outdoor swimming pool, which in January is too cold to use. Massage - the girls enjoyed their massages thoroughly. They each had a female masseuse. I on the otherhand had a male masseuse. I was not happy. At several times during the session he paused and texted someone. His phone rang a few times which he silenced but what masseuse has a phone with him in his session? Also he was too rough. I ached for most of the day after. I was not a fan of this guy. On a happy note, the waiting area for the massages included juices, coffee, tea and wine with some snacks. Beach - the beach access is great. Very close and easy to get to. You can get in and out of the dead sea water with ease. To recap, my wife and daughters had a great time! They would go back right away. I would, but I would for sure get a female masseuse.

Greek style hotel, on the Dead Sea coast, beautiful, clean, courteous service from the entire hotel staff, near shopping centers. Contains facilities: spa, pools: salt and sulfur, gym. The value is equal to the price. Highly recommend

Nice and clean rooms. Bring sandals to get into the water. Great food. Rooms without pool view are quieter than the rest

The hotel is located in the central Ein Bokek hotel area in the beginning and features its own private beach. The hotel has been recently renovated and is in a very good state. Rooms themselves were modern, clean and well designed, can’t fault anything on that at all. It’s got everything you’d need on your holiday to be comfortable. The included breakfast was fair value however the restaurant during other times only really sells greek food which is odd for a hotel in Israel. There are 2 things I struggle with in this hotel: 1 - The Greek theme is really odd and doesn’t quite fit at all. If I wanted to go to a Greek themed hotel, I would have gone to Greece, not a hotel in Israel, it’s better to focus on, and be known to be a good and high quality hotel, instead of being known as a greek hotel. 2 - We arrived on a Friday evening and the live ‘entertainment’ of Greek music was extremely loud, ensuring that nobody could talk without shouting and you could here it in your room as well. The quality wasn’t amazing either. Worst thing was that the next day late morning, the same guy was performing at the pool again, with the same music being done really loud. If the hotel management thinks this adds value, they should reconsider, because this is a negative. People come here to relax, not listen to loud greek music.

Nice size room, great location , great acess to beach, friendly staff. Definitely the nicest hotel at the dead sea. The reason i got to 3 stars is mainly the food. Ive never had such bad food dam shame. Other then the food no answer at the front desk, the room had clean linen and towels but i found old underwear and bamba in my private pool. The grounds is pretty nice and the staff are really sweet. Just wish they would put water in the rooms or something. Also wish the pool had staff walking around giving out the ice bags with water, they have the option if u go to them but wish i was served.

The best hotel in the dead sea! The staff are so nice and welcoming, the rooms are clean and well designed. This is the only hotel that is not a building but houses, which makes it very enjoyable. Every room has outside seating. The hotel offers a private beach, multiple types of pools, and an excellent spa. We came for one day and decided to stay. We will definitely come back!

This is my 3rd visit to Milo’s And will be my last When they first opened it was very nice and I liked the vibe they were going for . However they do not maintain the rooms , hotel needs a major maintenance. Slider door to room did not lock Cracks in tile , needs painting .seems as if they haven’t done any upkeep since opening just “cleaning “ the rooms Looks good from far

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Herbert Samuel Hotel in the Dead Sea with my family for a long weekend, and I feel compelled to share our dismal encounter. First and foremost, the rooms were shockingly minuscule. I wouldn't even dare to call them "rooms"; they were more like glorified closets. It was practically impossible to move around without bumping into each other or our luggage. This was hardly the relaxing and spacious vacation we had envisioned. Now, let's talk about the food—or should I say, the culinary disaster that awaited us. It seemed like the kitchen had an unspoken rule: "Thou shalt recycle everything!" Leftovers from one meal were cunningly repurposed for the next, and heaven knows how long they kept some dishes going. We quickly learned our lesson and opted to dine outside the hotel throughout our stay, fearing the repercussions of the gastronomic Russian roulette that the hotel's meals represented. To make matters worse, the dishes were often far from clean, leaving us questioning the hotel's commitment to basic hygiene. Despite the hotel's supposed renovations and impressive online photos, the place was nothing short of filthy. Dust and grime occupied every nook and cranny, as if cleanliness were an alien concept. Bed bugs and cockroaches were unwelcome roommates that we had not anticipated, and our nights were punctuated with the unsettling presence of these pests. The overall maintenance of the hotel was atrocious. It was as if they had entirely forgotten the importance of upkeep. It's hard to understand how such a seemingly glamorous establishment could fall so far from grace. The spa, touted as a sanctuary of relaxation, was a colossal letdown. The staff's amateurish approach left us questioning if they were doing us a favor by showing up to work. The entire experience was a complete waste of our hard-earned money. And as if all of this wasn't enough, the balconies were a disgrace, coated with layers of pigeon droppings that hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. It was a stark reminder of the hotel's negligence in every aspect. In conclusion, the Herbert Samuel Hotel at the Dead Sea may carry a name that implies prestige, but our experience felt more like a two-star motel under pressure. It's clear that they're taking advantage of their brand's reputation while failing miserably in delivering a quality experience. I wholeheartedly recommend steering clear of this establishment. Our long weekend here was marred by disappointment and discomfort, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
