Decent hotel, and the rating would have been much better if not for the restaurant experience. The hotel is old, and they claim it has been renovated but rooms are a mix of old and falling apart and relatively new finishes. The first room we got smelled of smoke, so we got it changed; the second one was fine if not quite sparkling clean. The facilities here are extensive and everything is pretty decent. Sheets are clean, plenty of beach towels to go around, and the spa is pretty good as well. The restaurant is, as many others noted, excellent in both the quality of the food as well as variety of what’s available. I’d say dinner and breakfast options here far surpass whatever is around the hotel — I wouldn’t usually recommend eating hotel food but this place is very much an exception, the food is just that good. So why one star? Today my partner found shards of glass or sharp plastic in her fruit cup during breakfast. We let a waiter know and he didn’t seem to care or understand what I was talking about; when pushed, he called a manager (I think? it was a guy in a blue shirt) who didn’t introduce himself, express any concern, apologize, or do anything, just asked for our room number (??) and walked away with the plate. We had no idea if my partner swallowed any of the glass at this point and we let him know, but it wasn’t clear that he understood us. At no other point has anyone else reached out to us about this, and we don’t know if that fruit plate was checked for other glass fragments. This is really this hotel’s biggest problem — the staff. The quality of service is low because few staff members care; there are exceptions like the spa staff and the front desk manager Kate who is doing a stellar job, but by and large the workers here are quite frankly not good. For just some examples, the guy at the coffee machine at breakfast was arguing loudly with some other worker and not actually making coffee (he just pre-made a bunch of coffee in paper cups and was tossing it out to people — what’s the point of having the dude there then? also not everyone wants to carry a piping hot paper cup around, but clearly it’s much easier for that guy to just not bother with doing his job); the cleaning crews are clearly out to lunch — we found someone’s dirty underwear between a window and a desk, floors aren’t vacuumed, and staff can be seen just stacking bathrobes on the dirty floor outside your room before bringing them in. Soap dispensers aren’t refilled, hand towels were missing, and so on. By itself this wouldn’t be as much of a deal, but a food safety incident like the one we had is, to me, an automatic bad rating. Sad to see how lack of basic care for the guests can spoil an experience, as it certainly did for us. edit: oh yeah, wifi. It’s really bad. I think they must have one router for the entire huge building, hard to otherwise explain how we would be getting one bar of wifi service on the 7th floor. It’s impossible to watch a video without major stuttering.

I arrived late in the evening to be welcomed by lovely front desk staff. My room had the most beautiful views of the death sea! There were no obstructions in front of my hotel window which made it really special. The beach access is very easy plus this hotel has ““ private area with lawn chairs” that was a 6 mins walk from The hotel and totally worth the walk. Besides the beach chairs it has umbrellas which are desperately needed if you wanna spend some time hanging out next to the Dead Sea The breakfast spread was outrageous and delicious! So many options! And the staff was quite lovely. The grounds of the property are well-maintained. My room was spacious with clean bed linens and towels. The property has plenty of parking 🤟🏽🤟🏽 which not all hotels in Israel offer I give this hotel five stars because it’s satisfied everything I was looking for. Customer service, location, cleanliness, and staff communication +++ A recommendation on where to get dinner late in the evening

Renovated hotel from Isrotel holding. In the standard room with sea view you could find everything that needed, interier was quite new after renovation. For some reason there was no hairdryer and any chair inside the room, but it's not critical. We visited in Iom-Kipur, so the breakfast was served as cold, but was a lot of different food, including fish, jogurts, bakery, deserts, so I assume the food is good (standard open buffet). in SPA zone there's 2x swimming pools with Dead Sea water and 2x Jacuzzi. Outside there's a big swimming pool with a lot of sunbed options nearby. Also small bar outside. The Isrotel beach on the Dead Sea itself located a little bit far away, around 7 minutes walk, in front of another hotel Nevo. we paid around 200$/room without taxes (September'23).

Good hotel. The food is great and so does the service. One comment on the Spa - when booking the massage, I wanted something intense, so I offered the 'deep tissue massage' and I accepted. I didn't search about it but I didn't enjoy the massage very well. I was dealing with instructions more than enjoying the massage. At the end - I didn't enjoy it and felt like my money was spent well there and I mentioned the same to the reception. I was offered 25% off on the next treatment but there won't be a next treatment. I don't want to pay more if I'm not complete with the previous transaction.... I don't know why I was even offered that.

That was under my expectations. No coffee in Saturday and the breakfast really not fresh and poor (only on Saturday) and also too crouded. No balkony in room, you have to cross road to get to the beach. Kids club is nice, but super small, same for pools. Big pool has no sun protected area. Overall we did not enjoy our stay there...

Hotel need seriously renovation. High prices. Cold water in swimming pool. Small jacuzzi and two salt water pools. So many people, no distance, no hygienic conditions.

This hotel is disgusting. The room was extremely dirty, including the sheets on the bed. The dinner and the breakfast was not fresh nor good at all. My entire experience was ruined because of this hotel. Before checking out, I was taking a shower and all of a sudden an employee of the hotel walks inside my room. He continues to knock on the bathroom door, meanwhile I am in the shower. He tells me that I need to check out immediately. This was completely unprofessional and disturbing. I would certainly not stay here again. Also, I would not recommend.

As far as dead sea hotels go this is an extremely good option. Staff is great. Food in dining room and at the bar is good. Pool is excellent, no indoor pools but is very close to the beach, not on the beach it's a direct walk across the street. Being close to the mall is very useful and it's very close to the best spot on the beach.

The Hotel was super. The rooms are after renovations and really looked good. The staff is very friendly and the food was excellent.

Nkce hotel, good service, good food, good facilities. But: some rooms are really small, check before you reserve. And not enough parking. The disabled parking was full, the hotel parking was full. We have walking diability and we had to park at public parking.

Earlier this week we drove down to Yam Hamelech. We saw that the price for a one night stay was very good and the pictures looked like the hotel was nicely refurbished. However the guard refused to let us in after asking for our names and claimed we were not on the list of guests. Explaining we wanted to go to reception and ask about accomodations, the shomer adamantly refused us entry as if we were criminals. I dont blame the guard I presume he was following instructions but the hotel should explain to guards it is not good business to refuse entry. What if we wanted to eat in the dining hall (people buy lunches in hotels) or eat in a hotel restauraunt or what if we simply wanted to buy coffee and relax in the lobby? Isnt a hotel supposed to be friendly? We have reviously stayed in Isrotel hotels (several times in Eilat) and I never was stopped at the door and asked what am i doing here and what is my name. No one checked (they did for parking at the Riverra to ensure I was a guest which is good but never to walk into the hotel).

I'm in the hotel, I'm very disappointed . When I booked my rooms, I've asked for a room with 3 separated beds in the higher floors. And when I came , I was in the 4th floor with a big bed and a coach. I went to the reception to ask for a room in the higher floors. They put me in the 7th floor, that's great but the Air conditioning makes the noise of an airplane and for the room of 3 , they separated the 2 beds but there was only 2 beds ! I went to the reception at 6 pm to ask for a 3rd bed, they told me they will open the coach but when we came back at 11pm, it was not open!!! I had to go back to the reception to ask for it one more time, they came to make it at 11.30 pm and the man was not nice at all. I think this hotel is very expensive for what we get. Let's not talk about the extremely rude reception staff except Sarah who you can commend. It could be great but I'm very disappointed 😞.

So old and overpriced. The reception go at snails pace. There aren’t enough beds to go around the small pool. The elevators don’t work and you are constantly waiting. It’s not that close to the Dead Sea either. 10 min walk. For the price this is severely underwhelming.

Great location, 3 minutes from the Dead Sea, nice beach. Good comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast but we didn't liked lunch, food is ok but there isn't good choice. Tasty cocktails on the bar, outdoor swimming pool

Stayed 1 night. Customer service + breakfeast and dinner were good. Unfortunatly like many dead sea hotels the rooms are very oldfasion and outdated. No room has a balcony. To get to the sea you need to walk down a very steep sidewalk and cross a street. In addition, we drove with Electric vehicle because the website advised there are two charging stations in the hotel parking. But that wasnt the case. they reffered me to a different hotel that is part of Isrotel chain that have the charging stations which were occupied all weekend. We love the dead sea but we will not return to this hotel.

The view on the dead sea from our room was great. The rest was okay, bit overpriced IMO.

Nice hotel but somehow the receptionists make it very unwelcoming. They don’t want to guide you in any way. If you ask them something, you feel like they are super bothered and want you to leave as soon as possible. I haven’t seen this anywhere else in the world. The room, breakfast and dinner were alright.

Although the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are nice and comfy. All the rooms face east, i.e, facing the Dead Sea. The location is very good. Maybe 5 minutes walk from the beach and and the Dead Sea Mall. A few cons: 1. Walking time to the beach could've been much shorter if the hotel had an exit facing east. But the main entrance and lobby are in the western side of the hotel. 2. Like almost all hotels in Israel, this one also have Kosher kitchen. This means that on weekends (from Friday evening until Saturday evening), some services might be limited. Like a normal cup of coffee ... This might be even more challenging during Passover. The only bread served during this week is Matzos. Most food places around the hotel will also be serving Passover kosher food. 3. Hotels in Israel tend be on the expensive side (and that's an understatement ...), but the price we paid for this holiday was way over what is considered reasonable even for the holidays. If we weren't in a post corona time, we'd probably prefer to spend the same amount of money on a vacation abroad.

The view was great and the hotel close to the Dead Sea. On the other hand the staff was mostly not able to speak English, was really unfriendly and disrespectful. The price-performance ratio is not right here at all. If you’re staying for only one night it’s okay, but I cannot imagine to stay here longer and I will definitely not be back again.

WORST SERVICE ! ONLY the new rooms are nice, the rest is very outdated ! We left a comment on the reservation that the stay is to celebrate an anniversary and prior to arrival we called as well. When we arrived no treats, no party favour, whatsoever. Nicely, the room was ready before expected time. But there was no toilet paper, only one bathrobe, no shower slippers (only flip flops), no shower floor mat.. so we called the receptionist to ask for all of the following things. It took 3 calls, 1 call to the manager and 45 minutes to receive it all to the room. The room service closes at 9pm so we had to head over to the lobby bar , where we were greeted by the rudest barmaid to the point that we left and went to the nearest local shop to get chips and drinks. Also on Shabbat (Friday night until Saturday night) there’s no room service available at all ! This goes without mentioning that we tipped one of the managers in hope to show our good faith in being grateful for a service we unfortunately didn’t ended receiving. Only staff member, Yair, at the reception was helpful and sweet. The manager Shira came through.. thanks for the fruit platter and the dinner. Food is okay, nothing special and the service there is mediocre. Staff members are only there to look nice, not help or serve the guests. Early morning before heading to the sea, showering and checking out.. we asked for towels.. we came back to the room at 11am before check out (confirmed with the receptionist for 12pm).. there was NO TOWELS, NO A/C , NO ELECTRICITY. On the way out to check out with Shira, the manager, she was with another customer who slammed the door in my face and the manager didn’t respond whatsoever. It’s a shame , especially coming from Isrotel hotel. We will NOT be back and we do NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, unless you bring all that you need and except to only be paying for a room, nothing more!

I paid extra for a studio room, which was supposed to have a large window overlooking the Dead Sea, but the window was really small. I caught a glimpse of other rooms on the same floor and they looked much better. at check-in the room was not clean (lots of hairs in the bathroom), the furniture and everything is old/used and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was mediocre, very basic - I was surprised that there was no hummus (in addition to no cold meats or a range of fresh fruit). I would say breakfast was a big disappointment. Most staff look disinterested, lazy and annoyed. But location is good and the beach is nice too. If I come back to beautiful Ein Bokek I would stay at Isrotel Nevo as the reviews I heard from there were very good.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are immaculate clean! It is very close to the beach. I like its SPA and in general it seems to be a nice place to relax. However, it is ridiculous that in such a hot place they do not include complementary water in the room so one is constantly thirsty and thinking where to buy water and carry it back to the room. Additional downside is that if there is more than half occupancy, all the leisure arras such as the pool or the SPA are so crowded that it takes away all the pleasure because there is not enough space and it becomes rather noisy. I guess one should go there when the season is off.

Four-star hotel offering access to Dead Sea beach. Salt water and sweet water pools. Good breakfast included.

I was served by the receptionist Jerry, he was very polite, patient and were ready to help me in every way possible. The hotel is very clean, the pools are great (just remember to arrive early before breakfast and reserve a good place in the pool, otherwise you'll end up sitting with birds at the backyard). Also, dinner is very delicious and there is a variety of dishes. Take a big room, overall they're good but there's no balcony. Recommended!

Reception post was left unoccupied this morning and no one answered the phone. Your outside swimming pool is of a high standard but not used by residents only because the water temparature is very very cold.complained about this on monday with no response all. The hand drying machine in mens toilet on lobbey floor has been out of use since we came on monday.i conplained twice with no attention being paid. Room satisfactory and meals very tasty and sufficient. Suggest putting hairdryer in room. Thank you for your attention. Chaim Maisel room 109 Rating 6

This hotel was ok. We chose it because it is close to the dead sea mall. They also accept max back points. Rooms were clean but the staff was very serious. The lighting at the entrance was kind of low. The bathroom got flooded even when I shut the shower door. They gave us an ajoining room so it didn't feel like we had privacy and we could hear the neighbors. The beds were comfortable though and all the main boxes were ticked.

This the most disgusting hotel that I ever stayed. The room is dirty. The cleaner didn’t wish to clean the table, and left pajama on the floor after cleaning my room. Complained on low salary.

As for the great name Isrotel has, Noga is by far the worst. Staff is absolutely terrible, service is a word that’s unfamiliar in the hotel. If it was a motel for 200 shekels per night then yes i guess it could be fair. Don’t waste your time and money on this place(hotel is not a suitable name for this mere building).
