We stayed in the area for the night and to be honest, there were about 3 options for dinner that are not a hotel’s restaurant. Reviews made us skeptical but we made the decision to give it a try, and we are glad we did! The server was fast, pleasant and friendly. The music was authentic and with good taste. The atmosphere was joyful. And most importantly - the food was AS GOOD AS IT GETS! We ordered the mixed grill which was a recommended choice. We added the falafel, hummus mushrooms and Dolma (I believe that’s the name...? Stuffed grape leaves!). In addition to what you order you’ll get a bunch of small salads and dips to share. Add some beers and you got a meal that not everyone will be able to finish. In conclusion: From the hospitality to the food and fair pricing - this is definitely a place I recommend. I hope you’ll have as good experience as we had. Thank you.

Delicious Israeli food the chef is amazing +++ #elieats

This place has really amazing atmosphere, with a nice breeze and delicious smells. You can get hookah. you can sit on couches on the floor or choose to sit at a table. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the best part… Is the food! We ordered the beef and lamb kebabs, they were some of the best we've ever had… And we live in Israel! A tray of assorted salads arrived as part of our meal, they were delicious. We also had the hummus and Schwarma dish, which was also to die for. We ordered falafel balls on the side and they arrived sizzling hot and they were great also.

Very rude waitress. One guy wearing a cap while serving. Everytime we asked something he was literally swearing. While waiting to be taken the order he made us wait and he lighted a cigarette. Other people who came after us was served before us. Cats eating from the food in the tables. Mosquitos. I am sorry to say dont go there unless you have no other options. The only positive thing was the starters they brought complimentary with our order (they give to every body, dont order starters from menu). The shawarma was not good. Living in the Middle East I never saw a shawarma like this, was more like minced meat mixed with some pieces or raw meat. It comes the meat and separate the fries, it is not in the roll.

This could be a really awesome place. The main improvement i would recommend is actually cleaning things and the service. It's kinda dirty, none of the tables are wiped down properly and the actual upholstery just needs to be replaced/washed from time to time. The food is great and the atmosphere is really chill.

Wow! The knafe desert is so good!! Arrives with pistachio ice cream Sharon the host is a unique character and on fridays night you'll enjoy a belly dance show!

Do not waste your time and money going anywhere else if you are in the area!! Cozy atmosphere - outdoor sitting with strong AC, DELICIOUS fresh food ( eggplant with Tehini and meat/fish on grill is a MUST), and the service was just beyond all expectations - we were greeted and helped by a lovely lady who could not have been more helpful! Absolutely made our day, see you next time!

All I can say is just WOW. Super friendly staff and about the food, let me tell you that I’ve ate at many middle eastern places. This place is definitely on my top 10 places in the world. This place is a total gem. A must visit if you’re in the dead see area or Masada.

This place was empty when we came. The decor/atmosphere is middle eastern/Bedouin type vibe. Food was good, service was very slow.

A bit uphill, not on the main avenue along the beach. You have to look for the place, but it is worth it. Low sofas kind personnel good food and an interesting amount of draft beers. I'll be back for sure

The only decent place to eat in the whole area. So tasty and generous food in a open space tent, so you can enjoy the nature around you... Highly recommended!

Nice place to eat at the dead sea. There are not so many restaurants, and this one has something different. Etnic atmosphere great for groups but good also for couples.

We just had a wonderful lunch at Taj Mahal which serves traditional arabic food. Very friendly service, very good and tasty meals!

If you're allergic to cats or care about hygiene this place is not for you. The restaurant is outside, is filled with roaming street cats and the tables are far from clean (see pictures below, I was served tea with a used plastic spoon covered in someone's else coffee). Staff is quite rude, passing by your table without acknowledging you calling them. The food though is decent, the kebab was very tasty. But overall, I would not recommend this place.

If you are searching for a place that serves you, I'm extremely not recommending this place. Get away. The only thing that is good here is the atmosphere. They even give us the bill at 11 pm and said that they are closing even that when we called to them to ask when they gonna close they said until midnight. That closed all the lights on us at 11:30....

Great open air atmosphere. Nice evening breeze. Low seating was great. Really nice to lounge and enjoy the meal (regular tables were also available). Great bar selection. Good drinks. “Mixed grill for two” was fantastic and plenty of food for 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 10) - it included an array of sides and hummus and pita (we ended up ordering a few extra pita). Overall it was a great restaurant. There are almost no choices in town for “non-buffet food” …this is the best by far!

30 mins wait for french fries for 29 nis. Tried to cancel multiple times. Staff simply asked what now. I was the only order at the time. Note to management: if you forgot the order just let customer cancel.
