I signed lease at the end of May. I went to move in today. I was literally shocked by seeing the apartment and hearing the answers from leasing office staff. They’ll show you the well cleaned model house. But when you move you get old and used appliances. I asked about the rusted and burned counter top grill. Keely said “you don’t get anything new and we didn’t mentioned it anywhere”. And asked about water stored rained water next to patio, she said, “we don’t fix anything”.I’m attaching photos. The stains you see on the napkin in photo are from cook top. Please be aware before considering this apartment homes.

I’ve lived at Portofino apartments for almost a year now and I’ve never felt so safe and comfortable in a home like I do here. Kelly was the first person I spoke to in the office upon move in and she was super helpful through the whole process. Even till this day she makes sure everything is as smooth as possible. About a month ago she helped me through the process of transferring units and it was such a smooth, stress free process for me and my sister/roommate. The maintenance staff here is very good and responsive. My dryer broke down just before the long weekend. Alex from maintenance was kind enough to replace it in no time inspite of he being on his day off. He is very knowledgeable and is able to fix issues in no time.

My wife and I just moved into our new apartment and we love it! Kelly was so helpful during the application process and she was very flexible with us during our move in process. The other members of the staff were very welcoming and polite as well! Our apartment is huge and the view from the lanai is beautiful! We look forward to living in this wonderful community!
