    DO NOT LIVE HERE - I’ve been here 7 months and although the apartments themselves are quite nice, it is not worth it. Every 2 weeks I have been forced out of my home due to false fire alarms in my building (#3) this has been going on the full 7 months. I’ve personally had to end work calls 12 times due to this issue. The office always says they understand and they are working on it. Last update was that due to the Wind and placement of the sensors, this was leading to the problem. This was back in May 2023 they told us this. Well since then nothing has changed. There are better ways to spend your $2k each month. There also was a recent change in management companies and the property cleanness has taken a nose dive. I hurts to leave a negative review but if at least 1 person is able to make a more informed decision than I was able to then it’s worth it.

    *within the last week, the management has reached out and fixed my two main concerns. I'm hopeful the trend will continue and it turns out that the management just had a bad first month. The property and units are nice, but the property as a whole has not been well run. On the day of my move-in the front desk didn't have any keys for my apartment which meant waiting for about 4 hours while they had someone get the right keys. They also hadn't properly prepared the apartment as there about 10 spiders throughout the apartment on the ceilings and a number of outlets that didn't function. The property was recently bought by a new management company, but so far things have been worse under the new company, the past weekend there were no dog bags for about 3 days which has led to more dog poop being left around the property which hasn't been cleaned. It also appears there hasn't been any yard work done since the new ownership took over. The new ownership seems like they were unprepared to manage a property; there has been limited staff available and the staff that is present don't seem equipped to manage the property effectively. I was able to talk to a member of the staff who confirmed they were still putting on a community event later that week, but when that day came around nothing had been done for the event and a different staff member claimed she didn't know anything about it. There has so far been no communication from the new ownership apart from them saying that they didn't have a website ready to process rent payments and that everyone would have to pay their rent by check or money order. I do enjoy the design of the units and the overall property, but the management has been the worst I've ever experienced so far. As it is currently managed, I can't say the experience here is worth the price they charge. Hopefully the new ownership will improve from their poor start, but so far it seems like their attitude towards the tenants is that we already signed our leases and agreed to pay rent so they don't really care about keeping the property running well. Update: The management has continued to awful. There has been no maintenance in the dog park since the new ownership took over. I was told they were going to do it last week, but nothing was done. There was a car charger port that was knocked over 2 weeks ago, it is still laying across the sidewalk with no communication from management about if it will be moved. The front pedestrian gate doesn't lock anymore. I've put in maintenance requests and they get marked as completed without any work being done. It feels like they bought a property that was basically at full occupancy and are content to spend as little money as possible managing it until a bulk of the leases are up. It's also noteworthy that the only positive rating since the new ownership took over is from someone who isn't a resident and has left 3 reviews for apartments, all owned by Advenir, and all 5 stars.

    The apartment is decent. We hear people stomping above us night and day but I assume that’s because the ceiling is thin. My biggest gripe is the new management sucks. They’ve recently shut the pool down “until further notice” because they discovered there were “some bugs in the pool”. Newsflash, there’s bugs all over the complex. Maybe they should hire someone to clean the pool at regular intervals, just like anyone else that has owned a pool ever. I guess we’ll just keep waiting and maybe, just maybe, if we’re good, maybe they’ll open the pool up again.

    Don’t live here, there are a lot better options. This is the only apartment I’ve lived in that I’ve ever complained about. Where do I start….. -I picked an end unit thinking there would be less noise but you can hear people outside and in rooms above/next to you like they’re physically in the room with you. -I have to request maintenance or pest control 3 times before they actually come to my apartment. -I have lived here for almost 8 months and I still have no access to the package room. I have brought this to the attention of old and new management with nothing done about it. (Talked to 6 separate staff members about it) -the package room is basically a free for all. Anyone can go in there and take anyone’s packages because they’re all in one big open room and not separated in individual lockers. Oh, and you won’t get messaged about any package being delivered. -the dog park is covered in weeds and pieces of glass. -the gym is fine for a light workout. No heavy weights just dumbbells and cables. -you can’t sit in the clubhouse to do work unless it is during office hours (which are very limited) -if the person on the balcony above you has plants, be prepared to be cleaning dirt off of your patio furniture everyday because there are holes between the wood pieces on the balcony. -if you have a roommate that leaves, they will not remove them off the lease. So they’re stuck on your lease for the remainder of the time. Basically, the only good thing about this apartment is the other residents and the staff is nice (but that only does so much).

    Love living here, great staff. Very friendly to military and their families. The apartments are very new and stylish. Maintenance works so fast. Quiet and pet friendly. The dog park is getting upgraded which will be great. I’m very happy here and feel safe.

    Although the apartments are nice and new, this place was completely mismanaged by the previous owner. The new management company is working hard to fix the issues. Sue and her team are doing their best and are very kind. Although there is frustration with the property, they've already started implementing changes. Honestly this could be a great place to live and the residents are absolutely amazing and I'm excited to see what the new company can do.

    Have lived here for a year and love it. The office staff is fantastic and our apartment gets a ton of natural light. Some other highlights: - Gated apartment community - several events to get to know others in the complex - pet friendly - the apartments are only a year old - the pool & grill area
