There is some really good quality coffee and delicious pastries to start your day just past the gate on the right hand side when you enter Busch Gardens. The place is pretty new it just opened this year 2023. I definitely suggest grabbing a cinnamon roll and a piping hot caffeinated beverage or a nice iced latte to start your day. They also offer donuts and other cool pastries as well as other cold drinks like the fruit refreshers. It's also not a bad spot to escape the Florida sun. Give this place a try if your in Busch gardens and need a good coffee

VERY many things were wrong with my experience here. for starters, the lady taking my order kept giving me and my friend dirty and rude looks. her tone was super plain and dry. another thing, i was given iced tea instead of iced coffee? they told me it was iced coffee but i took it anyway since I wasnt sure what plain iced coffee looked like cuz im kinda stupid. also, i saw a cockroach run under the counter? GROSS!!! there were flies and maggots in their croissants and drinks and the milk was sour and chunky. i even saw an opossum sleeping in the roof boards. They soccer punched a pregnant woman in the face because she asked for sweetener. afterwards they screamed “IM DONEEE!!!” and threw all of the coffee on the floor and doused the store in gasoline and lit a match and ran away while the store set ablaze. i barely made it out of there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!😡😡😤🤬🐀i also saw a rat nest in the corner and the walls were cracking from being overgrown with vines and and bamboo. also they refused my request for my pictures from a roller coaster. there was also black mold in the wall that was slowly phasing through and the establishment smelled like poop. there was diarrhea smeared on the wall and i think i got diabete from the amount of SUGAR they put into my iced tea that i DIDNT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also a homeless woman by the name of tamela matson slithered up to me and started to beg for my hard earned money and started to tug at my scalp after i refused and split me down the middle. i had to see myself up with my own needle and threat and the barista didnt even help me because the establishment was on fire and burning down. also i was held at gunpoint when i was walking out. i still drank my iced tea rhat i didnt order because i wanted to get my moneys worth. terrible customer service shpuld be out of business. please tear this establishment down with a wrecking ball immediately!!!!!!!😡😡

A little surprised by almost the bad reviews. The line is usually really long and slow, but it's basically a Starbucks. The Chai tea was decent and priced about what I'd expect at a normal Starbucks. One of the few not shocking prices

Coaster Coffee Busch gardens. Totally the worse customer service experience. Took 20 mins to make a mango dragon fruit and the staff minus Ximena was not the most courteous. Definitely not necessary to be treated in this manner.

The customer service that my friend and me received was nothing compared to how disgusting our drinks were! The name of the lady was Nastassia our drink smelt of wet wipes when we got it and was very rude when we asked for a refund for the atrocious drinks. There were also flies swarming the ingredients for the drinks.😡

Most disgusting drinks and food I’ve ever had in my life at any coffee shop in the world . The atmosphere is horrible, flies, dirt , the worst costumer service you could possibly imagine and outrages price . It was so bad we threw out everything .
