They do not even deserve the one star that I am forced to give to write this review. They say if you do not like the way your first picture comes out send in your order on retake day and they will send you the new pictures. I did as they instructed and when retakes and class pictures were sent home I received a slip to order photos. Meanwhile I had already paid for my pictures and was supposed to receive the retakes. I call them up and the woman April said she would have the package mailed to me and guaranteed me that I would receive the retakes not the originals. Well guess what I got this weekend in the mail, the originals. I am now without good school pictures for memories and to give out to family, especially my 92 year old grandmother. I have now requested a refund, and am told it will take 3-6 weeks. I wonder if they can get this part right. Severely unhappy with the level of incompetence from this company.

This is the second year I will not purchase their photos. I'd rather go to JC Penney and have shots done. They messed up our kids photos so bad (even after makeup shots they look like mugshots) and I have 3 order forms for 2 kids and pictures I can't access online. I've been trying to call for days with no luck. On hold for 5, 7, 10 minutes at a time. Tried using the live chat feature online and she didn't care to understand what I needed. I've suggested that the school consider other options...

0 Stars. Horrible Company. Terrible customer service. Limited options. Only one size option (8x12) for the class photo. Individual retakes are a pain and take forever. Prepayment for photos is required, which is absurd. Both of my kids' photos were not good, but LifeTouch hooks you in early due to the prepayment requirement. Tell your district: Avoid Lifetouch like the plague!

It's ridiculous how much they charge for the pictures just because they know that us, as parents, would love to have those memories. But honestly, $15.00 for a print that costs about a dollar to print is just out of this world. Not mentioning the 60 dollars for 3 DIGITAL photos. Just NO.

I would like to speak with someone I can understand in order to access my daughter's pictures and pay for them. I have called customer service two times and can't understand them. You have removed your local address from the website. Can someone please reach out to me.

Paid for fall 2021 school photos and never received them from the school. We tried calling and emailing this service and have not had a response. Very unprofessional!

The absolute worst customer service ever. I have been trying for 2 days to contact them for pictures missing since May! I have tried calling and after waiting literally over an hour was disconnected twice. I tried the live chat option which is also not working and no one comes on ever though it says there is a rep ready. I went on site to get an email address but there is no email and the only way to contact is via phone or live chat, both of which are not working. Oh and the call back option also goes straight to voice mail because its a 1800 number and is considered spam. Absolutely ridiculous

If I could give ZERO. I would. I’ve ordered my child’s photos from this company three times and ALL three times my order has been incorrect. They come to the base for daycare photos. This latest they sent me a headshot of my son. A headshot! The Photo doesn’t even match the photo on the proof page that they provided me. I have no clue where this picture came from because it wasn’t the original order or the proof. In addition, they didn’t even send me one of the poses that I ordered and PAID FOR. Plus they charged me $4 for shipping despite ordering prior to the deadline and would not give me the pick up at daycare option. Again I ordered prior to the deadline. The time prior I ordered the mix and match with digital (normal order) and stated which photos I wanted. They sent me what they decided to send. My Order had to be reissued. The initial order was the same thing. Now I call and there’s been an issue with their phones according to the automated message so you can’t get through. Sent an email days ago and nothing. Now we are rolling into a holiday.

I can’t even understand how this people got the contract with almost every school . I know many photographers who actually do an outstanding job. I wonder what schools get from using this mediocre company . You guys do not care at all to actually do a good job . This company sent people to pretend they are professional and set up a stage for nothing . Just to click a camera . I can’t wait for schools to stop using this company . It is horrible . Not one single picture it’s worth the amount of money you want.
