I recently had the pleasure of working with Joey for a home inspection on my newly built house, and I can confidently say that he did an outstanding job. He arrived promptly and was very thorough in his inspection, taking the time to carefully look at every aspect of the house. During the process, he found several minor items that, while not requiring a lot of work for the builder, would nevertheless have bothered me greatly if they had been missed by the builder’s inspector. Not only did he identify any potential issues, but he also explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The final report was very detailed and easy to understand, and it gave me peace of mind knowing that my new home was in good condition.
