    I've literally never seen a team this inefficient. My family and I watched 5 other people come and go while we waited for our drinks. The employees were moving SO incredibly slow. No sense of urgency at all with a line around the stand. In a fast-paced airport setting like this, you are definitely losing money. We would have gone somewhere else had I known we would be waiting 20 minutes after ordering for some very simple drinks.

    Large layout, but very busy. They even have beers and wine here! Different selection of foods than a typical Starbucks. The staff here is very friendly and pleasant. They have the seasonal drinks to select from during the holidays too! Photos as of November 2018.

    I waited 20 minutes just to not get my food. People that ordered after me got there food before. My flight was departing so I couldn’t wait any longer. After all the waiting I didn’t get my food and still payed. Such a waste of time and money. The employees were kind, but some weren’t really helping.

    As a past barista I reduce the amount of sugar in my drinks, but the two times I was at this location were way sweeter than the recipe would call for.

    Idk what these other reviews are talking about, but this is the most efficiently run airport starbucks I have ever been to. Maybe they were just firing on all cylinders today. Shoutout to my girl Elena! She is taking orders and calling shots like a 2007 Peyton Manning. You little kids probably don’t know anything about that but go watch some youtube highlights. The line moved so quickly I let out an audible “Wow” under my breath when I saw what was happening. This review is brought to you by a tall cold brew!!!

    Waited 45 minutes and had to leave without my coffee order because my flight was boarding. While waiting I watched the person making food touch the trash and his hair without ever changing his gloves or washing his hands. He then continued touching the food. Gross! I also watched the manager wipe up a spill on the floor with a paper towel and then wipe down the counter with the same towel

    I did a mobile order that had an estimated time of 11 minutes. It took 25 minutes for them to put a tea bag in hot water for me, and they didn't do it until I prompted. It was clear that they were not "pulling" the mobile ticket orders consistently and should have just turned off mobile ordering. This mismatch in communication was frustrating at 6am and could have been avoided with better process management and clearer communications. I realize they were busy but I would not have stood around if I knew I had 25 min to kill. I would have happily walked around and then come back 25 minutes later for my tea.

    Asked for no ice. Served with ice. Then poured out the drink into a new cup with no ice and got a half empty cup. I bought a Venti by the way.

    Worst starbucks ever at Tampa Airport. Customer service is poor and they seem no to care while any other starbucks at this airport they so efficient and make your order right away

    The trainee got both our orders incorrectly but was fixed after almost what felt like 10 minutes at 5am. As we sat down with our order, looked at the receipt and my hubby’s venti with extra shot was a “single” shot only. My tall decaf Americano was fill to the rim with water and it tasted like water. We tried the location before the gates and that was bad as well. Save your money and get a coffee somewhere else.

    Fully agree with previous comment. Super slow, spent more 1 hour to get my order.Also group of 3 talking at the register looking over and ignoring me waiting to order, because one of them was sharing a story not about work.

    Wednesday day, May 3rd, 5 pm; rude employee. Ordered a pink drink and 6 people behind me got their drinks first. Went to ask and just asked why people behind me got their drink first, gave me a rude reply. Then purposefully made me a VERY watered down pink drink. Worst Starbucks drink I ever got

    Sat at the register for almost 10 mins waiting for someone to take cash transaction and three girls were asked “can anyone take her order” and they proceed to look at me and then go back on their phones. :)

    I paid for my order, waited 30 minutes, then left without receiving anything because. I had to board my flight. 30 minutes is a long time to wait for a sandwich at an airport. I should get a refund for this.

    Over 15 minutes for a frap. Then it came out not completely full and no whip. When asked for whip, was ignored so I swapped tops, reached over the counter and just did it myself.

    Dang this must be the worst Starbucks on this side of the country (check reviews). Guess I'm lucky I DIDN'T GET TO ORDER BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF EVERY THING EXCEPT HOT DRIP COFFEE. Who goes to Starbucks for regular coffee! JUST CLOSE!

    I’ve never seen a Starbucks not take an order for 15 minutes. If I could give zero stars i would. The staff just took mobile orders, and would not take actual orders from people. It’s very disappointing. Do not go to the Starbucks.

    My typical drink was made better here than at most Starbuck's :) VERY kind employees that work in a quick-paced, timely manner given the high volume of patrons. One staff taking my order wished me a good flight, thanked me for "choosing this Starbucks" (like I have other options haha), referred to me by my first name in a direct manner, cheerfully suggested an upgrade for a drink order and was overall a model of the customer service golden standard.

Then the one making the drinks had to apologize and advise me someone will be with me shortly. Are you kidding right now? Didn't realize I was getting coffee from a gas station in the middle of the night.

    I ordered a trenta pink drink with almond milk and the lady made me one with coconut and I said I ordered almond and she said oh sorry his has coconut and tries fo hand me the coconut anyway and I say again I ordered one with almond milk and she looks at the cup and goes oh sorry i didn't look at it and I say I will like a refund . Jamal the cashier who checked me out does my refund and gave me the receipt of the refund . I leave and now I'm waiting at my gate and check my account ans it has not be loaded and so I go back to the Starbucks and I say it is not loaded and I show him the card and my account history ans he checks the balance and says oh this is weird it is not on there and he says let me call my manager so he calls ans then comes to me and says she said it takes 24 hour but here is her business card. I call Jodi Stanley and no one so I can again and explain what happened and she says it would take up to 24 hours which would be Friday since i went on Thursday . I called Friday evening then it was oh i said it could take up to 24 hour and i will let us on Sunday when i can get to accounts and does not text or call or anything . I call this morning (Monday ) after hearing nothing since Friday and she ( Jodi Stanley ) said that she has to wait for the accountant today and I'm like so why could you not have said anything instead of saying nothing and all i got was a " could you send me your information and I will let you know but the end of the business day on Monday because she needs the account to look up the transaction . Today is Tuesday and I was never notified until today after I asked yesterday and called why she never called me back . So I finally called cooperate and the guy over the phone did it instantly and helped me!

    My entire experience was fantastic. For several reasons. I was inline maybe about the 6th person down. The manager came out and handed treats to two kids( maybe 2 and 4yrs) looking out at the air planes. Just because. The mother was sooo happy you can hear it in her voice house appreciative she was, and of course the young boys was excited. Secondly I loved the interaction the manager had with the customers and to her employees. She was so nice and genuine! While giving instructions and training a young lady as well. Who was also very well mannered. Third, a lady was having a difficult time paying for her food, I believe she had her children with her just trying to get her a snack before the plane. Unfortunately her cars declined, it happens to the best of us Wether the funds are there are not, it. It can be very embarrassing especially with your children( we know how they can get lbs). She was eagerly willing to pay for her food, but another customer beat her to it. Lastly another customer felt as good as I did about her service and forced a tip upon her. Instead of keeping it. She used it to pay for the two ladies behind me saying it was a gift that someone offered to pay for their drinks. They were lit up like Christmas lights LOL. The manager the is truly the gift that keeps on giving! You can tell how great of a manager she is because of her other employees attitude and the way the handled the busyness and their communication to each other. From the gentleman who made my drink and put extra crunch on my drink😉. To the women who checked me out and didn’t let me for get my lemon cake i left on the counter cause I’m so exhausted lol. And the young lady who was next in charge . Her energy was good. Very well mannered, and friendly. If I needed a job i would love to work their to be apart of the team.

    5 Starbucks employees and nobody working. The team seemed to care more about their personal conversations than the line that had formed around the vignette??? I fly weekly and always fly out of gate E where this Starbucks is located and have yet to have a”good” experience. Today was so bad I was compelled to review. Gate E, try Illy there friendly and much more efficient.

    The line was literally never ending wrapped around the kiosk and into the open walk way and the employee's who were working remained kind and pleasant made my order perfect. The used my points split my payment and everything came out hot and fast. Loved it!

    Friendly staff, but... Didn't get my drink right. Not enough time to get it fixed. What is normally an expensive drink is outrageous at the airport. All the more reason why expectations are higher, and thus disappointing.

    Best Starbucks experience!! They accidentally made my drink a grande and when I offered to pay for a venti, they made me a trenta for no extra charge. Super kind staff!! Had great conversations with the employees:)

    I ordered a toasted bagel and saw that people after me were getting their orders before me. It was 15 minutes of waiting so I then asked where is my bagel. Response was its coming. 5 minutes later he came back and asked me what is my name and said a ticket was not made for me. Finally, I got my bagel bagelwith no apology. I was very disappointed in their service
