Unfortunately, I had to return a beautiful pair of shoes. I wore them for 20 minutes & was forced to take them off and switched to sandals. My feet were practically bleeding. When I went to return the shoes, I was transparent & told them I had worn them only for 20 minutes. I couldn’t take the pain anymore and I would never wear them again do to this. They were an $100 pair of heels. When returning, one of the managers of the shoe department, Alicia, told me that when purchasing heels you have to expect them to hurt and heels aren’t meant to be comfortable and that doesn’t mean I should be returning them. (I have plenty of pairs of comfortable heels that I could wear all night.) She told me, “I have a business to run.” Little does she know, I own my own business and understand the way profit/returns work. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to keep a pair of $100 heels that I will never wear because of how painful they were and how swollen they made my feet within only 20 minutes of wearing them. She was extremely rude, disrespectful and had a very nasty attitude. The associate helping me actually apologized to me for the way she talked to me. I would never recommend this Dillards. And because of her, I will never shop at this location again.

As a Tampa native, Dillard's has always been one of my top go-to places, a matter of fact lately the sales have been phenomenal! Such a broad offering of stylish brands, styles, truly authentic unique gifts, for the holidays or any occasion! Happy holidays thank you dillard's!

I love this Dillard's!!!!! I love that it accommodates me and has three family restrooms with parent-child toilets. The parent toilet is elevated off of the ground and the child toilet adorably sits down on the ground next to the parent toilet. This is great because like Elsa, I have powers that I can't control. They accommodate my ice powers and I like that they help me out. They help me with issues and ailments I face. I also love the layout. These are the only three bathrooms I will be using in the entire mall. I mean that 💕💕 I wish all Dillard's stores had three floors.

I went to gift wrap these shirts that I had recently bought from dillards, the employee was very unprofessional and took almost an hour to wrap my two shirts, and was very dismissive. When I got home and didn’t trust her wrapping so I checked and the shirts were unbuttoned, not folded nicely at all, and the price tags were still attached and showing. You would expect the gift wrapping to focus a little more on the presentation, and especially the price tag should have been removed. This experience left a lot to be desired from a store as well known and usually trustworthy as Dillards.

The people seem so thirsty for a sale,well when you can find one well in some areas let's say.. the area where fragrance is they are on point but in the clothing areas hard to find.. this department store has seen better days.

Nate in the Ralph Lauren part of Dillards was amazing. Wife/I have a daughter getting married in 3 weeks and needed some clothes. Went all the around the store looking to help us after explaining what was looking for. He was so helpful, patient with me, great attitude etc...nothing but spectacular. Great personality and very professional. My wife/I left so happy with our purchase and the entire/overall experience. Top notch. Again, ask for Nate.

My husband had the WORST experience at Dillards buying shoes on July 3rd and July 5th. He was preparing for his dream job interview and bought a pair of nice dress shoes. Upon arriving home he checked the box and was given 2 pairs of different sized shoes. He went back on the 5th and before he left the store he checked the box and the same thing happened again! He was given 2 different sized shoes! He had to get up super early and almost missed his flight for his interview trying to get these shoes. The level of incompetence is astounding.

The shoes were on sale during my particular visit and I was so happy with the selections and prices! Very friendly, helpful people working there!

Jennifer from Lancôme is so fantastic at what she does. Her professionalism and disposition is really enjoyable and makes me want to go back. Cesar, on another day was also great at the perfume counter when he helped me. Sonny from the shoe department is great—very attentive, detailed, and efficient, plus kind and cheery!

Nate at Dillards is an amazing stylist . He is very friendly, respectful, and helped me find the perfect outfit for an outdoor summer wedding. 10/10 highly recommended going to Nate if you need help with any outfits!

Not as many choices as I was hoping. We were able to walk the store and see all the women's clothing in less than an hour. Found a couple of things.

Dillard's has a better shoe collection than Nordstrom. This is important to know. They always seem swamped, but service is good, and the selection is huge!

Nice store, however $70.00 for a plain, nice blouse, Made in China, Dry Clean only, is too high.... You could spend $35 at local store& get a beautiful blouse, machine washable, Made in USA & a high end brand, such as K Cole, R Lauren...

Love Citrus Park Dillards I always get a lovely welcome from Alex in Childrens, to Kylie in Estee Lauder and Sharon and Lynn in Womens upstairs. It's so nice to be remembered and I really appreciate the awesome customer service

Dillard's was having a huge shoe sale and the department was very chaotic; however, the lady who helped me was so delightful and helpful. I really appreciate her effort and cheerful way of providing personal service.

Great prices at this "outlet" store. If course, they don't always have all the sizes and the inventory is ever changing. Go frequently for good deals.

Great selection of clothes and they have some great clearance and sales going on. Found what we needed and a little more. The store is clean and well maintained. We like coming to this Dillard's in this mall for that reason alone.

Me and my fiancé went to Dillards to get him a suit for our wedding. Nathan saw us looking and asked if we needed anything and I am so glad he did. He knew exactly what looked good with what we said we wanted. 10/10 stylist! Thank you, Nathan!!

Way overpriced Made in China clothing that is not even good quality. I can literally buy the same looking dress on Boohoo or Fashion Nova for $30-50 instead of $200! Don't waste your time or money!

The shoe department caught mine and my sisters attention. Ended up getting the most adorable pair of shoes the selection is huge!! Sarah was so sweet and helpful and she was the only one on the floor at that time. Her sense of humor is fantastic too. GIVE THE GIRL A RAISE. I think she’s around my age(22) and you don’t find many young people with great attitudes anymore but Sarah’s was amazing! Best of luck to her in all her future endeavors🙏🏼

Don't be sold on Dillard's rewards certificates. They have an expiration date and are not eligible to be used for alot of merchandise. The $10 certificate just pays the shipping and most merchandise can't be picked up at the store, has to be shipped. Waste of time to research what to buy and neglible value, if any.

One word. Massive. Got lost several times hunting down my wife. Found her with armful of items, all on sale as she told me. Like the underground garage, easy in and out. Staff was extremely helpful.

I love this Dillards. Never too crowded always tons of selections. I'm 6'4 and I'm not a big man so tall and big man shop is way too oversized for me they always have plenty of selection for my size. Really great selection on different name brands I love the Polo shop they carry Daniel cremieu and lots of fashionable things for men. The staff is really helpful and if you wait for Holiday you can get some pretty ridiculous deals

Had a bday gift card so I came in to find myself a gift after work before they closed. I don't live close so I didn't want to come back. I was looking at the Johnny Was section and the older women working there came over and treated me as if I was stealing just for looking and following me around too long. I quickly shopped around to find a few things one floor up and when I came back down to the rich mens station an other assistant tall man so rude and short with me. I had a dress I was buying and wanted to try on 2 pairs of mens shorts. He said, "give those to me I need to count how many you have." Which I had used 2 other dressing rooms and didn't need someone to walk me in and count them. Then he says rudely, " we close in 30 mins hurry but take all the time you need." Onen I paid and was leaving both were standing by the store doors looking like I'm a thift, not a fun experience shopping for my bday gifts. Bad business rude uppity customer service.

I have always been a Dillards customer, as it is my favorite department store. However, my experience at this Dillards was nothing short of perfect just based on the customer service! Aria in the shoe department was so quick to tend to my husband and I, as well as assist in any advice or other options with my dress shoes for our upcoming cruise. We felt like we were the only people in the mall, as she delivered such incredible service for us. Steve in the men's department also was wonderful. He sized my husband to get the best fit for some dress shirts, and made him feel like he was at an upscale professional tailor! Like I said, we have been regulars at many Dillard locations all across Florida, but this was the best experience we have ever had! This is a great store, lots of diversity in styles and sizes. If you go to Bryn Walker please beware of a woman named Jennifer, she’s a sales associate and will treat you like trash if she doesn’t like how you look (especially if you’re a minority or disabled). I took my mom there, she is a cancer patient and gets her clothes there because they are comfortable. She assumed we would not afford the clothes and degraded her co worker. She’s a complete nightmare! So if you see someone with a name tag Jennifer, a chubbier blond older woman beware.

Got a really nice Michael Kors 👜 for my best friend for her birthday at a really nice price! There’s always good buys on sale 👌🏽

Mary Lou was absolute AMAZING yesterday helping do a first bra fitting for my young lady. I have not experienced this level of professionalism in retail a long time. She is so knowledgeable and patient and gave my daughter and myself a very valuable education on what to expect from a proper fit including how to put a bra on, care for lingerie, and used the most high level proper decorum and modesty and discretion. We were so pleased - my daughter had a real “proper” and professional experience yesterday that she will remember for a lifetime. Thank you Mary Lou! I will never forget your kindness and knowledge! We will be back!
