Horrible customer service! My wife was there this morning to buy a large 9x7 rug. When she got to the counter, she asked the teller if she could have some help unrolling the rug to get the middle cardboard out so she can fold the rug and fit it in her car. The teller told her there’s no room in the store to do it and dismissed my wife. My wife found a corner, by the counters, to unroll the rug. She was obviously in need of help and no one offered to help. Several associates walked by and didn’t offer any assistance. Apathetic service loses you customers!!!!!

Oh my goodness, shopping was magical today. I found great products especially in skin care which touched my heart. Upon checking out, I became so triggered by the woman checking me out whom did not make eye contact with me, not even once. She was such a cold human just doing like a factory job. Shr was extremely cold and aloof. I expect greater things from a place of treasure

Is a nice place to shop but here in Minneapolis Minnesota we don't have one and am wondering if we can have one. Nice clothes and shoes in terms of quality.

Lots of different type of things sell there but mostly clothing and the best part is that they get cool stuff from other cool brands and sell them but the price is bumped down a lot and the stuff there has good quality!!! And they have some cool paintings too!!!

This Ross of always so clean and neat. I never have problem searching for things. I found the gown my daughter needed for homecoming at an amazing price!

Customer service sucks! Came to return something that I purchased at another Ross location, with a receipt in hand. Purchase was made yesterday. Because the bottom of the shoe didn’t match the sale price on receipt (which was on clearance) they refused to exchange the shoes. I even ask for store credit and was declined. They had same exact shoe (different color) with a clearance tag of the same price and wouldn’t help us. It’s funny because that means that every clearance tag you put on doesn’t match the original product number the you use as “identifier.” If I didn’t have proof of purchase (which even stated color of the shoes) , I would understand, but in this case it’s ridiculous!!!

The store is nice, but most of the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Luckily there are many similar stores out there.

The girl at check out was so beyond rude. She called me up while still checking out people which didn't make any sense to me. She kept mumbling asking me questions about an item that didn't have a tag. I'm hard of hearing so I kept asking her to repeat herself and she got annoyed. If you don't want to talk to people (or even open your mouth to talk) don't work in costumers service.

Good employees! but store needs more attendance. Always opened items laying around, missing price items... returns needs to be checked-Tried on the sweater it had food in the pockets🤢probably short staffed..

Can you please STOP putting the sticker price tags on the glass of the picture frames? It is very hard to remove for the customer.

My favorite place to shop, and where most of my wardrobe is from. They have a great selection that's always changing, and prices you can't beat. There's something for everyone at Ross if you're willing to look around.

Ross is like a scavenger hunt. You hit all the clearance racks, straighten up the pillow cases while searching for that perfect bargain. Then somehow, the deals that aren't "ON" clearance end up in your cart and it's full when you hit the check out lane. And the point of sale items in the checkout que, you find one last thing you don't need, but tastes delicious on the ride home. Yep, that's Ross. Just like Home Goods, but cheaper.

The cashiers aren't polite, the shift manager she always looking like a sourpuss, the store need to be cleaned everytime I go in there my allergies goes bonkers I'm continuously sneezing I can smell the dust but I go to find lower price items

Not sure when they will get the new stock , every time you go you see the same stuff .. can you pls tell on which day a week or which date a month do you have the stock added ?

Pretty chill. Ok selection of clothings. Found a few special items I didn't expect to see. Didn't see any bathrooms or anything. Place was mostly clean but I think their backroom must be very dirty as a lot of the clothing had thick dust on them where it seems they were dragged on the floor. I will probably be back here. It's a good plaza to kill some time
