We’re looking for a pair of ring for our ROM and went to Love&Co 3 weeks ago. A staff named Vivien Khoo assisted us to go thru few rings and try on few sizes until we found a pair of prefect design and size. Even with mask on, but her action can tell that she was fully of enthusiasm and sincerely when serviced us. Due to no ready stock available and the lead time is a month. Due to certain circumstances, we need our ring before the agreed date and she assisted us and follow up nicely. Today I collected my ring but Ms Vivien engage with other client. Another staff aggressively assist us to try and check the rings.
