The WiFi has major issues because of how the router is placed (surrounded by metal) and in some rooms you don't even have phone signal. The house is full with mainly Indonesian families coming for medical treatment or Chinese . They are slamming the doors non stop, burping, shouting, talking loud in the hallway untill 2 am. Then at 5-6 am the staff ( very unfriendly) starts cleaning the dishes and slamming the doors again. The room was clean at first, but there was no cleaning after for our entire 17 night stay. The mattress are comfortable. There is a little balcony and a desk that might be helpful. The host was decent and tried to resolve some of the issues.

It's a shared house. With around 40 rooms. It has 5 floors, lift on the front, stairs on the back. Each floor has 2 bathroom, water Dispenser, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, refrigerator. All are for shared. In the ground floor, they provide several dining table, kitchen, washing machine, and hanger to dry clothes under the sun. Car park around the house, and inside the house. Car park is free. No-hassle. They have digital door lock at the main gate and house door. For each room, they provide you with key which will be given on the lock box outside each room. Key number will be provided once you booked. In this case, I booked the place with Agoda. And got nice price. (Cheaper than if I booked directly to them) The room is small. Hehehe, don't expect it will be like a hotel room. Its more like a guest house. Or "kos-kos an". The day when I arrived (it was a working day) the wifi connection was absent till the next morning. I'm really glad that there was a mall nearby, and Pacific Coffee cafe saved my day with good wifi and delicious muffin. Another thing was inexplicable noise in the middle of the night. Good place near to shopping center.

Stayed for 4 nights recently. Didn't check the bathroom is sharing basis so I have to stay on as whole place already fully booked. The room has no windows & ventilation was bad. At night after 11 pm you can hear guest talking loudly, dragging trolley bags or smoking at corridor & and disrupt your need for quality sleep. Luckily have lift up to 4th floor but parking is very, very limited inside the compund can park up to 4 cars only.

Affordable rate, can cook, washing clothes but unfortunately someone took my short pants. VerY NiCE place to stay!!
