We booked for a week stay. ✅ the place is literally in the Center of the gurney. It is convenient to move around even though the traffic is horrible. ✅spacious with two storeys. First storey is living room and kitchen. Second storey is bedrooms. Plenty of beds with two toilets. Three master beds and two children beds ✅come with washing machine, electrical stove (gas stove is for show only), no balcony but there a full sized window where you can open. ✅plenty charging points. Good for modern folks ✅cool living room design. The rest is normal. Fridge is working. ✅water dispenser LG brand is good. ✅eatery guide is provided in the shelf. Good and plus point. ❌don’t expect to cook with stove. Only for show as it was told turn off for safety. Use the electrical stove. ❌ clean towels are located next to rubbish bins in the house. Kind of weird … ❗️there is no dryer and it come with washing machine. Not good for drying the cloth but wishing cloth yes. ❗️there is a swimming pool in level 5. The water is chilling and it is not a warmed pool. Beware bring your kids there as they might shiver after 10 minutes. No life guards so please watch out the kids. ❗️if you are driving you are parking the car in basement. You will need an access card to wave at the sensor to open the gate ( changing from red light to blue light and the gate is ready to open), most of the time you need to wave a few times to get it right … just be patient ⚠️ level 2 aircon, due to no air circulation with outside air, there is mousy odor when you turn on the AC. Usually it will go away if you turn on the AC to 16 C for level 3 fan speed, but if this case it won’t after 20 mins. Could be poor maintenance of the coil and internal piping. There are four AC is the house but two has problem like this. ⚠️ do not leave your kids alone in the living room. As there is an open window in the living room, it is possible for the kid to climb over the table and jump out of the window. Even though they add a barrier but still with standing chair and table , tragedy might happen. ❗️one has to throw the rubbish at ground floor outside the building. Not convenient if it was raining.

Quite number of homestay units. Convenient allocated car park at the basement but need to check in first to get the entrance and room cards. Room was spacious, basically a duplex apartment. Full of windows however no balcony and they locked them for safety. Pretty nice sea front view from windows of bedroom or living hall but little sore eye sight with the sea reclamation project going on. All bedrooms at the upstairs which not quite convenience to elderly or people with knee issue because quite high staircase. Only two bathrooms, one at the downstair and another upstair which both none connected access within bedrooms. Bathroom water pressure just an average and water drainage flow was so slow, made shower floor flooded. Bedrooms were spacious, conveniently fit for 6 pax. Poor thing no wardrobe at all to store clothes, only one room got lil hanging rack fitting. The unit well equipped with air conditioner and lightings as well as internet. There were induction stove, oven and microwave as well as useless washing machine. How can we dry up/hang out our laundry? There were mini gym and swimming pool which need to register at the security office first before usage. You need to throw full garbage on your own at the garbage area outside of the building.

FIND THE HOST THAT IS HELPFUL THROUGH OUT YOUR STAY. I stayed here for 2 nights, booked via Booking.com. The host doesn't mention about closed pool at this property. For a property that provides enough bed for 6 adults, it's ridiculous to only provide one parking space. Actually it's not a big deal. It's the way the host handled guest inquiry. You just doesn't need to say "I don't know, i don't know laaa" rudely when I asked where can I put another car. Just explain politely that I can park at the roadside and pay the parking per day to the city council. This way I discovered by my self.

If I could give zero star for this stay ! Don't stay in this hotel, it's cheating ! This host is like scammer, 1 day prior to check in, they will msg you and ask for RM 150 security deposit when Agoda has already charged full payment, then they will only refund after 24 hours upon check out ! Please careful as you need to online transfer into their account, they will not provide you any receipt on this deposit ! The check in process is very complicated,so many house rules, and their facilities such as : cooking stove, washing machines all cannot be used ! But charged on FULLY furnished price ! The stand fan was so so so dirty and dusty, makes you extremely sick to even on it. The TV has no channel unless you put in your own Netflix account. The living room air con was leaking and the entire floor was wet, the host said would like to come up check while we are in ???!! When we are all on holiday. They used digital lock for the main door using password, when we return from dinner, the password was locked and we couldn't get in ! We were stranded outside of the house !!! Not even considered to change our room or compensate. Just : SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE that's all ! The toiletries provided are awful ! Very very cheap shampoo and body soap ! Agoda ! You should review this host as it give so much inconvenience to travellers !

My family and I had a great staycation here. The apartment is very spacious, also has a great view. Just as it named, you can see sunrise upon your window. Also very beautiful scene of city lights. The place is clean, had 2 dining table and a cozy living room. The place has so many electricity plug.

Rooms are in good condition with strong aircon and plenty of parking, but perhaps pricey given the poor condition of the bathrooms and the cleaning equipment stored everywhere in the flat. View is excellent and location is walkable or 5 minute drive from Gurney Paragon and many restaurants and hawker centres. Pool is small but the gym is decently equipped and also with an unrivalled view. Building is secure and staffed 24/7. Would recommend a stay here if you're familiar with Airbnb but beware of slight room maintenance issues.

The host family made me feel right at home by being friendly and hospitable, as well as going out of their way to do so. The house itself was stunning, and it had been meticulously maintained. There was a lot of room, and it came with all the modern conveniences. My room was spotless and extremely comfy, and it featured a big window that allowed in a plenty of natural light. The fact that I had my own bathroom was a very welcome amenity. Every night, I was able to get a good night's sleep because to how amazingly comfy the bed was. The location of the homestay was one of the most appealing aspects of the experience. It was in a peaceful residential area, yet it was also within walking distance to a variety of businesses, including restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It was so much fun for me to spend the day out and about in the city, and then to return to my calm and serene house in the evening.

Excellent location for tourist area Gurney if that is what you are after (not beach). Spacious apartment - well kept - apart from slightly precarious railings at the top mezzanine floor not suitable for small kids.

The host family was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained with plenty of space and amenities. My room was clean and comfortable, with a large window that let in plenty of natural light. I had my own bathroom, which was a huge plus. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept soundly every night. One of the best things about the homestay was the location. It was in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but still within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I loved exploring the city during the day and coming back to a peaceful and quiet home in the evening.

Honestly this place is better than Mansion One and major plus point is that it's pet friendly There's put and restaurants downstairs so at first I was worry whether it's noisy but the noise control is done properly so at night you can sleep soundly Being gurney there's a lot to eat around if you don't mind paying tourist price

It provides free WiFi and free private parking for guests. All units here are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, living room, sofa and more. Great for a family gathering. This one is recommended! The view is magnificent. You can see the sea.

The apartment is surprisingly spacious and comfy, super clean and tidy. Highly recommended for people travel in numbers such as with families and friends. One unit could fit more than 7 people due to its huge space. 👍🏻👍🏻✨

Amazing view for room 701. The bedroom and living room is facing the sea. The amenities in the room is working well and as described. There is a communal pool and gym open to use but please take note of the timing. Smoker friendly too as you can smoke just at the corridor. Place is near many food and people can go down to mall to Kai Kai. There is a disco nearby too for those night owls

Pool and gym only available 9am-5pm. Absurd. Apartment was nice and clean, comfy beds but could use a touch up. Not nice was being woken up at 5am by the speakers of the mosque just two steps away.

Stay there for my cousin wedding , pay for rm7++ per night (weekend) and get room not as displayed , i get the duplex with just mattresses, not worth my money , didnt get the seaview very dissappointed , and the room is was not clean either , swimming pool also just small overall 2/10 , i will not repeat my stay there ever .
