Horrible place! It broke my heart. There are cats everywhere, and they are not taken care of, they need a vet urgently! All look bad, sad and hungry. I had to feed them myself.

Wonderful and English speaking staff, wonderful food and wonderful atmosphere. I strongly recommend.

Used to be my fav restaurant. Unfortunately, I don't know what happened these past 2 or so years. All food is bland, overcooked or just sloppy. Service girl was bored and barely listened enough to take our order. I don't plan on going back anytime soon.

A bit of hidden place for tourists. Surprisingly well designed, closed almost claustrophobic yet feeling good to be there restaurant. A gem, with good food and a bit high prices to pay. Not for the first time nor last time to enjoy our family time.

Great food, beautiful location and setup, and professional staff - all those make me stop here every time I am in Targoviste. The prices are a bit high, but they’re worth it. One of the best beef tartare I’ve ever had.

04/25/2019 again by Toscany, but this time, they don't allow dogs outside the terrace. Not nice. Another stray dog, was laying in the entrance. Two measurements. Nobody was disturb, laying quiet below the table. Hope they will overthink their decision... 04/29/2018 visit today again, and they have a very comfortable terass, nice seats, nice food, excellent service. Great place for the kids, they can play and the parents relax and enjoy their food and drinks. Pleasure to return... Very expensive restaurant with prices equal to the ones in Bucharest, but they lack the most important quality of every restaurant, the quality of food. In my cow soup I had this rotten potato, you can find a picture below. Horrible place, little amount of food for the prices. 2 stars out of 5, highly DO NOT recommend!

They have a very nice looking terrace with a small colorful garden. Serving is decent. Main issue is the food itself because mine came almost cold. I ordered both scoop and main dish and both came...warmish. The description is also a bit misleading in some cases. Food taste overall is average...nothing impressive.
