Thursday, December 1, 2022, 15:00 I've been waiting long for this visit. The place has an atmoshpere that doesn't correlate with thw whole experience. At first it felt like we entered a home-cooking restaurant. The vast variety of mexican themed artifacts felt like the design is not their first concern. The menus were hand-printed and plastic laminated, with stickers displaying the prices. And that's practically sums up the less positive aspects. The food was utterly amazing. We had a taco salad for starter, and a 3 taco mix of chicken, beef and Barbacoa. Everything was delicious, colorful and esthetic. The service was kind and reflected a deep understanding in mexican cousine. The prices were extremely comfortable and fair. Overall, a great experience. I had authentic Mexican food, but nowhere in Israel you'll find authentic Mexican food that actually matches the source. The gained a new regular customer, fair and square. Highly recommended!

The place is great, Authentic mexican restaurant, the enchiladas and the flan were amazing! The only thing is that it's really expensive, even more thinking that the mexican food is really cheap to make.

Really cute and authentic place. It felt like the most genuine Mexican place I've been to in Israel. Local restaurant/ street food vibes. Not high end, but the food is tasty, fresh and great value. Staff were also friendly and quick service. Highly recommend.

Great cantina place! Chill atmosphere, yummy tacos. We started with nachos which were okay (I expected melted cheese), mixed tacos and a burrito. Everyone was nice and the food was great.

A small family-owned restaurant off the beaten track. Great decor and friendly staff. I like the nachos and margarita. The tacos were a bit dry, but it might be a matter of taste.

Amazing place with very warm and cozy atmosphere, extremely welcoming stuff and food! Food is absolutely amazing! Authentic Mexican dishes, everything I ate was so tasty, couldn’t stope eating more and more. And prices a great too. Highly recomend!

Overall, I found the food to be great and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. However, I did notice that some of the dishes did not feel extremely fresh and the meat was a bit cold. Despite this, the taste was still impressive and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the restaurant's authentic atmosphere. The location really captured the essence of Mexican culture, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. In addition, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which further enhanced my experience. Overall, I would give Catrina a 4 out of 5 stars. While the food could have been a bit fresher and the meat could have been warmer, it was still very tasty and satisfying. I will definitely be coming back in the future to try out some of their other menu items.

As a Mexican, I can tell that this is one of the fewest authentic Mexican restaurants in Israel. The food is well served, and the prices are fare for what you get. The green enchiladas were really good!
