If you're a fan of Thai food and looking for a great spot in Tel Aviv, then come to this place! While you can order through Wolt, I highly recommend visiting them in person to get the full experience. Just make sure to bring some cash in case they don't accept card payments. What's even better is that they're open even on Shabbat, making it a great option for those looking for weekend dining options. I come here often and have tried many dishes, but my personal favorites are the fried chicken with cashews and the stir-fried glass noodles with chicken. They also have one sweet dish on the menu, the banana Loti, and you can even have it served with Nutella. While the Tom Yum isn't very spicy, the staff is always happy to provide hot spices separately so you can adjust the flavor to your liking. The salad roll is served with delicious sauces, which perfectly complement the fresh and crunchy ingredients. Prices are low, and portions are huge, so you'll definitely get your money's worth. The staff is also incredibly friendly and always has a smile on their face. Overall, this place is a fantastic choice for anyone who loves Thai food and wants to enjoy it in a welcoming atmosphere with great service

Great little spot with very few seats (6) and very good food! We had the Pad Thai, but with Tamarin and not soy sauce. I think the soy version is better as the Tamarin is a bit too sweet. Enjoy!

TL;DR: Best, most authentic, most reasonably priced, Thai food you can get. Or at least the bets I've had in Israel. A true Thai Food, no israeli-smartassery. I feel like too many "Asian restaurants" in Israel are going by a Pan-Asian philosophy, akin to saying "this is Asian food coz we got all Asian kitchens mixed together in some BS Israeli fusion and we added some flare while all along losing all authenticity in the dishes". Not this place! Khao-San is actual Thai food. They know their stuff! 😋! Every single dish (I've tasted 5 different dishes) was absolutely delicious, fresh fresh fresh, and you can feel the love put into each of the dishes. Truly. Oh, and did I mention? The egg rolls are bigger, crisper, fresher, and more delicious than ANY other egg roll in Israel! Nothing else even comes close. And their price? Again: good! To top it all off, they were SO nice! They work hard, cook fast, they are very focused, and all along they smile to you, talk kindly, and are just plain fun to watch their skills. All for the price that Thai food SHOULD be! Better deal and better Thai food than you can get anywhere else I've seen in Israel. I can't believe such an amazing place rises from this tiny section of Shouk HaCarmel! I mean, there's great food in the area, but this? This is a level all of its own. I am so very happy places like this still exist. No greed, only love and amazing food. Definitely coming here again (and I come all the way from the south, mind you). P.S. I recommend coming in person even if it's for takeaway; but if you want delivery, Wolt works with them 👍

Good food and very flavorful. The portions are generous and the price is affordable. Highly recommended! Had first, main, desert and beer for the price of a main in a normal sit in restaurant.

Ordered pad see ew, fried rice and banana loti. All of them were good, especially the pad see ew which is one of my favorite thai dishes. Pricing is really good, you can find the same dishes in lower quality priced twice as much in quite a lot of places in tlv.

Ordered Pad-thai and came without eggs, chili, fish souce and real pad thais souce. Anybody knows the taste of real padthai can say this is totally not!

👍 It’s been a few years since my last visit and the place grew a lot and is now a huge restaurant right on the port of Jaffa. The design is very impressive too. We arrived just before 1pm and had plenty of room, despite the fact that we did not have an order. Right after we sat down, the staff brought...
