Just had the most disgusting service and highly unprofessional wax I have ever had. It was absolutely disgraceful. The woman who assisted me was rude and extremely bad. There is no way she is properly licensed or trained. I left covered not only in wax which I had to scrub off myself at home, but hair (yup, hair which I paid to get removed still very much in place) and covered in powder because I told her she missed a few and then because I was so covered in wax had to pour powder on me in order to get to the hairs she left. She then made a huge mess on my clothing and threw a wet wipe at me to clean myself up. She was complaining about me in front of me in Hebrew to her colleague thinking I don’t understand a word and in such a rush to pack up and leave the store - that I was told that I am being a picky customer. When I told her that I am still covered in wax - and that the oil wipes were not taking it off she replied that there is nothing more she can do for me. Save your money. Do not go to this place. I am appalled!

The place for a manicure price (110 nis) could be more beautiful. With that a quality of work - really good. The picture was taken almost a week after the procedure and it’s still looks not so bad☺️🤣
