We visited the place on its third day of opening, a very beautiful and impressive place, what could be wrong in a hotel bar/restaurant :) The cocktail menu is really big with a wide range! In the food section there is a little bit of everything. small dishes, All in all it was pleasant and tasty, I think there is a place to improve the menu and its variety and I want to hope that this will happen in the future.

A nice cocktail bar in the lobby of the Backstage hotel. The bar has a laid back feel with comfortable seating and a jazzy, dark air. The drinks are very inventive and when going through the menu, all the ingredients marked in bold are made by them. The team at Stanley hope to reach a point olwhere most ingredients and alcohols are made by them which would be really cool! The staff are very knowledgeable and patient, and it was a blast choosing a drink with them. I had the Lovely Rita which was nice but then I had the Boulvadier which was absolutely amazing. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes a strong drink. Will definitely be back!

Extensive cocktail menu and a food menu with small plates that could work as dinner if you are not very hungry. The concept is that all the liqueurs, bitters, and other flavourings used in the cocktails are homemade - and that's where the issue is. The cocktails are strong, but sometimes comes up short on flavor and balance. There is a happy hour with discounts on everything on the menu.

We had a truly lovely experience here. The service is very good. The cocktails are creative and stylish. Extra points for making a lot of the ingredients in-house (or at least, locally). Like every cocktail bar in Israel, and Tel Aviv specifically, I would recommend to arrive during happy hours. The food was also delicious here (even though the portions are rather small for the price).

An amazing place for creative cocktails. Located inside a hotel, this new bar offers a big variety of drinks, great simple food and maybe the best service in tlv (our waitress Naomi knew the answers to any of our complicated questions about the distillery and flavors combinations, was attended and super professional). Definitely worth a visit

Great hidden cocktail bar (more so than some of the more familiar ones) located right off Dizzingof Square with a great selection of unique, signature drinks that they make in-house (including the alcohol). This was my second visit and the service is also really good. It's a bit pricey but worthwhile visiting during happy hour.

Stanley is truly an exceptional place. It is the very definition of a 5/5 cocktail bar, namely in its decor, ambiance, service, food, drinks and price. The food is superb not just on a bar level but as a restaurant as well, while staying firmly in the midrange of 30-70NIS for most dishes. The drinks are very unique, having been made mostly with original liquers and syrups made by the staff at Stanley, and for such a high-end standard are again, reasonably priced at 50-60NIS (50% off on happy hour) Service is again, exceptional. Not least of which because the servers and waiters are interchangeable with the barmen, all having the knowledge and experience to perform wonderfully as either. I'm usually very stringent in giving such overwhelming praise to any bar or restaurant, but Stanley is absolutely the exception.

Great drinks and food, passionate staff, relaxed atmosphere, and fantastic happy hour. Tried several of their cocktails and they were unique and very well made, with locally brewed ingredients - bitters, wines, ginger beer are only some of the specially made ingredients. Highly recommend.

In two words - Unforgettable experience! The bar is located inside a luxurious boutique hotel, and the overall atmosphere feels very premium. The service was very kind and professional while giving personal treatment to each guest. As someone who doesn’t really like cocktails, the staff was able to help me find something most suitable for me. Besides the long list of unique cocktails, there is also a great variety of high-quality and tasty dishes. I highly recommend this hidden gem for everyone!
