I received a voucher for 300 shek three weeks ago so I came here for the first time. I initially wrote a complaint that it was dirty and that there was unprofessional drama between the employees playing out in front of the customers. They asked me to delete my review in return for a membership. I have no intention to go back here, but I appreciated the thought so i deleted my review. they then charged me my full voucher for only 270 worth of services (according to the website). So in short, the place is unhygienic, there's a tone of drama between the employees, and they over-charge.

Just had a pedicure with my husband. I'm not impressed The woman who recommended this place said it was a real 'American' pedicure. It's not They have the fancy massage chairs but that would be it... They girl spent literally 20 minutes just applying the polish. And put lotion on afterwards which meant she had to carefully place it around my toes as not to disturb the freshly polished nails! On top of it all just like every other place in israel they charged my husband as much as me and spent less than half the time on him.... They should spend more time even without polishing! It's outrageous BUT the most outrageous thing of all is that i paid for him to have an additional 30 min leg massage. He said she barely massaged at all and she walked away after about 10 minutes. We had to call her back and when we asked she said oh i didn't really time it... I said well i did and that was 15 minutes max. I won't be recommending this place to anyone honestly. Update: a manager called us and offered us compensation for the disappointment. It was a nice gesture that they are trying to see their clients happy.

Booking an appointment seems to be easy while actually the system makes mistakes and doesn’t really understand the client request. Made me come and waste my time and couldn’t receive the service requested. The solutions provided were poor and showed no understanding of the client needs. In addition they take 40 shekel for removing gel…

At the end my nails looked nice but the manicurist gave me looks and an attitude when I asked her to take off the previous gel gently. A clients' request is a service, not a favor.

Went for my first and last time to this salon on the same day! I just moved to the area so thought I’d check it out. I do not recommend and I will not go back. The lady who did my nails was rude to me and my nails came out horribly. She also cut me and when I jerked away she said it was my fault because of how I was positioned. I hope I do not get an infection as the plane also did not look clean. My mani pedi took nearly 2 hours which is far too long. Disappointing considering their excellent location to Basel Sq.

The BEST in Tel Aviv. I’ve been going to Dana for over a year and she is amazing. I always leave with PERFECT nails. Chen the receptionist is the sweetest also. I love these ladies!

The only place I go to in Tel Aviv!! The service is always kind, with a smile and honest, they don’t let me leave if I’m not happy with the work. Ayala is absolutely amazing and the best manicurist that I have gone to. Highly recommended

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my first visit to this salon. First, their online system in not inline with the actual hours of the service, which led to a one hour difference in the appointment I scheduled for the first time and the actual time they set it up. The second time I scheduled the appointment, I arrived and was surprised to see that most of the staff are not wearing their face masks appropriately (meaning they didn’t have one or it was placed on their chin). The salon is small and very crowded, so I felt really uncomfortable sitting there like this for more then an hour. The team did suggest me to drink and were kind. The pedicure I received wasn’t high quality and I was disappointed especially because the price is not cheap at all. I was excepting to get a high quality service for that price and unfortunately that did not happen, and I will not be back.
