This location is very walkable to the walled city and new gate. The public guest areas are very nice along with a hearty breakfast. The guest rooms are clean but quite dated. They could use updating. We did stay here twice and the executive rooms are definitely quite a bit nicer.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding. It offers many healthy, delicious, savoury, or sweet options for everyone including a variety of salads, eggs, pastries, fresh fruit and vegetables, to name only a few. It was the perfect way to begin a long day of walking, taking in the sights and experiences of Tel Aviv. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in at the hotel in Tel Aviv. We were traveling with a large group and the hotel was able to accommodate very well. The rooms were very nice. The air-conditioner worked very well. We got in very early in the morning and the had food available in the dining area. The breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent. It so many choices from omelets to breads, fish, fruit, cheeses, vegetables. The views of the Mediterranean were amazing. There are two very nice swimming pools. All the staff spoke English and were very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here if in Tel Aviv.

Excellent hotel! Really nice rooms. A step above many other hotels that I have been in Israel. Staff were very pleasant. Location is excellent. Did not get a chance to enjoy their food, as (while it is a kosher hotel) it was not mehadrin. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great position and very helpful staff. The kosher breakfast buffet is enormous and delicious. Our room is comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. Have not used the pool yet but it looks clean and inviting. Would recommend this hotel.

This is my go to hotel from now on! Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, beautiful decor and deliciously made breakfast buffet, there is room for improvement, but I will not take any points for that! Great breakfast host 😁, the GM Miss. Michal is an amazing leader, and the hotel Chefs are talented and inviting and welcoming, I felt like home, and sure you will feel that way as well! No request is ignored by this outstanding hotel team/family. See pictures and quality…

Had a bad start to my stay. Though check-in was promised to be latest by 3pm, I was only given my room at 7pm. This was despite arriving as early as 11am for a booking that had already been made way in advance. This really soured my mood. Hotel did not make an attempt at service recovery either. Hotel has got to have a better policy to avoid such a dismal management process. Wardrobe interiors were dusty and the pillows had the stench of old perfume in them that made me feel nauseous. Other than that, the rest of the room was fine, location had a great view of the beach and ocean. Shops are quite a distance away except for one very small minimart 2 mins away. Minimally a 20min walk away for all other food options. Staff were generally friendly too. Cost wise, pretty overpriced.

I am very disappointed with the guest service in this hotel. I am an airline crew and our airline has two daily flight to telaviv. Our company has a deal with the hotel to keep 18 rooms available everyday for the crew. Despite this fact the hotel told us there were no rooms available and that we have to wait in the lobby until rooms are available .( after guests check out). We arrived at 4am and this means we have to wait 3 to 5 hrs for this after a night duty. I called our company representative and he informed me about the deal the airline had with the hotel and that no booking is required. Even after I explain this to the hotel staff they still denied us the rooms and we had to wait. This is very unprofessional and unethical on the hotels part. They did try to make it up to us buy inviting us for dinner, which was a kind gesture. I wish this won't happen again.

Coming from the USA, we stayed at hotel and had a great experience at the bar. Edel, the bartender, made our night even better with her great and friendly service. I highly recommend to all looking for a bar to spend the night at!

Great hotel with panorama view of the beach with nice seeming pool and great food at restaurant. This was business trip, and being booked as double room we needed to change room as we got king size instead of 2 beds. Moved to another room, there were 2 beds but joined together. Only after argument with management they agreed to split these bed, like few centimeters so it is not seen as single king size.

I gave them 3 stars only because my big respect to Israel state, and I did not paid for our compulsory covid quarantine stay there. Room totally worn out, badly need renovation, if you need to pay for it, better go other place. If provided for free, it be OK for 1-2 day stay.

Nice hotel right across from the ocean. The rooms are a little old. However the dinner buffet was amazing. So much variety and the food was so fresh. Also amazing views from each room’s balcony.

We had a great time at the Dan Panorama in Tel Aviv! We were able to book last minute and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the breakfast and the pool, where you can watch the sunset. Highly recommend 🤍

Nice hotel close to the Beach, pool was closed to renovate but looked good already, nice lobby and bar, fitness with all basics you need, outdoor fitness station between beach and hotel, walking distance to old Jaffa. Walking distance to restaurants and beach bars. Just a small walk to swimming beach section and watersports. Very nice view at the beach and beach boulevard, excellent staff and very friendly manager. Warm welcome at your room and invitation to bar with welcome drink voucher. Recommended

Clean room, comfortable clean press white sheets have all the basic you need for a good night rest. Weaking up with amazing view of the mediterranean sea and city from my room balcony. Breakfast with so many wonderful choices...made to order omelet and espresso bar. Friendly services. My family feels very welcome here for our 1st night in Israel. Highly recommended!

Was there while touring the country. Nice quiet rooms with small bathroom but very comfortable. Nice full service lounge and over the top breakfast buffet. Not a lot of other places to eat or walk to outside the hotel but great views of the Mediterranean sea.

My First Visit to Tel Aviv we stayed at the Dan Panamera. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The rooms are updated and new. The included breakfast had many foods both traditional and standard. Chaim Hay the manager checked on our group to ensure every thing was to our satisfaction. It absolutely was. Anyone considering a great hotel experience should strongly consider this destination hotel!!

The hotel is very old fashion. The carpets ate not really clean. The service is very good and kind. The pool was dirty and it took them mire then 30 min after we asked to clean it. Breakfast is very boring medium. Location is great. I wouldn't go back again.

The breakfast has a vast amount of food! All fresh and delicious, needed multiple plates. The staff was also very kind. It was someone’s birthday in our group and the host came out with sparklers and singing. Come stay here!

The hotel is the best in Israel amazing breakfast. So many choices! Our flight was canceled and we chose to come back to the Tel Aviv location because it was so nice! The staff is incredible, so friendly and helpful! They let us relax and handout for 10 hours at the pool and I. The lobby, plus we could use the shower by the pool. all the staff have been outstanding: at the pool, the reception, and the Bellhops. The staff in the lobby bar is so sweet and helpful especially Edel and Julia!! h

I would like to thank Oxana the head of room service that assisted me promptly, with a smile and rectified the mishaps that occurred upon my arrival to the hotel: a room near a noisy family when I most needed quite to prepare a lecture for a national meeting that took place the next day, a kettle and an iron that malfunctioned and even to get back to my previous room to catch something’s that I forgot. She was kind to help Me get my room card recoded to allow me to use the gym, while letting me settle down in the business lounge . Bravo for an excellence guest service that allowed me to get my composure back and get back to work in my room. You should be very pride in such a wonderful .kind and thoughtful person And a final note: my request for a boxed breakfast to my room for dinner as I do not eat in the morning was reciprocated by providing me with all the health related specifics I had asked for . Many thanks to the room service staff and manager, who had personally taken care of this unusual request! I will definitely rebook here on my next business trip to Tel Aviv

We ate in the lobby. The service was excellent and the food is very tasty. The atmosphere is perfect. Large enough to accommodate a number of small groups yet intimate enough to enjoy with your partner.

Spent one night here. View of the Mediterranean Sea was great, and a short walk to a public beach. The rooms were clean and modern. Even though their dining room is being renovated, the food was among the best we tasted in Israel! Highly recommend!

We have spent a weekend there on Jul 2023. The location is superb, next to Carmel market, Neve Tzedek and nice beaches. Our “upgraded” room was small, unclean and run down. The bed was basic, shower was tiny, basic and was very difficult to control. Amenities were okay. Breakfast veggies were old and tired, the variety was good but lesser than other hotels in Israel we have been to. Carpet in dining area was filthy and seemed like it needed a good wash for a while. The pool is nice, it lacks shaded (and not shaded) seating opportunities. Staff were nice and friendly.

The staff has been wonderful, friendly, and helpful. It’s been a pleasure experiencing the services in the suite lounge, and the reception was lovely when checking into the hotel. We will definitely be staying here in the future and recommending it to our friends to stay here.

Excellent hotel! Very welcoming staff everywhere. Great location - walking distance to the beach, Jaffa, neve tzedek and many good restaurants. Delicious Israeli style breakfast is highly recommended. Try to get a room with a view of the beach if you can!

Highly recommend this lovely hotel, and its chief omelet maker, Oscar! He has been here at the hotel for 15 years and has probably made me a dozen omelets in that time. Lovely man, and he speaks five languages!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dan Panorama - Tel Aviv. I've spent here 10 days during my bidud (lockdown). The warmest attitude and the deepest care I received from the hotel's team are beyond exceptional! Every day they brought a variety of tasty dishes, it was something different every time! Also they called EVERY DAY to check if I need something, if I need any help or have questions. When I asked to bring something to my room, they brought it quickly and called to check if I received it. The room itself is beautiful and cozy, it has a balcony with an amazing sea view. I felt so comfortable during these 10 days!

3 stars is generous. This is primarily a convention/tour group hotel, so if you like loud groups of high school and college students with accompanying types of behavior, then this is the place for you. It is in a great location on the Mediterranean. Beautiful promenade at your doorstep. Staff is generally rude and unhelpful. Their default response to questions seems to be "No". The property itself seems tired. We had a couple of maintenance issues while we were here (poor sink drainage x 2, heat not working well). We were here for a meeting, so the hotel "came with the territory". Breakfast was a nice buffet with custom egg orders available. With proper staff training, the hotel could be so much better - - warm, welcoming. And one last thing :they designate the smoking area RIGHT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR, so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke (when there are smokers there) when you enter or leave the hotel.

Great hospitality!! Had a pleasant stay here. Rooms facing Mediterranean Sea, watch the Sunset into the Sea from the Balcony. Very good restaurant serving Asian and Continental Cuisine. Delicious food. Beautiful Lounge. Nice swimming pool. Complimentary weekend Tours. Above all very courteous and responsive staff.

Visited back in December 2018, for 2 weeks stay. Booked Dan (over Carlton) because of its proximity to Jaffa, and my manager and a friend had recommended it as well. Ultra friendly staff, starting from reception you will be welcomed with a big wide smile. They explain you everything that you should be knowing, and am glad they did. Room had a great view looking out to the blue Mediterranean sea. The view was just great, relaxing. Just cross the road to take a brisk walk along the coast, watching people walk their dogs, fishing, cycling, idling around! Rooms were cleaned, tidied up daily, towels and sheets being changed daily, utilities being refilled. In short, service was prompt and great in each aspect. Every morning you for breakfast, you get to choose from a variety of options serving to individual taste. Food was too good while you have it watching out the glass windows, through the palm trees into the blue sea! A treat for your eyes too. I had an issue with the type of electrical plug points being used in Israel, immediately I was helped by the staff with converters for using my mobile and laptop chargers. They helped in calling cabs for me until I had a local phone and Gett to book a cab. Concierge service was great as well, they helped me with the weekend trip I took to see Jerusalem and Dead Sea. Took some effort to write up a review as the hotel and their staff deserved it for the great service they provide with a smile. Recommend anyone who is planning to stay is Tel Aviv.

Fantastic food. Fresh, wide variety buffet with nutritious and indulgent options. Nice views. Clean. Quiet. Convenient location. Short walk to the lovely beach. I felt safe as darkness fell while I was walking alone. Lots of foot traffic. Electric kettle and tea and coffee available in room with powdered creamer and sugar and sweetener. One room had unusual decor with a frosted glass wall between bathroom and the room. Another room did not have that feature, but I had trouble getting hot water out of the shower. Used the spray instead. The bellhop helped us schedule a cab to take us to the airport as we had to leave at 3 am the next day. Overall, this was a luxurious joint with a few quirks. I stayed as part of a tour and noted multiple other groups.

I had the best experience possible. I stayed here with birthright. Our group enjoyed every moment. From the moment we walked in, the customer service and hospitality was amazing down to the house keeping. The luxury breakfast was more than 5 star. They had every food imaginable. Highly recommended. They made my experience of Tel Aviv very beautiful and comfortable.

Very large hotel superbly located from the beach....just across the road. Good Israeli breakfast buffet...lots of choice, salad items, cheeses, variety of breads, cakes etc. Good swimming pool, WiFi, etc etc.All the facilities you'd expect in a 4 star hotel. Pricey by international standards but it seems all Israeli hotels are expensive in international comparisons.

  • 1/5 ליעד . 1 year ago on Google
We had a fun day at the hotel including entrance to the pool and spa. Extremely weak spa, amateur masseurs, hearing noise from reception, small and not worth the price. The hotel itself is outdated, we wanted to drink cocktails and were told there were no products for it. At the buffet we waited for a hamburger for an hour! while another dish they forgot to take out. The pool is clean and large. Beyond that does not recommend. For the hotel, it's time to improve the service and move forward to the 21st century.

Standard room are quiet old, no like so much. Breakfast is good a lot of chose. Pool is ok if you can find a space. Gym to small, sometime no clean, some machine is not in perfect conditions. High price for a night and no to much benefits even for Dan gold members.

It was ok, I would rate it as a 3 star hotel. Views are great because it looks out to the ocean. I’m with a tour group so not sure what the average price is. It has all the amenities, so that’s good. Would stay somewhere else, if I’m ever in the area again

First class in every way and reasonably priced. Service is excellent, amenities are amazing. As for the breakfast, the only description is sumptuous!! Such a variety to choose from, I doubt that anyone with their likes and dislikes would be disappointed. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.

First time in Tel Aviv and chose Dan Panorama to stay. Impressed by the breakfast offered by the hotel. So many different varieties and lots of authentic Mediterranean food that I’ve never seen. Easy access to the beach, ocean view rooms.

Good hotel with easy access to the beaches which are across the highway. Thought the price per night was a little high for the level of service (once pool towels run out for the day they have none to replace/they also just let wet towels pile up around the pool opposed to removing from the guest area.) Breakfast buffet and room service were excellent! Close to Carmel street market but the neighborhood felt like it only had food stalls or high end dining, nothing in between but not the fault of the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay. Would consider staying again as well as looking elsewhere.
