Great location and spacious family room. This hotel had a terrific daily Israeli style breakfast as well as a comfortable room to accommodate our family of 5. An in-room small refrigerator and prep sink allowed for some food storage. Walkable location to the beach (although we prefer the beaches closer to Gordon Beach) and many food and drink options. Friendly staff, especially those at breakfast. The hotel itself is small and they don't have a pool which would be nice during summer travel. Overall a good place to land and recharge after a 14 hour flight.

The rooms are very old, and worn down. There is a thick carpet on the floors, which smells horrid. Do not book a family room here. The extra bed is terrible!

This hotel has been our go-to the past few times. The breakfast on the roof has been great. Great location, and extremely comfortable and convenient.

So many issues at this hotel. Avoid staying at this place. There are much better hotels down the street. Everyday we had to call and complain. Water was leaking from the ceiling in our bathroom on the first day. The second and third day the AC was not working. Everyday they had to send someone to our room to fix few things. Then they changed our room but we had other issues at the new room. Water was leaking from the sink at our second room. Also they said the rooms are none smoking but they smelled like cigarette smoke. One start.

With the amount of money that my parents are paying to stay here, apparently it is "rude" to bring my breakfast coffee back to my room. We are spending thousands of dollars here, and I think it is not the slightest bit rude to want to enjoy my coffee in the comfort of my room. I was also taking a nap and enjoying my afternoon when I was woken up by one of the housekeepers. I was woken up by the housekeeper ripping the covers off of me and then not proceeding to realize I was asleep.

What a disgusting hotel. The attitude of the hotel employees is atrocious. I want to understand how they have the nerve to speak to guests this way. Absolutely horrific will never in my life even think about stepping foot in this disgusting dirty hotel again. RUNN!! Don’t even think about booking between the rude employees and dirty amenities it would be the biggest waste of money. Look elsewhere for a hotel that spoils their guests.

Great hotel on the Tel Aviv beach. Location: right on the Beach promenade (or 30m from) the spot is great if you’re heading out for a run, a swim, shopping in the old TA harbor or dining in the dizengof street Rooms: rooms are clean and spacious. The view isn’t spectacular but isn’t bad as well. The rooms usually have a small kitchenette, a coffee machine and a refrigerator. Service is quick and courteous, we didn’t have to wait for anything we’ve ordered. Breakfast: Perhaps the weak spot here - the breakfast isn’t as impressive as you’d expect to find in such a hotel, however, given the location - it is extremely easy to order in from any of the surrounding TA restaurants (my favorite breakfast comes from Benedict:-)).

Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast area is very nice and the food is excellent. I probably will return for my next visit. Also the beach area close by is not as busy and crowded as the more central areas. Recommend this place.

Hotel is nice, the rooms are relatively modern and clean, the service is excellent, very close to the beach, and good transportation to all Tel Aviv attractions

"balcony room" had a balcony the size of about one foot. There was a raised step underneath the balcony door, nearly tripped on it and could've ל"ע fallen off the balcony. Extremely unsafe - needs investigating and sorting. Breaches the Torah with its lack of a safety rail. Food - even though food was already booked at the time of booking the room, the waiter service kept insisting over and over again, making a huge deal, about payment and how it's not been paid. Also arrived at 10.45am and all they could say was "we close in 15 mins, so if you want to eat please go up now." It really was just so intense, unnecessary and pressurising. "customer service challenged". Views - the "balcony" view was 99% building site and 1% sea. This wasn't "partial sea view" as advertised. Location - extremely removed from mainstream hotels and beaches. Not ideal location.

Hotel room was enjoyable, but we had a not so great experience with the spa. The towels and robes were very scratchy, and I am pretty confident that my masseuse has never received formal instruction for massage. I was so physically uncomfortable the entire time, I was debating whether to tell her to just stop the massage. However she did not speak English and I didn’t want it to turn into a whole ordeal while I was still naked on the massage table… I would not accept that massage again even if I were paid to do it. Unfortunately, I had to pay them for the discomfort. My husband’s experience was not as bad.

Went there for a day in the spa. The breakfast was quite poor, but the spa was good.

As always, the staff at the Alexander made us feel at home. Front desk/check hosts are very accommodating and the process is seamless. Moshe the manager is awesome. Standard room is roomy! It’s a mini suite with a full kitchenette and a view of the beach. Quiet, cool (working a c is a big deal sometimes!) with modern decor. Continental breakfast with fresh salads on the rooftop every day :). Small spa is awesome. Great for a quick getaway, business trip, or family vacation. Oh. And it’s like 100 feet from the beach. We’ll be back!

We order a suite 6 months in advance. When we arrived at the hotel they offer us to "upgrade" to a stinky apparent in the next building. We declined the offer. I talk on the phone with the president of the hotel she scream at me that I am not ok in this situation. After this thay said that the suite is not ready and it will take time. we wait until 8:30 pm. After all this we ask for compensation because we are not going to pay 3500 (full price) after all this. Thay offer us 10% off. We war frustrated and we really didn't want to stay in this hotel. So we declined the offer. Worst vacation ever!!!!! I will try to update this post after talk with my lawyer.

We had a wonderful experience. The rooms were supper clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. The location is great. There is no parking at the hotel but it's east to find parking in one of the parking lots nearby. Highly recommended.

We had a late checkout due to a flight home around midnight. The front desk advised us to go to the beach, and they would provide towels and showers. Upon our return, we were told that they didnt have any showers. We had to fly for 13 hours feeling dirty.

The Alexander is a simple yet sophisticated boutique hotel close to the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean in Tel Aviv. My room was well cared after and the bathroom was clean and complete with a great soaking tub. I took 3 baths while I was there. It was amazing. I'd also like to thank Inna for her great hospitality at reception. I stayed for about 5 days and she always made sure that everything was looked after. Thank you. I can't wait to return.

Wow wow wow. I went for a Spa day and only have good things to say about my experience. From the moment you walk into the hotel, the Spa manager (Adam) and staff are amazing and really tend to everything you can possibly need. I highly recommend.

Great room, very comfortable, large and well equipped, nice modern decoration. Bed was very comfortable. Good service at the front desk. Breakfast was poor by all means, the floor was sticky, coffee was poor quality, the omelet was made of some ages liquid... I guess it still post covid 19 effects, but better eat outside until things will change.

So spent 2 weeks out here for business purposes. Here are highlights, there is no parking for this property so it's a bit of a hassle. There is parking nearby, there are 3 locations behind the hotel, the one that looks shady was actually the best price and served its purpose. The free bottle of wine and macaroons were a nice touch but they drop off water every day and ignore the do not disturb light. The breakfast was very good but I had to admit I missed the bacon. Very good location by the beach but I will op for Hilton or Sheraton next time. Breakfast staff was amazing, would return for their customer service.

Wow! What a fun relaxing experience. went on the spa + breakfast day package at the Alexander hotel, which is a 3 minute walk from namal Tel aviv. breakfast - started with a small buffet and small portions of mains (side note- on Saturday there's no omelette station or working coffee machine) food was good. Spa- this hotel is known for their amazing spa experience. The massage is 50 minutes long with caffe, tea and refreshments served in the waiting area. Masseuses were incredibly professional and friendly. I highly recommend the massage!

Nicely located in a modern decor. Right next to the beach that can lead you to Jaffa. The rooms are clean. The rooftop for breakfast and the bar is nice. If you are looking a place for a long stay, this is a good option.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Me and my family were scheduled to stay there while on a month long trip to Israel. The suite was absolutely disgusting. The sheets and towels were dirty and stained. To top it all off there was mold on our room. They refused to allow access to their parking lot. Every member of staff was extremely rude, when the issue of the mold was brought up the manager yelled at us aggressively. They advertise a private beach and towels provided before you go neither of which is true.
