First of all, please do not take this as a hotel, as it is not. Is just what it says, a Residence, meaning a building that was designed some time ago as block of studios but later converted into a hotel-like venue. Major Cons: - Booked the "penthouse room" but had a nasty surprise: the room is actually on top of the building, literally. It is just an extension, added later in the development of the building, in the same space with the elevator`s engine house!!! Needles to describe the noises made by the constant use of the elevator (it is a 4 storey high building); ALSO, THE PICTURES DESCRIBING THIS ROOM ARE FAKE (were taken in other rooms); - Very, very dirty rooms and common grounds. The sheets were filled with hair, towels with obvious marks of dirt, rooms and bathroom with a strong smell of mold; - The terrace could have been a key element of the hotel but is just an opened space used as a storage facility by the owners (old rugs, dirty mattresses, trash, etc.); - Bad looking neighborhood although nothing wrong happened during our stay; - Misleading pictures of furniture and fixtures that were not in the booked room but rather a collection of pictures took from other rooms; - Wi-Fi connection drops on a regular basis and the top floor router is set on "open access". Luckily, I have a VPN subscription to secure my browsing; - Room cleaning is non-existing; no cleaning personnel entered the room during our entire stay. - Instant hot water is commodity not yet discovered by this hotel. One must activate a time-based electric boiler and wait for 10-15 minutes for the "instant" water to be available. - Very noisy 6-lane highway close by and a construction site. I would stay away from this property at all costs. It can ruin your vacation in the split second you enter its grounds! Save some money and go elsewere, as we did, after just 1 night of stay.

We got tricked into booking the accommodation here and since we paid in advance we had no option, the place is a rat hole and there is no facility of room service laundry etc. the Srilankan staff is rude and unprofessional in behaviour. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller. If someone is totally on low budget then it’s a good choice otherwise totally avoidable

Very poor, dirty and chaotic. Cockroaches, dirty sheets and non existent customer service. This used to be an excellent place to stay when it was Inn TLV, now the total opposite. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I had photos to describe the place but I was so shocked that I forgot to take pictures. The place is DISGUSTING! It doesn’t seem like the room was cleaned. The area around it terrible and scary, even on a Saturday morning when I tried to walk around I felt like I was going to get kidnapped. I don’t recommend anyone to sleep here. Even one star is high for this review.

dust over 3 fingers cockroach all over the place cracked window not clean blankets so we bought one there is no condition to stay not even a night we have so many discussions with booking about this they should not allow to sell this accommodation I tried to contact the staff to bring blanket clean but they did not reply . I have called 3 number from Google but none of them pick up. there is no reception . that place is a ghetou. is miserable 😖 is not possible it exist a place on the earth to be sell as a accommodation . and was EXPENSIVE. tried with booking to find another alternatovd but they keep me holding every time that they are waiting for the property to answer but of course property didn’t replied at any point . the point of their answer was after the check out time in booking was over so they said they will not refund as we didn’t spoke with them . but they never replied at all to any messages or call !!! they cheated on my money ! that place needs a proper refurbishment then a desinfection then a cleaning process. paint the wall , clean the bathroom which is soooooo dirty and smell horrible. the nap leg was broken, if amazing in the worst way of saying that DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL!! otherwise you waste money ,. time and ruined your holy holiday.

Not a nice place to stay unless you like bed bugs and cockroachs, roof was leacking too. Wifi was not working at all. I can't find any benefit of staying there.

Disappointed. Especially because of the cleanliness of a place. Dirty towels, flour and curtains. The later with the wholes in it. The staff was quite nice, but during our stay there was only one guy so the reception was closed several times we need their help. Smoking is allowed all ariund the place and in the corridors. The neighbourhood didn't left the impression of high safety.

I came with my girlfriend for two night is the place. We wanted to cancel because our trip changed, but they did not allow us to cancel. Not only that, when we got the place, even though it seems clean, it was not. there was bloody tissue under the bed which I noticed when I picked up my phone, and there were cockroaches in the kitchen even though there was no food there. This only make me think, if they didn't clean well, what else wasn't really clean in the room we stayed?

The apartments are at the level of the price they have. It's not "The Ritz" but then given the prices of hotels in Israel, you certainly sacrifice quality for price when you choose cheaper hotels. This said the place is in no way in poor quality. The staff is very pleasant to communicate with and very helpful. It can improve on cleanliness but rooms are in acceptable state. I saw them washing and ironing towels so I have no doubts they are doing their best. The neighbourhood bears the common feeling big bus station neighbourhoods do. I would stay here again should I be back to Israel.

We reserved a night thru booking website , the place charged the credit card more than double what we agreed.Then they ignored all calls and emails from me or the booking website.In the end we have to dispute the transaction with the credit card.This people are very DISHONEST and don't care .Do yourself a favor and go somewhere ....unless you want to end up canceling your credit card for fraud and deal with bank disputes.The neighborhood is scary and the place is disgusting dirty anyways.

Not bad. Overall it was a quiet place and affordable. Will have hard time finding such affordable places near the tel aviv center. Cleanliness ( room services ) can be improved in rooms

Found hollow blocks under my bed. My room is not thoroughly clean. Full of dust under bed. Towel is overused. Toilet or shower room tiles was not scrubbed for days. Smell of foodscrap along the hallway.

This is the most terrible hotel I’ve seen in Tel Aviv. Group of guys are drinking outside of hotel. We were petrified when we got there but luckily no one’s bothered us. Room is stench, bed sheet and pillow covers apparently not changed, cockroaches are on wall and drawers. The receptionist looks like bystanders coz how he dressed up but nice tho. I would never ever comeback and recommend this hotel.
