Cocktails quality wise and service - it’s a five. But the overall vibe is more of a hotel-lobby-restaurant-waiting-library-waiting kinda place. Meaning I wouldn’t go spend a full night there, but as a gateway drug to dinnings or alena it is perfect.

A hidden gem in the heart of Tel Aviv. Located inside The Norman hotel is a quality cocktail bar that serves dishes directly from the hotel's restaurant. No reservations needed and the place is always fairly empty, essentially one of Tel Aviv's best kept secrets. The lokus fillet dish (grouper fish) was delicious, cocktails refreshing and well prepared. Bread pudding dessert was divine. Immaculate service, if a bit slow. Pricey, as one expects from a hotel restaurant.

Great spot in Tel Aviv for classic cocktails, fun fare, a 1920s vibe and spot on service. The bartenders make the best Vespers and dirty martinis in the city. You MUST try the octopus skewers cooked in lamb fat 🤤. The bar does not take reservations, you can however make a reservation at the restaurant, Alena. We love to stopping by for lunch or evening drinks!

Library Bar is a lovely aristocratic style bar with a great selection of cognac drinks and a really warm atmosphere. The food that comes from the hotel restaurant, Alena, is amazing but what really blew our mind was the staff. They were super nice and chatty and they even surprised us with an extra desert! An expensive place but worth it!

Really liked the drinks and the staff was friendly. It's also a very intimate bar with sofa seating. It's a little pricey, but not too bad.

The bar is located in the Norman Hotel. Excellent service from the door, very professional, friendly but not unceremonious. The cozy atmosphere of the European bar, pleasant unobtrusive and not loud music makes it possible to chat with friends. The interior is designed in a classic style and sets you up for relaxation, romance, and conversation. The appetizers were delicious, the anchovies in particular were excellent, not over salted and with fresh oil. The choice of alcohol in the bar is quite basic, we did not notice any specialization in any section - this is not a whiskey bar, not a wine cellar and not a pub. Cocktails are tasty and made qualitatively and professionally. This is not a cheap place in absolute terms, but Tel Aviv is already the most expensive city, so the difference with other places in price will not be huge. We liked.

Overpriced (60-80₪ for a drink). Paid over 90₪ for a basic burger that had less than 150g of meat in it. No toppings or extras. Very disappointing

As many people here have already said, this is a hidden gem. One of the most aesthetically pleasing bars in Tel Aviv, you'll feel like you're in a different world when you walk in. Fantastic cocktails, great food and that special atmosphere perfect for intimate meetings or a nice date. I'd say they serve the best Vesper Martini in the city. They do not take reservations beforehand, so I suggest showing early-ish (19:00/20:00) to make sure you have seating. If you do decide to come later you may have to wait a bit for a spot, especially during the weekends.

Amazing cocktails, and the lounge area is incredibly comfortable. Wasn't too last, and there was a surprisingly interesting collection of books to read it you were interested. Fitting for a bar called the library
