Delivery review: We ordered two burgers (can switch to gluten free buns if necessary) fries and a salad that arrived with bread as well. The hamburgers were quite good (the meat was a bit dry than we expected though), fries and salad were delicious! Overall portions were a good value for money. We really liked the variaty of condiments that were sent with the order.

Wasn't bad, but very average. Not a high scale experience. We came as a large group from work with a prepaid menu. Was an OK experience for such lunches, but I would not pay $$$ for this, so probably will not come back on my own. My steak was way overcooked -- it was marked as MR (as I ordered) but it was MW -- for me, that cannot happen in a wannabe meat restaurant. Took so much time to get the steak, so I did not bother to ask for another one. Meat quality was good. Salads were very nice and probably the best part of the meal. I did not like the deserts. Our group was seated outside. It was too hot in the sun and their shades did not cover the entire table. It became very inconvenient as the sun moved during the meal. Service was very average and not enough staff or organization to cope with a large group. It was warm and we were thirsty, yet it took more than 10 minutes and several requests to get a glass of water. Seems they ran out of glasses (?!) -- I finally got a warm glass that was of a different size and shape from other glasses on the table. The dishes did not come out at the same time. Overall, average.

When the steak requires sauce to be edible it's a problem. Medium food, worse service. Pricey.

Everything about this place! The food is excellent, the wine list is superb (we had the Yatir Cabernet Sauvignon, 2013), very attentive waiters, and a great experience. I will certainly go back!

Have been coming here consistently for years due to the amazing food and service. Brought my mother who is visiting from Canada to enjoy, however the food and service on this visit has been an absolute disgrace. Cannot believe the drop off from the quality of the meat and lack of basics for the service (bringing main courses while we are still eating appetizers). Completely embarrassed to have brought my mother here tonight. Unfortunately, will not be returning after this experience.

This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been. Amazing taste! The food deserves the price! From starter to dessert, all amazing! Service is excellent too! We got about 23 people together the first time, we ordered all the starters, covered most the of main dish types. All of them are amazing! The second time we came here, we ordered the dishes we never tried before, also good, amazingly fresh materials! Including the meat bread! It is delicious. I know some reviews said the meat bread doesn't deserve the price, come on! We're here! Again, I say, the food deserves the price!

Total disappointed. Looks good, tastes terrible. We thought that the fancy decoration and the price would hint this is a decent place. How surprised were we finding out the food was either over cooked or tasteless.

yums...good wine and good food. nice steak dinner. went there with a rather large party and the service still was excellent. the red wine was a good pairing with the steak. had a bunch of side dishes like cauliflower, breaded mushroom, some typical salad. a full and good dinner with friends!

We have ordered tartar and deep fried cauliflower as starters. They were served too fast. I don’t know how it possible to prepare those in few minutes. The poached egg on tartar was completely cold. So I concluded that starters were assembled and reheated, but not cooked. The main courses were salmon and hamburger. It was my first time to get the salmon part close to tail in restaurant and it had too heavy fish smell. The hamburger was almost well done, while I ordered medium. Although the service was good, for so high price, it does not worth to spend time here. But the service was good

It's a long review. The bottom line is I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there if you want to k ow why, read my very honest review below. I wanted to take my family to a chef restaurant, you know, the type of restaurants that once you are stepping into the restaurant you're getting a different feeling. A restaurant that have special environment when every kettle detail was taken in consideration. And above all, you want this restaurant to have colorful food with flavors and combinations that you've never seen or ate before. I go to chef restaurants often, my mom, sister and grandmother can't, because they can't afford it. So I intended to bring them for a whole chef restaurant experience, while it looked, felt and tasted no different than a below average standard grill restaurant. The bill was about $500 , which I don't mind I know what to expect. Last week I went to a different and real Chef restaurant in Rehovot, the bill was about the same (for the same amount of people) , but even if the bill was double I wouldn't mind, because I got value for my money. Meatos was a complete disappointment, we went I to the restaurant it looked like a war zone, waiters running around, the place was packed and there was no space between the table, like every square inch of the restaurant real estate was used, it was terrible. Oh, and the food.. AVARAGE MINUS Save your money and just go to a standard grill restaurant, you'll eat better, enjoy more from the environment and pay 1/3 than what you'll pay there. If you're looking g for a real Chef restaurant, Israel as a lot to offer, pick one just not Meatos, I was never that's disappointed.

We celebrate birthday to one of our friends, we all ordered steaks and one ordered salmon. The salmon did not arrived until we finished our stakes, and we ask to check twice for the order. I ordered my stake medium rare and got medium. The plus was that they offered the salmon for free.

I very much liked food and service. O had an Entrecote-Burger which was delicious. The service was exzellent and personell friendly. We sat outside which was generell nice. The restaurant is directory on a street which is good for accessibilty, but I personally like it more quiet, so please understand the one star less in this category as very subjective. Would return to the place and time.

Food was okay, lacked seasonning and taste. Service was horrible. Waitress didnt give us even 1 smile, she barely spoke a word to us (we speak both English and Hebrew). Kept rushing us, we asked questions about the menu she didn't know how to answer them. At that price point,I wouldn't recommend it. You can get better. Ambiance is good , nice decor and location.

The atmosphere is quite nice actually, but the food definitely not worth it! Before going I've read several of the reviews, aud unfortunately the same thing happened to our group. Which is basically over cooked/done food. I asked a medium-rare ribeye steak, but it arrived medium and was over salted (I know it's a kosher place but still is was over salted all the way) The 2 burgers my wife & nephew ordered a medium-well, disappointedly it was over over done, like a piece of coal. The service was so so, one waiter was super nice, but another one was the opposite of welcoming and patient. I'd say that the place is not pricey at all and it looks nice inside. Unfortunately the food including the starters wasn't tasty or something to tell about to your friends. Won't be back.

An unforgettable experience. After we paid the bill, they came to the table to tell us that we have to leave a tip between 10-20%... and they stayed until we gave what they wanted ….

I am in Tel-Aviv since a few days, but this is the first restaurant where we were asked for a tip at the end betwen 10-20%, and a waiter stopped us very dissapointed. We were very excited at begining, but we left and never came back.

Excellent high-end meat restaurant

Upscale kosher meat restaurant with good variety. Really enjoyed the foie gras carpaccio for appetizer and salmon main course as well as the crème brûlée. Nice place to go for an occasion.

One of the best kosher meat places in Tel Aviv. You should reserve a table in advanve as the place is crowded between 12:00 and 15:00.

Waiters are nice, but this place exists only thanks to its kosher certificate. Food is very expensive with respect to its quality.

Always on a stable level, service nice and efficient, food good. Prices in the upper range, but justifiable. Recommended to make a reservation

If you need a good Kosher steak, you can't go wrong with Meatos. It's not cheap, but very good...

Meatos is a relatively good steak house, with high-quality food, but where they really shine is their service. Out of all the restaurants I’ve been to in Israel, I got my food the fastest here by far. Also, the staff is very nice.

Nice KOSHER restaurant. The service was good, the food was better than OK. The restaurant smells heavily of roasting meat and if you sit inside the smell may cling to your hair and clothes. The desserts were good in spite of containing no milky ingredients.
