I feel like 2 stars is far too generous of a rating, and bear with me as I find and think of how more things went wrong: I am not usually the one to complain about things nor leave reviews in general, however, I was subjected to a bed bug rash that appeared a few days after staying with my taglit group at the hotel. Another person in my same program heard from some individuals in a different group staying as well that they witnessed the actual bugs crawling in the bed. the floors, although seemingly clean, felt dirty and it smelled a little musty in the room itself. I understand that it is peak tourist season, but cleanliness is very important to 99% of people who stay at a hotel. The soap dispensers had nothing in them and was required to use the hand soap just to clean myself. Forgot to mention the 3 beds packed into a room meant for one queen bed made it extremely difficult to manage suitcases if at all. Another update: I really wish to be compensated. Even the lowest rated motel I stayed at in America was clean, didn’t smell, had no bed bugs and had the largest room accommodate 2 queen beds. Check out the Parsippany Ramada on US-46 in New Jersey if you ever travel to that area. The positives: Amazing service when needing to fix broken key card On-site bar Excellent breakfast and dinner!

Disgustingly dirty. I unfolded a blanket from the closet to put on the bed and there was a dead fly in it. The blanket was stained and smelled dusty. The AC doesn’t control the humidity adequately, so I came back at the end of a humid day to find the sheets damp.

Great hotel value! Very near to the beach, has breakfast included. The rooms are not really special but for the price it was worth it.

Very old, poorly maintained and not very clean. Very low value in return for the money you pay. The best thing about it was the location.

Old hotel and dirty rooms! The bed underneath is dirty and not even clean I think for years! 😞 But the old man food server is nice.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the beach. The place is a bit dated but in good shape, and classic elevator, but the service is great and the rooms are clean. Buffet breakfast in the lower level.

Hotel room was okay (other than the stains on the sheets) but only to crash for the night. Service was friendly and the location is great, very close to the beach. If you just need a clean(ish) bed to sleep in, this place will do!

I don’t know who thought it was ok to fit three people in a cramped room. There was barely enough space to move and definitely not enough to open even one suitcase. The bathroom was insanely cramped with barely any room in the shower. There were also very few outlets. The only plus about this place is the proximity to the beach.

Really disgusting hotel rooms and incredibly disappointing considering the price per night. Bed sheets were stained and covered in hairs on our arrival, towels in the bathroom had blood on them and other stains, there was mold in the bathroom and the shower head almost fell off at the slightest touch. The fact this hotel thinks that's acceptable is disgraceful as I genuinely felt sick sleeping in that bed. The breakfast was incredibly basic, and everything was left out in the open without any cover (necessary as it was dead quiet, and food was sitting out). Ultimately other than the location this place was hopeless, look elsewhere.

The room was old and small. Not enough space to put down our luggage. The table is in a wrong side of the room. There wasn't any fridge and microwave. The best part is the aircon, wifi and breakfast.

Good location, and that's it! Rooms way too small and outdated. Bathroom is even smaller and just for only 1 person not suitable. Broken crane in shower, missing towels and bathmat. Totally not recommended.

Wow wow wow never seen a nicer place in Israel🧢!!! Place is leng🧢, I was amazed when I saw it🧢, the rooms are so nice and compact🧢. I have a MINI FRIDGE, A TV, A DOOR, A SHOWER, A MIRROR, A TEA BAG, A CARPET, A DOUBLE BED AND A SINGULAIR BED, PLACE HAS A WINDOW, WINDOW HAS MAD VIEW OF THE STREETS OF TEL AVIV, IF YOU PRESS THE BUTTONS ON THE LIFT YOU'LL GO UP AND DOWN, ITS INSANE HOW THIS LIFT WORKS, YOU CAN GO TO THE 6TH FLOOR WHERE THERE IS A MASSIVE BALCONY WITH SOME BOMBACLAAT VIEW OF THE ERE ERE ERE RAATED VIEW OF THE WATTER IN THE SEA, AND IF YOU WAKE UP EARLY ENOUGH YOU WILL SEE THE SUNSET. I'd recommend all of you Mandem and galdem to come here🧢. I'm so jolly😊

Provided great stay during a business trip in Tel Aviv. Great full European breakfast...especially their raw fish offering, but most breakfast offerings come from the fridge. Variety of local Israel fruits.

Male cleaning staff stole a brand new shirt from my bag. Staff thought I checked out, went into my room and removed my bag. They returned the bag but when I got home I realized a brand new shirt with tags was stolen from my bag. I would never stay here again.

Strange hotel. Was fortunate to be in an apparently recently renovated room - nice lighting, fittings etc, but no mirror in bathroom and barely any facilities. No desk. One chair. Air con dodgy. Was ok for me, solo business traveller, but wouldn’t be ideal for a couple or anyone intending to spend any significant time in the room. Location is ideal near beach. Breakfast below average, especially for Israel. Noisy at night, especially in corridors. Not a quiet hotel. Worst thing was fire alarm going off at 3am - by loud speaker outside room, message in Hebrew, no one checking guests were ok, I walked down from fifth floor to find it was thankfully false alarm. No apology, no explanation. Not a bad stay and it is very difficult to find availability in Tel Aviv these days, and it’s costly. Just know what to expect.

Not for the mature adult who likes quiet or sleep. Noise through the walls so terrible it's like neighbours are in your room. Woke us. Very noisey, banging, knocking, yelling, music, slamming doors. Dusty. Old and really not worth even half the price.

I staid there some weeks ago. Bad security. I forgot my jacket in the lobby, somebody grab it and it was filmed by a security camera. The staff people refuse to look at the filmings. They didn't try to help me at all. They told me I had to wait till sunday (like 3 days after). What sense does it make? The thief must have be gone by then...

Some rooms don't have fridge and the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work properly. Claustrophobic feeling in the room. Good location though.

It is an old, but fair hotel in very good location. Not fancy but the basics are OK.

Nice place probably wrong time to visit as some of the staff really good. The room was a bit small and things like the safe didn't work but they were quick to change rooms which was a plus.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. The room was very small for 3 people, the AC can only heat, there were basic appliances missing, the food was absolutely terrible and served by one guy who is also in charge of the entire maintance of the hotel, dining room is crowded and hot, and the service was despicable and disrespectfull.

  • 3/5 Trevor C. 5 years ago on Google
Rooms were a bit too small to accommodate 3 people. The staff was very friendly but the small rooms and middling breakfast food made it an average hotel experience

Staff is more interested in their phones. Zero customer service and very tired rooms. Better places than this with no intention to ever stay again. Based on interaction there they won't care anyhow.

I struggled with which star rating to choose! The staff was unbelievably wonderful. The exact opposite of what I’ve experienced here in Israel. They were polite, accommodating and helpful. Given our several requests and my high standards for staff this is really saying something. The location could not be better, only a block from the very popular and active Tel Aviv beach- in 512 u have a perfect view of the ocean, 412 you can see it but there is a rooftop siding that blocks it abit but still can see the ocean light through it. The substantial downsides involve the room. Every sound of the other guests is quite vivid, ever bathroom door and room is heard as it shuts, the talking in the hall and other rooms is as if it was in the room. The pictures don’t represent the size of the room - it is exceedingly small (although well appointed) and everything is old and warn. So there u go- it is great for the price for sure but there are some issues. Again, bravo staff!

Nice cheap hotel bed and breakfast just off the main beach

Good location near the beach. Rooms were cozy and clean. Complimentary breakfast was tasty. Showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Roof access with a view of the surrounding city (also some rooftop showers for who knows what).

An absolutely awful experience. We have a room for three people that is so small that we had trouble finding enough space to put our suitcases (one is now stored behind the door - which we can only open halfway). Of course, there isn’t much space to walk around in the room, either - to get into the left side of the double bed, you have to be either really skinny or jump on it. The bathroom is tiny, but relatively clean. The worst part of the hotel is dinner. There was very little choice, and what was there totally lacked flavour. Only one thing about this hotel is tolerable: it is located a 2 minute walk from the beach.

Unfortunately, professional hotel critics would agree that the standards of this hotel are poor. The room was dirty, the quality of food was poor and more importantly, guests had to search for seating because there were not enough tables and/or chairs to accommodate guests during breakfast. Therefore, disappointing.

Really horrible experience. Rooms and hallways smelled strongly of mold. I came into the room to find a dirty sock in the bed and a weird 2-litre bottle of coke filled with discoloured water. I asked them to clean it and give me new sheets, they gave me a new top sheet but left the sock and bottle. In the morning we went to breakfast at 8 before we checked out, and I went back up to my room to use the bathroom but the maid was incredibly rude and started yelling at me. Terrible.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in Tel Aviv at this price. Quiet and peaceful location, just some steps away from the beach, so clean bedroom, clean bathroom and toilet, yummy breakfast, a small refrigerator in the couple room but no refrigerator in the solo room, perfectly cooling AC, friendly staff who extended my check-out time for free❤️. I have cut one star because there’s no microwave in the room or in the lobby. The hotel is worth the money.

Fantastic location close to beach, markets and staff service especially from Raz who helped resolved our issue of no show of our driver for departure to airport. Hotel is a bit run down and definitely needs a refrigerator for the room.

Absolutely did not meet expectations. Was under the impression they could accommodate three people in a room when they cannot. No room to open suitcases, dirty and the air conditioning is not up to par. They say the location is nice, which it is, but I would rather sleep on the street in this area than this hotel.
