We reserved a private room for a birthday celebration. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, and the room itself was very unique, it had a very urban artistic vibe to it (due to the special raw walls and huge painting inside). The food was excellent! we enjoyed every bit of it. We had a variety of starters to share and mains as well. We left not crumbs behind.. everything was so flavourful and delicious, arrived quite quickly. Dishes portions are medium size (not huge..), take that into consideration when ordering. Other than that, we had a great time here!

Such a wonderful experience! First of all the restaurant is extremely artsy and beautiful. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and nice. The food was absolutely delicious, and I admire the fact that they grow their herbs and vegetables there. The dishes are nicely portioned and super tasty. I absolutely loved their Sea Bisque with shrimps and the crack pie. Totally recommend!!

Wow. What can I say. Definitely one of my favorite spots. Especiallyyy for HH. -It's a bit too early for me (17:00-19:00), but when I do make it, it's the best VFM in the area in my opinion. Everything tasted amazing. Even the strange desserts 😂 The fish salad special was so good that we got 2 of them, and also asked for the ingredients to try and copy. The place is GORGEOUS. I would change the furniture and the seating if I was the owner. But man.. I can't wait for my next visit.

The entry and accomodation experience: We went to this place around 15:00pm when no one was around. Place was empty. Two girls at the entrace, one was eating from a plate right in front of us. She did not stoped eating, ut while eating asked us what we want. Second girl took us to the worst table in the restaurant even if the place was empty. We asked her kindly ro move us to a better table. She did a huge effort and asked a waiter to put us to another table. The waiter experience: Waitress ignored us about 5 times. Finaly we made eye contact and waived toughly and she came. She praised the food and talked a lot. Later I found out everything she said it was just something she learned by heart. The food experience: We ordered an entreé and 2 main dishes. The entreé and one of the main dishes were brought in the same time. The bruschetta is actualy a quarter of a bread slice cut in two with greasy fish on it. Score from 1 to 10: -1. The salmon tartar: a lot of sauce, a lot of mayonesse, a lot of bread, just like you would do it when you want to hide the fact that the salmon has a problem. Overall experience is that salmon does not have a problem but too much sauce just made the dish like a McDonald burger. Score: -2. Thw pelemenîie with eggplant: they deliver a whole story about the dish but in the end you will find out that eggplant completely loses taste when you boil it inside the pelmenîie. The sauce in which pelmenîie are put is just disgusting. Score: -100. Conclusion: go and eat here if you want to cry for the money you'll pay and to laugh at whoever is entering the venue.

Fantastic restaurant serving delicious food. The salad was so simple but tasted incredible. The food portions are good, and tastes are rich. Small plates vibe, so we shared between our family of 5. Staff very welcoming and friendly and decor is great. We visited during their happy hour, 5 til 7, and received 30% off the bill. Even without the discount, it's not bad value for what you get.

A lovely spot with a relaxed and kind service. It might be the only place in Israel where the waiters won't ask you if everything is to your liking when you are chewing and can't answer. Spoiler alert - the food is amazing, so they don't really need to ask at all. Everything is so fresh and the flavors are out of this world!

I had an amazing experience at Beit Kandinof in Jaffa. The cozy location and fresh, delicious food made for a fantastic dining experience. The starters were particularly amazing, and the grilled fish and steak were cooked to perfection. In addition to the amazing food and cozy atmosphere, I was also impressed by the informative and friendly staff. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. Their service added to the overall experience and made my visit even more enjoyable. If you're an early bird, you can get a 30% discount, which is a great value. Overall, I highly recommend Beit Kandinof for a memorable dining experience .

Great place! Foos was between good to excellent. The waitress wad kind and helpful with deciding some of the things we were not sure about. The bloody Mary was good, the egg salad, chopped liver and orenge scordelia were exceptionally good, the atmosphere was very plesent and easy to hear each other. We will be back for sure.

Amazing restaurant hidden within the walls of Old Jaffa. Beautiful interior, very friendly staff and great menu. Prices are a bit above average, but it’s definitely worth the experience. Loved the seafood stew, and the lemon merengue tart - must have while you’re there. Reservations are recommended, the place is pretty busy at the evening

Food: 4; Atmosphere: 4.5; Service: 4.25; cost Performance: 4.5. Great choice for excellent balance of good food, location and value. Place is super popular, so reservation recommended. We were a large party, and they easily accommodated us. For perfect day in Old Jaffa, reserve here for lunch, and come after exploring.

Very good food although the prices very high and not justify. We ate Branch, 2 peoples, we order 5 kind of small mezza. One of them was tomato salad very simple and porch egg, we paid almost 200 Nis. We didn't drink nothing . Very expensive. The waiters all the time came to our table and wanted to take our plates although we didn't finished eating. We told them the first time kindly we didn't finished, second time we signed them not to take plates and the third time we felt uncomfortable and we let them . I'll not return. Although the food was good , the service and prices unjustified!!

This was recommended to me by a local friend and it didn’t disappoint! The appetisers of cheese dip & ceviche were very good, and we had the dumplings and pasta for mains which were alright. Staff was attentive and the cocktails were delicious. The decor was another highlight, with vines hanging indoors.

Incredibly sophisticated dishes that are simple with a tremendous amount of flavour. Located in the heart of Jaffa you can feel the atmosphere of Jaffa in the very unique space of Beit Kandinof. You MUST get the white fish ceviche I believe it was called something else and the pasta with meat. It is out of this world. Service is incredible and the restaurant for this quality of food and thoughtfulness of interior design is quite reasonably and affordable priced!

The atmosphere is nice, the food is mostly to share. We had great meat pasta, grilled cheese, yellow tale tuna. Eggplant dumplings were nothing special. Prices are high.

Overall I felt the dishes were a little over seasoned. Out of the 3 plates I’ve tried, nothing was a hit nor a miss. Herb salad was decent, a tad salty. I wished the lamb spareribs were less seasoned so I could taste more of the lamb instead of the marinade. More greens should have went with the ribs to cut the saltiness. My favourite had to be the mango “tart”. Not overly sweet and very well-balanced between the mango and the coconut cream. Good play with the texture as well. However, the tart was served extremely frozen, it was impossible to cut through with my spoon. I would appreciate a little more thoughtfulness on the details – timing of serving the mango “tart”, topping up of water and changing of knife for the meat dish. I do feel that the service was really sincere though. I will revisit to try other dishes.

We were guests at a special event that took place here and managed to try out many of the wonderful dishes. The feta cheese and sashimi were absolutely amazing. We also really appreciated the special retro design of the place. A truly recommended spot in Jaffa.

Starters were excellent. Main courses in general very good, especially the Shishbarak and the tortellini. The fish dish was somewhat dull. Service in general, good but it could be a little more professional.

Great environment! Food is also delicious. We finally found a salad that is not super salty in Tel Aviv. I would totally recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We went for our first time to celebrate my sister's BDay. The wine list was great (we always go for local red wines, wherever we are) and food equally so. The staff was super professional and still very warm and friendly. Would go back certainly. Seems like a nice and special fancy date kind of place.

Great food. Takes time to get it but mostly worth the wait. One dish was a little off and they offered another in compensation!! Gaspaccio fantastic. Dessert unique. Very well done.
