Friday morning set for a breakfast: Very slow service, not clean and not testy. Very typical breakfast for two. Very stressed and messy atmosphere. Scrambled eggs were just ok. Don't understand why is it so popular.

What a poor experience: We were a party of 6, and it took almost 15 minutes until someone noticed. The staff missed one of our dishes, the over priced pizza is actually a frozen one just thrown to the oven for heating, not to mention the piece of metal that we found in the pasta dish we ordered. When we told the waiter about it, he didn't even apologize. Important to note that we're working nearby and it's not the first time that we face this overall experience. Guys, please shut yourself down, and find yourself other day job!

As someone who worked in hospitality for years I experienced the most rudest, awful and unprofessional staff today. We went to have lunch, which was nice but as the staff was grumpy and very slow (even there was just few tables) we decided not to pay service charge. When I said politely to the lady we won’t pay it she went on me with the most rudest argument.. saying that’s not okay and she won’t get paid because of us! She throw the paid bill on the table a treated us just so badly. I understand everyone can have a bad day.. but if you decided to work in hospitality you should have some attitude and respect to your customers. Then you would deserve service charge.

Food was tasty and the portion size was large. I got schnitzel and fries and it was tasty. My friend ordered marinated chicken breast with fries. She thought it was ok, nothing exceptional. Service was poor. We had to basically drag a waitron kicking and screaming to serve us. In my opinion the prices for what we got were excessive. It is in the namal and the views are great.

Terrible restaurant. The waitress went to take the payment for the dinner from the card and put through a separate 75NIS transaction, which i thankfully spotted because it came through on my banking app! I complained to the manager - he took a look to check, and the name of the waitress came up on the report. Paid me back the 75NIS in cash but didn’t take any action with the waitress. Definitely didn’t seem surprised or bothered.

The food wasn't good and the waiter didn't bring the thahini that suppose to come with the dish until we asked. Still didn't really make it tasty.

The food was very good. Big plates. Love the bread. Location very good. I would have given 5 star but the service was not good. A waitress spilled coke all over the table and the floor. She cleaned up the table but not the floor. And servers kept walking and making a mess from the spilled Coke. This was right next to the table.

My 4 star review 3 years ago - Good food and service. Tables are too small to enjoy your meal. Yesterday- sorry to report that this is now a 2 star establishment. Feels like everything was brought in frozen, no flavor - which made the value way low and the meal expensive. Service was slow and the tables are still too small for the food. I kinda liked that the bill comes in a small treasure chest. With the great options around we will not be returning. What a shame.

Salad was great fresh and amazing. Bread was good too. Service sadly was slow to nonexistant. No butter? Strange. World shortage? They would not remove the lettuce from most salads and 70% pf the volume is tastless lettuce. He agreed to remove it from one and it wad great. Prices are on the high side.

The mwnu is pretty much outdated, kind of stuck in the 90s. The breakfast was not bad , but not good either.

Worst service I've experienced in years. Food we've ordered came with very dry bread we asked to change. Service was so slow...They came only after 20 minutes and in between they did not serve. Also not value for money. Will not come back there.
