Used their app during the COVID-19 curfew. They were kind enough to allow free use for anyone and their classes were professional and adapted to the situation.

I've been training at Boost for the past four months and it has been a very good experience. You schedule the classes, show up and work out with some of the best trainers I've met.

Had monthly subscription for 4 months. I was told that I can cancel anytime but when I called a day before to cancel my subscription since I will be away for a month and a half-they refused to cancel the recurring charge (which was the next day). BIG disappointment especially I barely used my subscription and never complained or asked for anything. You should learn customer retention.

I was subscribed for a few monthes. Classes are nice but the vibe is very hostile and kinda stuck up. Customer service is very bad - whether you want to sign up or cancle, they'll drag you on for days or even weeks. Do yourself a favor, there are much better anf cheaper studios to work out at.

**warning** DO NOT REGISTER Poor communication, not stabile for everyone, and they refuse to contact their members. I tried to contact them over 3 weeks and nothing!
