An exceptional experience in an amazing hotel, the treatment was perfect, no doubt a place to return to.

Mediocre massage therapy, and paid a lot of money to also use hotel amenities such as the pool. When we couldn’t use those because of the weather the spa suddenly separated themselves from the hotel and said they are not obligated to refund us for the amenities, and really dragged us through the mud to finally get a partial refund. Go somewhere else, not worth it.

All the facilities were impressive, the gym, the sauna and the massages were great. The crew was nice and welcoming ☺️

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary with a massage, breakfast, and pool day at the Jaffa Hotel spa and we had an amazing time. What a perfect way to relax and celebrate!

We had a great time! The place is beautiful and clean and the staff was extremely welcoming and nice - from front desk, through the cleaner and the masseur, everyone was pleasant and helpful. We came with our 3-months old baby and they did far and beyond to allow us have a wonderful time. Thank you!!

The spa is brand new and top equipped with all the needs for guests to feel like royal family for few hours: Parking, Welcome tea, private locker, towels&slippers, showers, sauna and hamam. After the first session when your body is ready for massage- we got 2 excellent therapists that gave us the perfect type of treatment for completing a total Refresher morning in the spa. This was a great way to spend an enjoyable day of peace and tranquility. Everything was abselutely amazing! Everyone were kind, proffesional and super caring. I enjoyed the massage and felt pleasantly sore the next day. Best massage therapist, true proffesional! Ifelt extremely relaxed and comfortable. I walked in feeling very tight and walked out floating on clouds. This is definitely going on my regular rotation for self care. I will definitely be back. Totally recomend!

I booked the couples massage treatment as an anniversary gift and had a brilliant experience! The spa is beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and organised, especially Shira who I liaised with throughout - thank you Shira! The masseurs were really skilled and did a great job. We also had access to the gym, relaxation area and outside pool which is one of the best in Tel Aviv. 10/10 would recommend!

The spa is next level Such a good vibe, you can wait to your massage drinking champagne and enjoying the sauna. The floor in the changing rooms is nice and warm. Everything is very clean and amazing staff

I had such an amazing and calming experience at the L.Raphael Beauty Spa at The Jaffa Hotel!! The staff were so friendly, and professional. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had!! The locker room, showers, bathrooms, sauna, pool, relaxation room, and massage rooms were very clean and spacious with a modern, minimalistic design. This was a fabulous birthday gift!! I will definitely be back!!

The massage was just great. The spa itself didn't scream luxury like the rest of the hotel, but the pool was lovely and altogether it was a wonderful day.
