Took a 1 hour massage here; good quality massage and lovely masseuses (although they were coughing and sneezing). However, the place is super crowded; there was almost no place to sit when entering (doesn’t feel Covid safe at all), the facilities beyond the massage (sauna, steam bath) are very small and limited, we had to wait for a while because there was no one at the front desk and they weren’t very welcoming. Finally, a bunch of people were coughing and there was nothing the staff did. With a pretty steep price, I don’t think it’s worth going here

Do not go!!! Worst experience I ever had! Total waste of money! Bad bad bad!!! Especially not if you're pregnant and I'm pregnant and asked on the phone if they di special pre-natal massage and got the answer yes, and that they have specialists for that! I was very excited (especially that my body is in pain and I really needed that). Their definition of a pre-natal massage is rubbing you with cheap oils not pressing anything so that they don't accidentally trigger anything. If I wanted to be smeared in cheap oils, I would have done so myself at home thank you, and it wouldn't cost me 900 shekels for me and my husband. In addition to this a few other things you should know: 1. The place is really dated and not maintained well, with string smell of cleaning materials rather than of spa. 2. It was CRAMMED! Totally packed with people, which even not under Covid circumstances is not the spa atmosphere you're looking for. We didn't have a place to sit and fill out the forms even. It was so loud because of the amount of people they booked that we couldn't hear the music. 3. The staff showed up with symptoms to work - as in - we were having the massage in a double room and my husband's massues was snorting her nose about 10 times. Mmmm yummy!!!!! Then touching my husband with your germs, that exactly what I needed now 🤢. 4. Least important but, they also sold me on the phone that there are saunas and a resting room looking at the beach - don't get your hopes high- the rest room is tiny and for 10 people together, so you don't really want to stay there, and the saunas are separate for men and women and are small and in the changing rooms. More like after sports activity rather than a spa feeling... Bottom line: this resembles only the cheap Thai spas that you pay a quarter to have a massage, not the Thai dreamy experience- so don't go!!

The massage is amazing, yet the place is straight up from the 90s: - no online booking or pricing available - the service menu is printed out on a white stained paper - the locker room reminds something out of children summer camp, quiet worn out and needs to be remodelled badly - the plastic blue covers in the relax area - just speechless :)) - don’t accept tips via credit card or bit, just cash For such high prices of the massage and it’s location, this place should really be a nice and clean salon, meantime it’s like like a place in any China town. Disappointing, as these service standards are no longer acceptable anywhere, but in Israel :(

I’ve had massage for over 50 years. Nadun’s massage for me today was perhaps the best I’ve ever had in my life! Whatever you have to do…hold on to Nadun!!

. I recently visited this massage facility with high hopes, attracted by its beautiful and welcoming ambiance. The facility itself was indeed lovely, and the staff members were all very friendly and accommodating. However, I must say that my overall massage experience left me feeling quite disappointed. One of the main issues I encountered was the inconsistency in the quality of the massage itself. At times, the pressure applied was far too intense and painful, making it difficult for me to relax and enjoy the treatment. On other occasions, the massage felt barely noticeable, as if the therapist was simply going through the motions without truly engaging with the process. Despite my efforts to provide guidance and feedback during the session, it was challenging to convey my preferences effectively. Consequently, I found it difficult to classify the massage as a genuinely relaxing experience. This lack of communication and understanding between the therapist and myself left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. While I cannot recommend the massage services based on my personal experience, I do want to emphasize that the facilities themselves were truly beautiful. The ambiance, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of the establishment were commendable, and it's evident that the management has invested in creating a visually appealing and pleasant environment

Had a foot massage with Fin but it was as really the best lower back and leg release I’ve had in my life! She managed to release so many tight areas and alleviate my pain. Highly recommended!

Top quality Spa. In case you are in Tel Aviv and have couple of free hours it is highly recommended to spend them in Hilton Sheva Thai Spa.

I think it’s my fifth time at Sheva`spa , each visit was absolutely perfect and more than I expected. They have the most professional group of therapists, the place is super clean with a very calming vibe.

The overall experience was good to very good. Place is inviting, personnel is kind but formal. Have to note that everything was very clean, as we were concerned about reading this in prev. reviews. Do recommend. The prices are expensive but they are all over this town. Thanks Sheva Spa!

I was a member of the gym and I found Evgeny, the manager, cheated me out of two months membership. He behaved criminally. Stay away.

I was in the Hilton SPA on 21.01.21 on 3 procedures. One of them wasn't made correct "Sabai Chai". I came specifically for this massage!! And I didn't received it. Instead I received another massage that. That's the situation: I was looking in the whole Tel Aviv specifically Shirodhara massage! I found it in your SPA. It's called "Sabai Chai" in your spa. I called and spoke to your nice managers, who explained me in English that this massage can be made for me. So, I made an appointment. I went to your SPA ONLY because of the Shirodhara massage! It supposed to be the last treatment for my package. We came with massage lady to the massage room, and I didn't found this special oil vase like on the pictures. I asked her about it, she said, that all good, and the oil also will be on my head. Ok, she started making massage for the whole body! I thought that something wrong... I asked her, maybe there was miscommunication, but I think she didn't understand my question. So, in the end, massage lady made me just oil massage whole body!!! No special oil vase, to my head, no Shirodhara massage. The funny and angry thing, that I saw this vase in the other room!!! Why no one made the massage that payed for!?? I told to the manager on the reception about this situation, she told me that someone will call me back. I wrote an email, I called by myself. Almost one year passed. No one called me!!! That's your attitude and behavior

The masseur Analiza was fantastic but the spa receptionist was very rude and they don't give a receipt in this place, watch out. We asked for receipt and they didn't gave us the original, even though I asked for it.

Amazing massage with a really nice breakfast at the Hilton. Probably one of the best places for a massage in TLV. One star off since it was a bit too intense for me this time.

I was looking forward to spending time at the Sheva spa with my daughter. We were shown the change rooms and told to “Have fun”. No one showed me how the lockers worked, I had to go back to reception to request a key. When we came out of the steam room, we could not find any towels. Again had to go and find someone to request towels. While my daughter had a shower, she left her bathing costume on the bench just outside. After her shower, her bathing costume was nowhere to be found. I tracked down the cleaning lady to ask if she had seen my daughter’s bathing costume. Yes, she saw it lying on the bench so she threw it in the garbage bin! We had booked massages, I felt my masseuse was having a bad day, she was gruff, rough, knocked me on the head to let me know the massage was over and immediately turned all the bright lights on. I have always enjoyed spa experiences whenever I have travelled, some better than others. This was by far the worst, most unrelaxing experience I have ever had. I believe that the Sheva spa rents the space from the Hilton hotel where we were staying, but I don’t believe the standard of its service befits it being associated with a five star hotel.

Very bad service. The reception girls need to take an urgent course in service, politeness and smiling. Totally inflexible with rescheduling appointments.

One of the best massage styles we have faced. Includes stretching, dry and wet (oil) Tai techniques. Great experience, treatment and service. They offer a multy entrance card - recommended.

One of the best massage sessions I’ve had since visiting Thailand. I took the combined therapy (oils, classic Thai, stretches etc). Chilli was amazing. Just what I needed to relax!

The place looks very nice, the massage was even better very professional therapists. The only small disappointment the spa is separate males and females was a bit strange for us as a couple that came for a treatment morning at this very high end spa.

😠 Not good experience. The atmosphere not good and romantic-plastic candles and plastic flowers.Relaxing music was very annoying. We didn't get bathrobes ,and towels was very small. Bottle of cava was not cava it was cheap apple wine. The water in bath was hot as hell, and cold water didn't work well...
