It is a nice big facility with decent equipment, but has too many customers using it at once and equipment is too close together in places. It seems nobody ever puts the dumbbells back where they belong, so it is very time-consuming trying to find what you need. Balagan. Nice pool. Not so nice having no hot water to shower. Hope that doesn't happen again.

Good place with a bunch of free parking. The price is too high for the gym only. Still, with all the facilities (sauna jacuzzi, Olympic warm swimming pool and other two indoor closed pools), it is entirely worth it; green areas and kiosks around the swimming pool make it great in the summertime. The managers aren’t helpful, so try not to get into problems.

The gym is packed constantly, including late evening and Fridays. The equipment is lacking - you always have to search for a barbell and weights, there are 5 racks, however almost always there's a waiting queue. 4K shekels a year really doesn't worth spending half your time at the gym waiting. You also have to walk through 2 pools to get to the gym, although it's literally on the parking lot, I really don't get it. So weird.

I was a member of this sport center back in the end of 2019. In fact I have only come to this place for two month for swimming at the beginning of 2020. Of course, later the lockdown comes and I don't dare to come to here for the whole year. Fortunately, this place is reopened these days even with the sauna. In this case, this place re-become super good sport center in Tel Aviv. There are three swimming pools at this place, one outdoor and two inside the door with heated water. If you are a swimming lover, come to this place to take a look. I do believe you will immediately want to become their member and come to swim every day!

Equipment is quite decent as far as the free weight area is concerned. Unfortunately, there is only one piece of equipment, such as a butterfly or shoulder press, although there would be much more space. In addition, there are sometimes long waiting times. Between 4 and 7 p.m. it is therefore sometimes impossible to train. You get a lot with the gym, pools, sauna and whirlpools, but if you are mainly interested in the gym, you pay significantly more than in other studios, despite the student discount.

Retention is obviously not in their interest. I paid 315 a month last year for 1 year membership (this is with the 150 for "דמי רישום" even though i was already a member in 2015). I came to renew my membership, and the price jumps to 380 a month for 1 year. I also wanted to sign up my fiance for a membership.... but that's clearly not in their interest. It's such a shame. I've never dealt with such rudeness and lack of interest to maintain customer's satisfaction. How are there all of a sudden "no sale prices?" Whereas there is a sale every other month for God know what reason. Disappointed doesn't even touch the tip of the iceberg.

The gym is so crowded that it's impossible to train there between 17-21 during the week and most of the day during weekend. It seems though they don't have any limit on the number of subscriptions they hand out and all they care about is profit. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Amazing swimming pools (two 25m heated pools and one 50m outdoor pool)! The changing room and showers are not great, but the hot tub makes up for them...

I've been here for over a year, not because it's a good gym' but because there are no alternatives nearby. The gym is insanely crowded, I guess they never thought to expand it since the days when there were half the number of students in TAU. Every time I go there it's a gamble - will I be able to workout today? The answer is no more often than not

Disappointed by the service in the balcony caffe, waited for my order more than an hour. Once I came up to cancel the order since I was leaving, I was refused saying the order is ready for a long time- although I was sitting in front of the caffe door and let the service know I was sitting there, asked to approach me once order is ready, no one approached me saying that the order was ready and I waited for 1hr, they just heated the ordered meal again and served me.

Beautiful facility with two indoor heated pools, one Olympic length outdoor heated pool, and a two level gym. Excellent bilingual staff and private coaches. I've been working with Nadav Baker for six months and have gained so much strength! There are also always staff on the floor to give you guidance or help you. Everyone is so nice there! The shower and bathroom facilities are clean and well-kept also.

    1. Steam room & sauna should be in each genders’ respective locker room. For a plethora of reasons, I think this is self explanatory, but happy to answer any questions regarding this matter. 2. Complimentary towels should be available. This is a no brainer. I shouldn’t have to rent a towel for the machine to not even work. 3. Body Wash & Shampoo in the showers. This is also a no brainer. 4. A regular pool for people to just chill. Two lap pools & no regular doesn’t make much sense 5. Complimentary flip flops for people who forgot to bring. Obviously, if you see someone abusing this, you can cut them off. 6. Stream should be much bigger. Almost burned my leg because it only houses like 4 people & of course I sat in the one seat that was open which was right above where the steam was coming out — it was violently hot. 7. Hot tub should be hotter & less chlorine; shouldn’t have to hold back tears from the chlorine when I’m trying to post & make conversation. 8. Basketball court should be open 7 days a week — not 2. Don’t really understand what’s going on @ this end. 9. Locker room should be at least 10X the current size. I don’t want people stepping on my feet when I’m walking from A2B. 10. Finally, when you become a member there should be an English version for the piece of paper we had to sign. For all I know, I could have just signed my life away.
