Really slow and very poor service. I had to finally go to the counter and ask what was taking so long. They had orders prepped and backed up but the staff member at the front could not keep up with the volume. When she gave me mine, my burger and onion rings were cold and they had no Ice Tea. I asked about the food being cold and was told she is busy, as for the Ice Tea, they ran out and she didn't think to offer me an alternative even though I had paid for a drink. Only after asking again did she offer me an alternative option. VERY POOR SERVICE INDEED.

Terrible service, not pleasant Arab guys don’t know how to do their work

I am a long fan of this chain. Sadly this particular place is simply horrible, I ordered from them online, they claim the timeframe to get the delivery is one hour. Sadly, the food arrived after almost two and a half hours, which is disgraceful, and what's worse is that the food arrived cold, and the coke came warm. On top of that we didn't get what we order. So in short, do not go to this place, not worth your time, money or taste buds.

Worst branch I know, the employees are super overworked, cannot deal with a few customers inside due to huge amounts of takeout orders. All the garbage cans are overflowing, no clean table in sight, bathrooms are a mess. The ordering counter was literally filled with half empty ketchup and mayonnaise containers for no apparent reason. Our order was missing a few items, but the lady before us was missing half the order and had to wait for a long time before someone was available to talk with her. Really ashame, it's a decent location but very poor management of resources.

Worst fast food experience, ordering through the the app is annoying and the teenagers working there could care less and could know much more about their menu etc... Tried using a coupon complete failure. They asked me to call customer service which of course wasn't working at that hour nor could u leave a message. So needless to go into details about the unmelted cheese on the dry burger....

Unfortunately the staff wasn't quite decent and welcoming. I waited about 15m just to get a simple burger meal. The fries came dry and cold, as well as the hamburger.

No air conditioner, bad service no one cares about you or anything.

The employees are just talking and laughing, the most dirty and disgusting restrooms in the world! 🤢

Waited 40 minutes for veggie nuggets that didn't arrive, so I canceled the order.

The place was somewhat more expensive than I would have liked it to be, but overall the experience wasn't bad. The burger was delicious as well as the potato chips, though we had to pay extra 7 NIS per serving to get them, in most places this upgrade is way cheaper. Also to make the burger to a cheeseburger they charge one extra NIS per cheese slice which also feels a bit overpriced for this add-on. At least the coke had a no-ice option, because it's a known trick to waste up a lot of coke due to the added ice, and it's still theoretically the winter here, though the apring season is almost officially kicking off very soon...

The delivery companies like Loft ect. seem to get preference over regular customers. wait was long the overhead screen was not current or working properly. When I tried to use the new ordering board. I requested English but neither ordering board would take my order and told me to go to the cashier. He told me to go back to the ordering station. And the sitting area was dirty. Only thing good was the crispy chicken sandwich.. Get a good mgr and get orginized

Burger was tasteless. I expected too much from this burger chain, all I can say is I'm not going back. Good thing that there are buskers outside, so the mood alleviated a bit.

As a foreigner, I found this Burger King interesting but not without its flaws, although minimal in nature. Food was excellent, the eating area was sparse and food preparation time was slow. One interesting thing was the use of self-service kiosks in which you can place your order and pay (both in Hebrew and English). Placing your order in the kiosks do not seem to expedite its preparing time by too much. Regardless of its minimal flaws, it still worth to visit in case you miss the Burger King franchise in your travels.

i only come for the Crispy chicken, hash browns and fries.. All the rest on the menu is pretty disgusting usually….! the workers are sometimes nice and fast.. some days, they can be pretty depressing Lol

Their orders kiosk software should be updated, oddly when ordering kid meal for my son its impossible to order grape juice, after consultation with the one of the stuff, you need to order something else (e.g. coke) then when you done the details, it asks you if you want to upsize, you should say yes, then you should edit the order, and change the drink, now the grape juice magically appears, and you can select it. On top of that, once the order was done, the kiosk just rebooted itself, and I had to restart all over again. But the burgers are fine, and so is the service.

It's okay, they didn't has the order I wanted but they replaced it with something else, which was OK.

A group of workers were drop kicking and throwing trash into the street and screaming. Stay classy BK. 🤮
