Not at all acceptable!!! We payed cash as the owner explained the credit card payment doesn’t work. But credit card was charged as well! The room was a clear NO GO with broken windows, very old and broken furniture, etc. The area as well as the house outside and inside Is simply bad! We escaped after one night … and this was already one night too much.

Very decent hotel. It has everything you can expect for a low price. It is clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are in a good condition. Maybe the neighborhood is not the best but I 've never felt unsettled walking around.

My niece is currently staying at this place and it honestly a big disappointment. She went with a group of colleague for a work trip, and booked this place as it was close to the place where they need to be. At they check-in they have found the flat completely dirty, with food track and the full place is distorted, with curtains falling apart, toilet lock destroyed. Do not book this place if you need an accommodation I have picture and video supporting the review.

Room is not thoroughly clean. My underbed has hollow block 🤔 and covered with dust. Toilet and shower room tiles were not scrubbed for days. Towels are overused need to changed regularly. Pillows are stained yellow. The hotel manager was good on our first few days but turn impolite as days went by. Below 1 star.

There weren't clear instructions for how to get in so we waited at the wrong entrance for quite a while. The check-in also took forever. They've renovated the building... Kind of... But I miss the folded swan towels. It's still adequate and cheap, but just barely.

Old ,dirty and dilapidated building in a rough neighborhood (smells like urine everywhere ). Enough for one night but nothing else.I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and when i came they rented it to somebody else . Instead i was given two separate rooms in the same floor. I would not say anything but there was no hot water in my room and i had to take a cold shower . I am giving it 2 stars cause the manager was nice enough to let us check in early. I am not coming back ...At least not in this lifetime. .

However the entrance is in the Levanda street we could easily find it. The place is tidy and clean, price-value ration is awesome. The receptionist guy is very helpful and kind. I can offer to everyone who doesn't need fancy and also pricy hotel rooms.

Do NOT stay here! It is not a hotel by any means. The manager is a fraud and a liar!

Good bargain place. Good position both for City Center and the airport. Clean rooms with MW and electric kettle

Clean, good sized rooms. Kitchen had a microwave, a kettle and a fridge. Not good sound isolation - all the noise from the streets came loudly into the rooms. Close to central bus station. But neighbourhood isn’t particularly safe.

The Hotel cancelled our reservation when we arrived due to electric issue, but after two weeks we still not received our money back. I would not recommend to anybody to make a reservation at this Hotel.
