I love to travel the globe and always like to write honest reviews as it's the least I can do ! How ever it truly saddens me to actually for the first time give 1 star rating to the this accommodation ! And I think the 1 star is too generous ! If it had 0 star available this would be my option ! I booked this for my wife and I to celebrate the new year and also to celebrate the fact she is pregnant ! Well it turned out to be a disaster ! I turned up to the reception of an old building which certainly doesn't look anything like the pictures ! The only true fact is that it's opposite the beach ! Any way as soon as I give the reception my details he tells me very rudely that there is no rooms available after we had already booked and confirmed previously before arrival ! Obviously this didn't sit too well with me ! And he become extremely rude throwing myself out of the property ! I don't need to add any further comments to this ! How ever it was for the because the hotel from the outside looks very old with the odd dead cockroach in the reception area which hasn't been cleaned recently ! I am glad this outcome happened ! To anyone looking for a hotel I highly recommend you don't book this , one because it could be the biggest headache you have and 2 it's exterior is nothing like the pictures ! I hate to be horrible but I have to be honest !!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We booked a room at Sea Apts, 56 Hayarkon St. through Expedia. We arrived at 2pm to find the reception hallway empty and the tiny office locked. After calling and speaking to a woman in the "back office". A Russian speaking man came down asked for my passport and had me sign a document completely in Hebrew. When I asked for a copy, he snatched it away and put it behind the desk. I had a paid in full receipt from Expedia but the woman on the phone told me I had to pay with a credit card. I told her if she would come meet with me, I can show her the paid receipt on my phone. She refused. The guy locked the office and left me in the hallway with my luggage and said "wait 5 minutes". At this point I called Expedia customer service and they tried to call the hotel multiple times and could not get through. I waited in the lobby for someone to help me until almost 4:30 staying on the line with Expedia the whole time. No one ever came back to help me, give me a key, nothing. At that point it was getting dark, we had 4 suitcases and had to find somewhere to stay. I left and told Expedia that I would not be responsible for any charges. They assured me I wouldn't be charged. 5 days later, the charge appeared in my credit card for over $1,000. I have disputed the charge with my cc company. I never gave my credit card to anyone at the hotel, so the charge had to have gone through Expedia. I was so upset after spending almost two and a half hours in an empty lobby, it ruined part of my vacation. I booked a room at the Sheraton down the street and stayed there for the remainder of my vacation. This place is a total scam, do not stay under any circumstances.

On the pictutes looks new and stylish, but it actually is old and dirty. When we arrived there was a used condom hanging at the balcony 😂 The only plu is the location near the beach.

Worst experience ever. Stated reception is a contruction site, call centre takes calls but no-one responds. Did not stay as could not get key to apartment, rubbish everywhere near actual appartment. Hoping to negotiate refund from owners or Expedia.

Do not stay here. They also own apartments around the corner on HaYarkon. The owners are dishonest. I would give zero stars if I could. We were not sent any information on how to check in (despite emailing to ask). When we arrived reception was shut. We had to get help from a nearby hotel to contact anyone and get into the accommodation. We waited for over an hour after arriving before we were able to access a room. The room we were provided with was a studio and not a one bedroom apartment as booked. I made payment the day after we arrived (when there was a receptionist available to do so!). They gave a nominal discount for not giving us the room we booked for the first night. Despite paying in full and the transaction going through, they blocked out the cost of the stay on my card for 8 days. We were moved to a one bedroom apartment, as booked, the day after we arrived; it was still having building work carried out on it the next morning. The room was not clean and had cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. The road the apartment is on is very noisy and the sound proofing was non-existent - we were regularly woken up by the noise. There were times when noise from other residents was also a nuisance. Nobody came to clean at all for 8 days. The only time anyone entered our apartment was to steal items from it. A key was used to access the room while we were out. The accommodation denied that anyone had been in the room. They also refused to check the CCTV to identify who may have stolen our property. The theft was reported to the police. The overall experience was terrible. Chic apartments are not chic. I would not advise anybody to stay here.

The owners weren't honest. They changed our rooms several times, probably caused by double booking. Everything was also dirty and broken. +For the view.

My family and I stayed in a three bedroom apartment from December 25 to 29. We were excited for our stay based on the website and pictures we saw. Unfortunately, the apartment did not live up to our expectations. 1. When we entered the apartment, we discovered that the heater in my daughter's room was not working. They came up to fix it, but it stopped working again in the middle of the night. When we asked about it again, we were offered a portable heater that was not suitable for sleeping with (fire hazard). Eventually it began to work again, but it was held open with duct tape that fell loose often. 2. The bathroom floor of the master bedroom was a mess and the master bedroom door was unable to actually close. 3. One of the showers downstairs was completely unusable because of the way in which the door was installed. If you tried to pull it open, it would immediately hit the sink and not open. If you pushed it, it would block entry into the shower area. 4. The lights to the upstairs outdoor patio were broken making the patio completely unusable in the evenings. We informed the front desk of the issue, but it was never fixed. 5. One morning, my daughter walked in and told us there were ants on the floor and sure enough, ants, were crawling on the main level floor. We informed the front desk and supposedly ant poison was placed down later in the day. 6. On the final day, we went to heat something up in the microwave, and it started to smoke and spark. 8. Finally, we woke up one morning to a large amount of water on the floor of the master bedroom. It was leaking in as a result of the heavy rain. It then started to come in on the stairway, making it very dangerous. We informed the front desk and someone came up to look and take pictures, but nothing was done. We were told that the manager would come. I inquired again in the afternoon and was assured that someone would come to at least clean it up and put down towels, but no one ever did, so I did it myself. We asked again the next morning, but no one came to fix anything until late in the day. This was not only inconvenient by dangerous. We notified the management of the issues throughout the stay. When we returned home, we e-mailed the company. After calling over and over for a couple weeks, we finally received an e-mail back stating that what we were lying and never told them about the issues and that they didn't even exist. We sent pictures, but never heard back. HORRIBLE

Booking was for May 2019. False advertising. Hotel is advertising one building with the sea view from the balcony., they don’t mention another 2 old buildings one block away ,without lift and if your room on a second floor u need to walk 43 steps. The luxurious accommodation it’s looks like backpackers hostel. The hotel rate can’t justify anything. No assistance, no security, looks dirty ,management to busy, we walked away from that “hotel”, I would never recommend anyone to stay there . And I think it’s disgraceful to advertise anything like that as luxury accommodation
