T HEY ARE THIEFS!!! Worst experience ever. Our trip was cancelled because Israel closed its border. The company offered to give us our money back but haven’t its it now almost September. Travelled was cancelled in March. They offered full refund 45 days after claim, 5 months later nothing. Don’t trust this company. Im not the only one check Trip advisor for more negative reviews on how they handle refunds. Just book your own hotels.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST. Took my money. Confirmed - in writing - for a date (and confirmed 1 month prior), never showed up and never repaid. I am out $230 and have gotten no customer service despite a great deal of outreach on my part. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My husband booked a trip with them for March 2020. Covid hit and we had to cancel. They emailed my husband that according to their policy, they have to pay us 50% back, though their policy fee states that they charge only 25% if the cancellation is up to 14 days( we canceled on March 2-nd a trip booked for March 12, so yes that makes 10 days). Anyway since then,they keep promising our money back and nothing yet(September 2022). I decided to start emailing them myself (my husband was dealing with this problem) but no more replies back. I am traveling to Telaviv soon and I will pay them a visit to see if I can get my money back! Fingers crossed!

Be careful! I had to cancel a booked tour and although they have a cancellation policy I`m waiting for 5 weeks now to get back my money.

Search before! Look the amount of complaints about them! They steal people’s money!

I do a lot of traveling. Found greens travel by luck about a year ago and I will never use anybody else. Saves me money every single time. Gives the most personable service I've ever received in any industry. This company really cares and when it comes to traveling, that really matters.

Look the number of complaints! They are a scam! Payed for two tours with advance and the day before the tour they told me they were not going to be able to offer the tour anymore. I have never received the refund Myriam always say she can’t answer phone calls. Yotam always say he is going to give feedbacks that are not given. They both blocked my messages and email and are never giving the refund

Guides were knowledgeable, and very interesting. All of their different personalities and experiences really added to our tours. It was a pleasure and I would recommend Mazada to anyone I know that visits!

In our view, the trip to Israel was a tremendous success. The itinerary was exactly what I had asked for, with enough extra time in both Tel Aviv and in Jerusalem. The ending on our own from Jerusalem to Eilat was perfect. All four of us enjoyed it immensely.

You can see and feel the tradition and holiness in your bones... The architecture is amazing as it all built only by Limestones.nice, who knew :) On the tour - Be ready to walk a LOT and come packed with snacks and water. We didn't stop for lunch until we reached the dead sea...

We took 5 Mazada Tours - almost every day of our visit - and we were really able to see so much more than if we struck out on our own.
