Just shame and disgrace!!! disgrace!!! The place of the embassy by honor and with all due respect is in Jerusalem, the capital of Israel!! Neither the British nor anyone else will decide for us where our capital is and what our borders are!!!

No one answers the phone even though I made sure to call in the working hours. I've tried for the past week! It's not an emergency but just a few questions concerning travel to the UK. Not even an email address to contact them. Do I need to walk there in person? Bad service.

Called them a few days in a row multiple times, no one answered even once, I made sure to call in working hours each time and still no answer! I even sent a mail and they never replied. Shame!
