I saw it a few times, must say it got my eye... Till the day I got stock during Saturday with no food to my dogs. I searched with no success a few shops till I remembered this cool automatic shop. It's a great experience especially as a Sales manager for Europe selling display solution I know how to appreciate a great customer experience. It's amazing, you get welcomed from the lady in the screen, choosing your food with a finger print.. Highly recommend (if you know what you want/need since there is no person)

This place is really cool and futuristic! Seems that everything is cheaper than other shops, its very easy and simple to register, I was able to return and exchange a product with ease as well. Overall very happy with the place and would recommend. One thing, however, is that the stock is usually quite limited. Not a lot of options and frequently out of stock with products. They also just added camping products which I feel like just takes up space that they could use for toys or treats. (they don't have any toys or treats at the moment).

Although prices are lower than other places obviously, the experience is awful... Most of the time the fingerprint scanner won't recognize my finger. Which mean I can't get in and purchase most of the time, as well I got stuck for a good 15 minutes once because of the same reason, there are so many ways to identify a customer and they chose a dirty non-functional one. Shame cuz it's a great concept.

Well, I wanted to buy cat food and the whole closet is missing and instead there is a huge hole in the wall… Edit: tried like 50 times and the door won’t open because it doesn’t recognize my fingerprint. Waste of time and nerves, very annoying, disinfectant is always empty and nothing works. Won’t go to this shop anymore.

Other than some problems in registration, that were solved quickly, it is a really nice experience :) and the products were cheaper than regular store

Only 4 stars cause the prices might be lower most of the time but its changing almost every day instead of being fixed.

Difficult to get inside shop, because shop’s finger scanner bad and I spent more then 15 minutes scanning, then you need to repeat this move to open door with stuff. Even so the most unpleasant moment was, that I bought item for 25 nis, but NOWPET sent me invoice with extra item for more 100 nis… I sent sms to them, one guy called me and said to be calm, but its uncomfortable. And low availability of goods…

A friend recommended me this place as the cheapest around and it really is for most products. They're able to keep the product cost low because they don't employ staff. That has pros and cons - the shopping experience is a very simple one that doesn't require interaction with a human, but also nobody to ask so you need to know exactly what you want/be happy to read the labels. It's a cool sophisticated way of shopping and is open 24/7 so especially handy if you need something at unconventional hours, but as self service they done offer a delivery service and products can be heavy so best to be prepared if shopping there. Highly recommended for a simple, cheap, no frills, interactionless transaction

Upd: Now one screen for registration doesn't work at all, one is half work. Sad. But they made air conditioner inside, thanks! When there is no Royal Canin in the area, this store is a great help. Thank you for existing! I realized i have no food for cat for Saturday at Friday afternoon, when it was too late. So that was the only option. My customer experience was also ok. The registration on place was fast and clear. There was what I needed and even on the same price as on the website. So I saved about 30 NIS per 4 kilos (and it was Saturday, so I didn't spent money on bus, walked 40 minutes instead). Of course there are possibilities for improvement: 1. It's too hot inside even for 10 minutes being there. I understand that AC cost is high, but put at least some ventilation please maybe. 2. The door of the cabinet didn't open at first, I saw some error message for about 3 times. 3. When I took goods from the shelf I've got an SMS with a link to my shopping cart and it was empty. I was confused. Only after I left I've got an SMS showed what I bought. 4. I think that an issue that session doesn't close people were writing about earlier, when they see someone elses cart, connected to the fact that doors opening by itself when you're inside and nearby them. So people don't understand that they need to scan the fingerprint on exit also. I understand that you can't don't let people go out in case their fingerprint wan't work. But maybe you can put some big warning, that if they don't check out, they can pay for someone else. In general, there is a feeling that everything (including Facebook page) need some update. Otherwise it looks also "so 2018" ) I had doubts that it still exist and works at first. But hey! Again, it still great that you are there! ) Good luck and great growth!
