Loved this store, until I had to return an item 24hrs after purchasing it. I went there yesterday to get a Digital Piano or Midi Keyboard for my son so he can practice when traveling. I was looking for something small, light and of high quality. Quickly we've understood that the digital piano is a no-go due to size and weight and went over to the studio section where I got the recommendation to take the Alesis Q49 MK2 as it is light, portable, and with great build quality. I asked to give it a try to get the feel of the keyboard and features and was refused. OK, I get that. I shared my concerns regarding traveling, whether it'll fit a suitcase and most importantly the bundled software - from which I'm specifically interested in easy, plug and play, piano sounds, got a YES, got the keyboard, went home. Installed everything but what a surprise - no piano, and also found out that the keys are cheap and of low quality, at least to my standards. So I went back today, looking to replace that with a different keyboard and got refused by the staff because I've opened the box and installed the software. Now I get it, these are the house rules. But when I do my personal business I'm looking for human connection, and not corporate policies, and what I got today is the mother of all corporate policies and zero human connection and understanding. Going to spend my money somewhere else, strongly recommend you'll do the same.

Centrally located at the Dizengof Center shopping mall, this store offers 2 stories of different music departments. Its spacious, with a nice lay out and allows just about anyone to play and test out the instruments. The classical guitar departmebt on the lower level is intimate and has a warm feeling to it, but better yet, has a nice variety and selection of guitars, from begginers level to the renowned gibsons. It also features ukuleles and accessories. But the best part about this shop are the employees. Meir from the guitar department is proffessional, knowledgable and a hell of a guitar player. He is very helpful and knows his craft. The piano department is just across from the shop itself. If youre looking for an instrument, or just have an hour to kill and youre hungry to play, just do it. It.ll be fun.

At least the classical pianos upstairs the service was terrible was very light playing to hear the soundscapes and got told I couldn't soooo they lost a sale just by not letting me experience the very expensive product I was about to buy for my home. I even put alcogel and wasn't playing loud beethoven

On my recent visit to family here in Tel Aviv I was going thru guitar withdrawal, I went to Guitar Center to get my fix and maybe find a guitar to leave here for future visits. The sale people were rude and ignored me and when I asked to play a guitar they let me play for 5 mins and took it out of my hands. Stating that "they want to keep them in good condition." Then when the salesperson grabbed it he hit the headstock on a light fixture. I have never been so offended in a music store in my life and I own several guitars.

The place is not built for the customer, very large music store with good choice of instruments. Very difficult to get descent service. Recommended to buy in any other music store with normal service.

My friend ordered piano for my Birthday that was on 11th of January a month before the date. It’s almost 3 month left from placing order, paying more than 1200$ and few promises that piano will come during 1 month. Managers of the shop just say they can do nothing with delivery. That’s the level of service the biggest TLV music shop can provide. Dear Klei Zemer, thank you for the worst birthday present ever💩

Very good place for buying instruments and other stuff but there you can only enter 10 people at a time so you need to wait alot

disappointed with the costumer service! went to buy a new guitar with a friend and we were treated very badly by the salesman at the lower floor. I was really ready to purchase a new guitar and ended up leaving the shop feeling bullied.

Unlike what I could read from other reviews, I was greatly surprised by the excellent customer service at the Tel Aviv branch. As soon as I entered the store, a seller came and asked politely if he could help me with anything. I just wanted to looked at the guitars and ended up buying a mini amp. The customer service was amazing, nice and friendly, not only from the sellers, but even from the person at the cashier. Overall a great experience. I'll definitely go back to that branch whenever I want to buy anything else.

Bought a guitar there (Charvel dk 22 SSS) The seller was very nice and helpful and even took the time to setup the guitar while I got to try a few other guitars (I couldn't play any guitar I wanted which is why the place doesn't get a five star from me)

Went to buy a new electric guitar 🎸, such a huge choice of top brands to choose from, the whole time taken a care of by Dj Ben whom expertly explained the difference between them as well as pros and cons of each. The sales person I delat with was a professional musician. He was happy to show me everything about the instrument I was buying. The atmosphere in the shop is friendly and professional. They had the instrument I wanted in stock.

Awful customer service, had to wait for 30 mins for someone to get me the guitar I wanted to try, then 30 more for another one. When I was ready to buy one of the guitars they closed the store on me and multiple other customers who were also actively trying to buy an instrument. A masterclass on how not to treat your customers.

The selection of guitars is good but the atmosphere is uncomfortable. One of the older employees was pretty patronising and the others just didn't seem very happy to be there. I'd definitely say go to a shop with a friendlier vibe.
