I know this place gets very busy, as it's a small store located in one of the busiest shopping centers in Israel. However I always managed to get good service and some advice for house related DIY. I would recommend this store if you live nearby and just need some small things for the house

Not the best selection but the workers on the floor are always super nice and helpful. I’d give this location 2 stars but these guys bring it up to 4 💪

I went there to get a plastic table cloth cut to size. Firstly, I had to search for someone to help me which took 20 minutes. I then explained what I needed and the salesperson starting cutting. He then handed me the table cloth which was 3m long and a complete mess. I asked him to please help me fold it and he told me to do it myself. After trying to fold it myself, I found another shopkeeper and asked for their help and they told me to ask someone else. Eventually someone working at the till helped me enough to get the cloth into a bag, still not folded. Completely disgusted at the level of customer service!!!

High prices for medium quality products. Sellers are mostly unfriendly, have no idea about inventory, not interested in helping or answering questions. Hard to find anything in the mess, workers yell between isles and the entire experience is chaotic. Cashier was nice but looked dead inside.

Great place overall. Variety, quality and style, all get their fair share in presence. You're on a budget? They've got you. I was able to find what I needed there and their pricing was not too bad at all.

We love Home Center! I got 6 decent quality towels for less than 1 "meh" towel at neighboring stores. It's the kind of place that has all the basics for your home in the city (cleaning supplies, appliances, linens, tools, etc). The cashier was really nice and made sure we knew about discounts and didnt wake the baby 👶😴😴😴💤

Don't expect to receive customer support service or for the product that you saw online to be in the store. Chaotic, messy, disorganized, and literally a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off who obviously don't want to work there or even know the who and the what with what they sell there.

Lots of variety for home items. Similar to home depot in the US. Highly recommend but this specific chain has a lack of people to help so be weary of that.

Kind staff, and also quite knowledgeable when it comes to advising customers. Decent prices as well. Highly recommended

1.The seller said he will send invoice using email and never sent. 2.after I got the invoice from homecenter website i found out the details on the invoice are wrong,despite providing different billing details.
