Terrible customer service. It’s such a shame because it’s the only kosher place in the hood and it’s very cute but I won’t be going back. I’m noticeably pregnant and asked them to cook my egg on top of a salmon croissant all the way through - they refused and said that’s not the dish and they won’t do it, while being snarky and repeating “when you go to other restaurants do you change up the dishes?” The owner and another employee argued with me multiple times and wouldn’t agree to what I saw as a pretty easy/basic request. He also said he’s been in business 8 years so he must be doing something right. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Eventually I just got my money back. So unnecessary. Owners response👇🏻 just proves my point. And the irony is my friend who ordered the same dish had a fully cooked, non runny, egg 🤣

They clearly think they're a night club. They blast their music all day long despite multiple requests to turn it down. The servers have no sense of customer service whatsoever. Also the food is disappointing at best.

I told the barista iced coffee soy milk but still put regular milk didn't even bother to change it. Even told me to tell the cashier next time. Unfortunately there will be no next time.

Great breakfast place (the best on Basel square) with a nice seating area outside. The standard Israeli breakfast is off the hook, and comes with great granola and halva spread, along with the regular sides (cream cheese, feta, tuna salad, two drinks etc.). The service is also very nice. Totally recommend.

A great family-run place to meet, eat, or just sit and contemplate. The food is nice, fresh, tasty, and generous. The freshly squeezed juice is fantastic. This is the kind of place where after a couple of times they'll know exactly what you like and serve it.

Wish I could give it more stars! In the two months I've lived in Tel Aviv, Liati's has become home. The staff is outstanding; the food is way above what I generally expect from a coffee shop; and did I mention the poppy seed cake? To die for! It just melts in your mouth. Or the roast vegetable sandwich piled so high with veggies that I have to split it in half to eat it... oh, and the amazing pasta... One of the nicest parts about Liati's is the welcoming atmosphere. The waiters may be busy, but never too busy to smile or to play with a kid for a minute, or to be friendly.

I'm still hungry, eventhough I admit I shared the croque madame, but ordered a desert drink, which didn't help much. It was made in a croissant, that felt very poor in volume and the salad on the side was just latice and few small tomoatos. Not value for money

Great balanced healthy dishes and drinks. We really enjoyed the beans salad with tahini and silan, we also ordered stuffed pappers with Kinoa and black beans in tommato souce which were delicious, I couldn't stop eating everything even when I was full! The seating area outside is a little too crowded, hope they'll be able to expand in the future!
