UPDATE: Loginn now claims I didn’t stay at this hotel. I definitely stayed here and have had friends who’ve had the same experience at this property Imagine booking a trip to Tel Aviv and arriving at the hotel room / apartment only for it to have mold, drafty windows, huge amount of construction noise, non-functioning TV, and a leaky ceiling. You would be shocked right? And you would expect the management to refund you? That’s not what happened in my case — the management has been defiant and uncooperative, explaining to me that there are no refunds. I stayed at the Silicate Loginn Hotel and I regret it… proceed at your own risk

— Summary — Okay value for money — Con’s — While we booked this accommodation expecting a hotel, knowing that everything was going to be autonomous/digital, we felt this was rather a hostel than a hotel. The cleaning service was way below standards, as in they only cleaned once every 4 or 5 days, while being a hotel close to the beach. The room was as small as mentioned in the listing but the balcony was located to a construction site (while we explicitly asked for a quite room). There were some rust and moisture spots in the bathroom, but those were somewhat okay. — Pro’s — The associated bar is very convenient for breakfast and has quite friendly bar tenders. The communication, even though online, is quite efficient and effective. The building is at a 5’ walk from the beach and close to small and larger grocery shops, and scooter rental areas.

I booked this hotel for my parents. I paid extra 200 usd to get a balcony. The view from the balcony was horrible. Of course, I didn't expect anything extraordinary but it could be at least something better than what they got. It shouldn't cost anything" extra ". The pictures on their website don't match the reality. Also, there was a big chunk of ice in the freezer. They "fixed" it but , in fact, they didn't because there still was ice.

We booked the apartment for a week with the highest features (terrace, bigger room, etc) and they canceled on us one day before arrival due to a problem with the booked apartment, which can happen. We got some misunderstandings first, but thanks to the manager who called us and helped us find a solution, repairing soon the apartment and offering us the same original place we booked. We are really thankful about their quick and professional response. Very well so far!!

Great!!!! The room, the service, the attention of the administration and the place where simple wonderful, I was very happy to make my vacation here and hope do it the next time on Christmas Eve.

The location of this hotel is good, but everything else about it was just awful from the minute we stepped in. There is no reception. A neon sign tells you proudly that "reception is overrated". I can see how management may believe that as probably every guest complained too much about this sad excuse for a hotel. When we entered our room, it was not even close to the picture. That is because it wasn’t the room we had booked. We booked a studio apartment and they gave us a Small studio. My Manhattan bathroom is bigger than this room. The bed was wall-to-wall and there was barely enough place to move. Once we put our luggage in, there was barely enough place to open it. It was filthy beyond any reasonable expectation and had not been cleaned after the previous guest. There were bags of trash every where, the beds were dirty and soiled, and the bed linen and pillows were piled on to the bed, the toilets were not flushed, the "kitchen-sink" was also being used as a trash bin. There was half eaten food even in the bathroom. When I called management, they said that the rooms had already been cleaned. There was not a single person on site that you could speak to. Then they informed me that my check-in time had been changed from 3PM-5PM. Not sure how that is even allowed because we paid for the whole day. After a lengthy argument over the phone, they let us stay for the night as a favour. The new room seemed close to what we had booked. We offered to pay extra to let us have this new room they had us in for the night, which is what we had booked. They refused. Everything about this place was "unapologetically" bad. The kitchen advertised is nothing more than a kettle and a coffee machine on a shelf and a microwave placed in a closet which is cumbersome to use at best. The “balcony” in our room was enclosed. If you opened the window to the enclosed balcony, all you saw was a chute with piles of air conditioners humming all day and night. The chute was also filled with mosquitoes, so we had to choose between a few breaths of fresh air or not being bitten alive. This was supposed to be the start of a romantic week which this hotel has managed to ruin. I can only give a one star rating because I can’t give a negative five. Don’t book with this or any of their other hotels. In addition, they have put a deposit of $89 on my account with will be refunded in 30 days. We stayed at 3 other hotels in Israel and none of them charged us this money. This place should really be shut down it was so awful.

Our room was so tiny, there was very little space between the bed (stuck in 3 walls at the same time) and the kitchen. 2 slim people can hardly walk past each other. When booking my bf paid for a bigger room, we were silently moved to a smaller one and no notice of such change was made on hotel side before arrival. Another issue is that there's no reception and the manager seems to be not in control of what's going on. They said the room was cleaned and it was filthy from previous guests (because who is gonna check if the cleaners come late?). Mosquitos and a half-broken coffee machine were just a cherry on top. And among 5 hotels i stayed in and many more before this one has come last.

If you are a tourist, this is just a nightmare. They are asking you to pay an additional 85 shekel after you pay the price for the room. Operators don't know what they are doing. Don't believe this scam. WROST HOTEL EVET

The room was great! It has everything that I could ever ask for. It was super clean and the location is close to everything. But the main thing that made our stay perfect was the staff's responsiveness! I think we were being annoying asking for favors here and then but they are super nice and didn't complain lol 😍💛 For sure, we’ll be back

The check in was hassle free as it can be easily understood. The host was also great! They responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

I have stayed at dozen of hotels and this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. A perfect place for a weekend getaway. They have the best rooms, very clean, and very comfortable, The staff was amazing and the service was exceptional, making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel . Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Beautiful place with a little mini cooking station. It had everything I needed but note that it is very tiny. My only qualm is that there is a lot of noise in the hallway all night and you can hear every little bit of movement.

It is really amazing journey with Loginn. The way they treat their guest and communication is really excellent. I can't compare it with others coz it's the best! We'll definitely recommend them to all of my friends worldwide. :)

they overbooked our room and rebooked us to a smaller one without even telling us about it, paid full price and got only a fraction of the difference in return... had to contact via mail or whatsapp like 10 times in 5 days "reception is overrated" indeed... drippy ac, tilted fridge, leak, coffeetank, power outage in the middle of the night and so many more annoyances! the location is good tho and maybe if they give you the right room its ok but the standard rooms are just ant sized, cant even close the wardrobe fully as the coat hangers are wider than the actual closet... no way to enter the balcony without a multi phase plan and serious tetris skills, how they fit a table and 2 chair there i dont know! the concept is fine but the execution just terrible, worst hotel website i have ever seen!
