(Translated by Google) Amazing and experienced culinary center !!!! The place itself is stunning and beautifully decorated, in the center of the restaurant there is a deli that sells only Israeli products - cheeses, wines, chocolates, etc ... On the side is an exhibition dedicated to the late Nehama Rivlin, featuring a variety of recipes she wrote in her handwriting on notes, charming, exciting and inspiring !! Above the restaurant you can go up and see the culinary library, which has a collection of cooking recipes of all kinds. And the restaurant itself is just amazing !!!! Excellent coffee, excellent wines, and perfect, quality and accurate food !!! We ate pumpkin bruschetta, roasted goat cheese and a vegan Red Pine kebab. We enjoyed every bite !!!!!

Cool atmosphere. Yummy food. Went there for Friday lunch. Had delicious gazpacho, baked goat cheese and sea fish plate. Ended with carrot cake and ice cream and coffee. Very happy 90min. Lovely waiters. There's more to explore

We came on Thursday noon without a reservation and had a place at the bar (my favourite 🤩), the service was fantastic off the bat, we were going to order a few dishes and the waiter said he thinks it's too much and let's start with some and we can always add later. He was so right and we were thankful to him. The food was delicious, everything was fresh well portioned and really tasty. We had such a good time that we booked their brunch for the following day and had yet another great experience. It's just a really good place in TLV, with great service, food and atmosphere.

My second visit - Breakfast: Today I was trying to breakfast for the first time, I must say that I was not impressed with the food. First I must say that I write a lot about coffee and the coffee was absolutely one of the best in Tel Aviv! But, The the food… The tahini was better, The soft cheese was nothing special or tasty, The salad was with medium quality vegetables and lots of oil, The jam was ok and The bread was pretty good. So overall I did not have a feeling of “ The culinary institute of Israel” I expected choosing the perfect olives for example 🤷🏻‍♂️ However, this restaurant is very new so I’m definitely going to come back and see what changed! The atmosphere was still very nice ( very cold so you do need a sweater at the morning ) but super fun to sit in. ———————————————————— Great experience Absolutely a must go restaurant We had such a great experience at this new restaurant in Tel Aviv, The whole concept is fantastic, A full experience of beauty taste and atmosphere. We were there for lunch but I definitely would suggest the restaurant for anytime. I’m looking forward to experience more of this place.

A well-publicized “Culinary institute of Israel” is the name of the restaurant, deli shop and showroom on Lilienblum Street in Tel Aviv. Pleasant interior, a wonderful exhibition “In the kitchen of Nehama Rivlin” - the wife of the former president of Israel Ruby Rivlin, attentive service, but completely uninteresting cuisine. Either the usual familiar flavors, or a dishes with the addition of unnecessary seasoning, such as siniya with fish in tahini and kakao! Since the prices are not high, you can sometimes to eat here, but special visit - NO and NO 📛 #foodinisrael #restinisrael #lenarestrecall #едавизраиле #ленагидизраиль_еда

(Translated by Google) A magical and sane corner in the center of the pulsating Lilyblum Street that is being renovated and built. A cafe and deli that recently opened within the Center for Food Culture in Israel, which also includes a municipal library and rotating exhibitions. The design is modern and inviting, now an exhibition by Nehama Rivlin zl 'her own kitchen' curated by Ronit Vered is on display. I was not hungry so I ordered a few dishes from the varied menu that were delicious. Nehama's salad is fresh though not special, the whitening is excellent and the majdara is delicious. The apogeto we ordered at the end had a surprising and interesting addition of javier in the coffee. The service was excellent and courteous and I dropped the star due to the lack of close and sane parking to the place and sitting outside on the side of the road. Signals me to check the varied menu again. Definitely an interesting place and a pleasant experience. Recommend!

A must stop for food lovers. Excellent ingredients and wonderful flavors. You can either sit down to eat or buy from the delicatessen. There is also an interesting library for cookbooks on the second floor.

What a special cafe! The aesthetics of this place is absolutely beautiful. Modern, chic, and tons of seating. They not only have a cafe, but they also have a food menu as well with great specialties.

I came on a rainy Thursday morning without a reservation and I managed to get a seat with a power socket. The green shakshuka was very well balanced, you could tell that used fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly as well. Good environment to work from on a quiet morning / afternoon. Reservations recommended.

So this is more than just a Coffee place. It’s a culinary institute and has Public library Vertical farm Gallery for changing exhibitions Cafe and Deli Sharing some photos here. With regards to the Coffee and Deli, coffee is great, food is fresh and tasty. Place looks cozy and esthetic, Scandinavian chic. Definitely worth the visit. EnJoy :)

Mediocre food (bland, without any spices, even salt)great bread though, snooty service, nice interior. Overall poor experience. There are much better options in the neighborhood.

Lovely place for lunch. Everything we ate was very tasty and very well prepared - balanced and spiced just right. The warm semolina cake was a heavenly surprise!

Went for breakfast after a swim in the sea and loved every mouthful! Delicious iced coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The Kibbutz breakfast is super generous and every element is high quality, local and SO GOOD. The apricot jam was the best I've ever had! We also tried the Kubaneh - warm, brioche-y Yemenite bread with clarified butter, fresh resek agvaniot and zhug. All in all, it was one of the best Israeli breakfasts I have tried! Plus, the service is super friendly and the deli, library and exhibition space give great insight into the local food culture. Don't miss out!

Great mark to soak some food culture. it’s s somewhere between a coffeehouse to a restaurant. The Food was good and the services was not bad. There’s a super cute mini library on the second floor so make sure to take a look when you visit. Overall a nice upscale place for a weekend brunch.

(Translated by Google) The food was delicious, but unfortunately I came across an olive kernel in a salad and broke it with my teeth (lucky I didn’t break my teeth with it). I told the waitress about the inconvenience and she said she was sorry and that was it. An unfortunate experience in my eyes, hope the sharing will help the place pay attention to the kernels in the olives and keep the diners in the future.

It’s my second time here. I really enjoyed the food, wine, vibe and the service. I have to say “staff spaghetti” is the best in town.

What an amazing place !!! The atmosphere in this place is so welcoming, and that is an attribute of the staff. There is interesting storytelling here about wheat history, and there is also a library with books related to bread making and coffee/food in general. Highly recommended visit.

Such a lovely time at Asif! I wasn’t expecting much - cafes in museums or other cultural institutions normally bring to mind stale and bland cafeteria food. This place is the exact opposite - flavorful, colorful, fresh produce handled with care to summon up Israeli and regional classics with a modern twist. Home cooking taken up a notch! We had the schnitzel (moist, crisp) which came with roast potatoes (complemented by mind-blowing caper mayo), and the fish kebab sinniyeh with tangy tahini sauce and saluf bread. YUM. Everything is Israeli made, so is most likely grown or fished within a few miles’ radius from the place (or in their rooftop garden). Even the alcohol (a complex gin and tonic infused with local botanics) is Israeli made, and you can pick up some of the artisanal products you sampled during the meal in the deli inside the cafe space. Service was friendly and helpful, and we were accommodated promptly despite not making a reservation in advance (which I would recommend). Would love to come back for more, and also to explore the center’s culinary events, exhibitions and library. A must try in Tel Aviv!
