Ask for car service, provided me with an appointment and when at the shop an old lady, not really interested in helping, told me there is no repair shop there, only selling. I am really tired of such awful Kia service here in Tel Aviv.

Was here in September looking for a car for myself. Had a discussion with sales manager A. and he prepeared offer for me, BUT! Im ola hadasha and for first 3 years after aliya I have a special discount for buying a car in Israel. Manager A. gave offer to me ... BUT... in order not to lose in the cost that I was offered, in the calculation of the total cost of the car he counted the installation of the steering wheel and pedals !!! ARE U OK MANAGER A.???? In addition, the manager was absolutely indifferent whether we would buy a car or not, he never called us back. Its also speaks of his professional qualities. Awful. Like all service in Israel
