Both my husband and I bought gorgeous and unique sunglasses and received such phenomenal service and experienced probably the best shopping experience we had in Israel. It’s the most gorgeous store in a great location with incredible staff including the lovely optometrist Sara which was so professional and friendly. I love that most of the sunglasses there are unique and are made by small independent brands which we love to support.

Defiantly the best glasses store in the city! Top quality brands and style. Decent pricing comparing to other countries fairs. The best part is the service , the staff is so welcoming, they make you the best coffee while you choose your glasses and the experience overall is great!

As a glasses wearer for most of my life, I've had countless eye examinations, and at least a dozen here in Israel. (I'm also the child of an optometrist, so have first-hand experience observing.) Hands down, my experience here (optometrist named Noach, cited in several other reviews) was the most comprehensive, well-explained exam ever. His observations, in some cases, reiterated issues that I knew of; only he took the time to describe the causes and solutions. State-of-the-art equipment combined with considerate professional skills make this highly recommended. Plus, virtually unheard of in Israel, the shop grinds its own lenses to ensure quality and patient satisfaction.

Best selection of eye ware, best customer service, exceptional staff, it is overall a great store. It looks magnificent beautiful, and is so down to earth and welcoming. I would travel far distance just to experience the care and detail of what they offer. Israel is blessed to have their establishment.

Wow. Incredible service, such warmth and care. But equally impressive is the collection of eyewear. The finest, most comprehensive, I've ever seen in Israel when it comes to luxury brands. Speaking of brands, their branding is exceptional and is a pleasure to interact with. Whether browsing the online site or trying on glasses in-store, everything feels so right. Their lab is equipped with the most modern equipment, and the in-house ophthalmologists are salient components of what makes Glassworks simply the best. The cherry on top is that the frames are quite affordable, I haven't seen better prices, even in the US. They don't work with a distributor and the founder is personally acquainted with every maker he works with. I'd recommend stopping by even if. you've never worn glasses before because you'll undoubtedly leave with a greater appreciation for the craft and service.

From the moment we walked in- Our experience was absolutely incredible. Daniel and Ariel and the rest of the team is truly next level. They are patient, kind, creative, loving and so helpful and funny. Both my husbend and I got some of the coolest shades and glasses we have ever owned. The Glassworks Hq has become one of the places I feel most at home in. From the moment I stepped in 2 years ago just to look around, I fell in love with the beautiful store but more than that, with the amazing staff. Putting aside the beautiful and constantly-updated collection and the unique designs which makes it the best eyewear store I ever saw anywhere in the world, it is the service which for me that is the game changer. The people who work at Glassworks (from the managers, the staff and the optometrists) are more than just professionals, they create an experience which is one of a kind. I love them and appreciate them so much, and their approach towards the shopping experience is truly game-changing. Every weekend on my way to my errands I take a detour just in order to pass through the shop, see everyone, drink amazing coffee and just hang out with people I love being around so much. I already have 3 pairs of glasses and counting, but I feel it's really not about the business when it comes to Glassworks, it's about people. About creating experiences. About making people feel the best way about themselves. This is truly admirable. PLEASE!! We had an amazing experience here! The Optomotrist on call, Noach, was energetic, communicative, personable, and super helpful. He honestly made the whole eye exam a lot of fun! This is the best optical shop I’ve ever been to, period. (And I lived in the US, the UK, Germany and Israel). Gorgeous frames, amazingly friendly and professional staff. Great vibe and coffee too! My partner and I bought 5 glasses here and we love them all. Highly recommended!!!!

I came to Glassworks for the glasses and stayed for the exceptional service. First of all, I was offered a truly delicious coffee. I had a problem with an incorrect vision check from the other shop, and Rafael simply suggested doing it here for FREE. Then beautiful Sara solved my issue gently and professionally. The whole team is just awesome: helpful, professional, and positive. The frames are gorgeous and unusual, I believe that everyone can find something interesting here. The price is fair. Honestly, I wouldn't go to any other glasses shop, probably ever :)

Hands down the best customer experience you can get in any store in Tel Aviv. This statement goes beyond just eyewear shops. The staff is very professional, and very sweet. The Optometrist is extremely knowledgeable. There's also that last little detail, which is the product itself. Phenomenal stuff. Meticulously selected, breathtakingly beautiful, and on a pretty reasonable spectrum of prices. I love these guys, if you couldn't tell :) Don't bother with anyone else.

An amazing store!!! The store manages to surprise even those who thought they had "already seen it all", those who pursue the most special, unique and beautiful designs! There is no doubt that a lot of thought was put into the planning and design of the place. The store is inviting, large, spacious and incredibly pleasant, offering quality along with first-class, outstanding service. The staff is extremely professional and polite. The staff greeted us with a smile and gave us a lovely respectable hospitality, showed patience and wide knowledge. We entered the place smiling and left very satisfied and also... happy. For us it was quite an experience. We will definitely return to the store again. This place is phenomenal!

I had a wonderful experience with glassworks - their vision exam was more thorough than what I’ve experienced at the drs, their selection of glasses is really special and high quality, the employees were universally nice and polite with an unfailingly good eye. I found a pair of glasses that I loved and had an eye exam in less than an hour, and had the prepared pair ready in under a week.

Phenomenal on every level - the optometrist, the assistants, the type of frames (artistic, classical, amazing materials), the service, even the coffee and the general store design. I Didn’t even need 1 sec to get used to my 🤓 new glasses. Perfect. Thanx!😘
