I've been trying to reach them for hours and spend about 500 NIS. I was promised by their customers' service that they would call me back. Well, no one did... Worst service ever.

Quite expensive not the best attitude also pretty dirty. they do have good equipment I wish they were more organized

Made an order, called to check up on the order status, the support representative picked up the phone laughing (I suppose they were having fun at the center), didn't even bother asking for my number id and just told me it usually take 7 or more days, when I asked her whether I could pick it up myself, she told me something along the lines of 'That's not related to me, hang up and call again, and press X in the call system'. like, you've been really unhelpful, can't you at least forward me yourself? Not a good experience.

Small place, not too much stuff but fare prices and good location
