I rarely write reviews but I feel like I have to in this case. Service was awful, the guy who made our nargila was plain rude, the waitress stemmed really indifferent and we couldn't get her attention for good 20 minutes to ask for the check. Music sucked, nargila was just average but extremely overpriced, and the vibe in this place was just bad. My friend and I didn't feel comfortable there and I don't recommend it.

The Hookah Palace is the best place to be for real Hookah lovers! There are a lot of great flavours with an endless enthusiasm for this great passion! Forget anything else in Tel Aviv. The house staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that place very much and that will not my last visit here. I can recommend the different types of tea. Enjoy your time here and feel the difference!

Excellent place. Good hookah, broad choice of tea and drinks. The owner knows his goods and cares about the customers. Definitely will come here again when next time in Tel-Aviv.

Overpriced place, cheap alcohol cost a fortune and very limited , service super slow took over 30 minutes to get the order, if i want to bring my own alcohol i have to overpay 100ils while the drink itself costs 50.. The coaches dirty.. It used to be better in the old place, 20 ils for small can of cola.. The door barley work, can't pay with a credit card,.. The coal was cheap and awful... you lost 6 customers that day

Well done hookah, and nice staff, but you must have cash with you because they don’t accept credit cards

neither authentic nor positive experience. extremely high prices for extremely low quality. "surprisingly" the card machine "didn't work" at the end instead of letting us know upfront.

Decent selection of hookah flavors, even though half of the flavors on the menu weren’t actually available. Really limited drink selection. Slow service. Claimed they didn’t take a credit card on this day, even though they had a credit card reader and ended up taking it when I said I didn’t have cash. The hookah was also somewhat overpriced.

Worst shisha place I have ever beeen!!!!! We have not been shown the menu but told the price for shisha at the entrance which was 120 shekels !!!! You can smoke for 40 shekels with 2 drinks in Jaffa!!!! Thats a joke. I think the guy didnt want to serve us at all as was happy when we left. I recommend the owners to have a look into the issue!!

Staff is still the same and very friendly and shishas are still good. But the new location sucks. Small, no outdoor seating and with very bad air circulation and zero charm. The old location at the old train station was one of the best shisha lounges in this historic colonial-style building. I hope they can move back to this location after renovation or find something else.

Decent selection of flavors. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Selection of drinks is subpar, a bunch of sodas/juices, mediocre selection of beer/liquor. Seems understaffed, took a while to put in and get our hookah and drinks.

The Shisha is very good, service is slow and price is too high (ILS 140 for Shisha and one tea!!!) ... no payment by card despite equipped with POS device and finally WI-Fi was not working (they shared with me their hotspot)
